“If he keeps cooking like this I’m going to have to marry him” Said Ginger.

They all grabbed cookies and Ginger asked Aurora and everyone else “Want some?”.

“Thanks” Said Aurora.

They placed the cookies in Athena's care.

“So where should we go” Said Jill.

“Let's go to a pet shop” Said Bonny and Doll in unison.

“How about a strip club” Said Hex.

“Hey” Said a familiar voice.

Azrin stood just feet behind her. Everyone that knew her instantly turned to face her.

“Why are you here” Said Hex.

“Do you want me to shoot you again” Said Raven.

“How did you find us exactly?” Asked Allison.

“I just wanted to say hello” Said Azrin oozing with sadness.

“Be nice, how are you Azrin” Said Athena.

“Nice to meet you” Said Bonny and Doll.

“Hey there” Said Jill.

“Howdy” Said Ginger.

“Sup” Said Emily.

“Nice to meet all of you” Said Azrin.

“Tacos!” Said Hex walking away.

“Yeah, let's get some food” Said Athena.

They all walked to a taco shop. Only Hex got a taco. Everyone else got a burrito. Hex was smiling for some reason.

“So what should we do?” Asked Athena.

“Maybe get some sweets” Said Jill.

“I know a beautiful candy shop” Said Morrie.

“I know a great place to get ice cream” Said Havana.

“What about the ice cream shop Lucius took you too” Said Hex.

“That place was really good” Said Scarlet.

“That's so cute” Said Bonny and Doll.

“Ice cream that is” Said Athena.

They spent the day eating and talking, somehow they ended up on the topic of Lucius and food.

“When did he learn to cook” Said Jill.

“Maybe when he was six. Our little sisters were always hungry and he loved seeing them happy so he learned to cook. He got really good really fast. I'm happy he did because Evelynn can't cook. But she can fight” Said Athena.

“Wait isn't Evelynn Aurora's sister” Said Allison.

“She is my sister” Said Aurora.

Aurora loved Evelynn even if she was almost never around. She knew Evelynn was away doing good.

“So why does she live with you?” Asked Allison.

Everyone was wondering.

“Some stuff happened and now it's not safe for us to be around our dad. He didn't do anything wrong he just got in trouble with bad people” Said Athena with a hint of sadness.

“What about your mom” Asked Morrie.

“Well they are in danger too so they're hiding” Said Athena.

“Hey we should ask your brother to take us to that cool place again” Said Raven.

Athena’s smile said she had a horrible and epic idea.

“Let's go” Said Athena.

Aurora didn't want to see Lucius just yet. She still felt like she might start crying. They arrived soon after and knocked at the door. When the door opened Jill, Ginger, Emily, Bonny and Doll all said “wow”

Lucius dispute being thin had a very well built body. He stood in front of Evelynn who had a long T-shirt. It looked as if she had nothing beneath it.

“That's a strange way to say hello” Said Lucius.

“Sup” Said Athena.

“That's a bit better” Said Lucius.

“Since when were you a bodybuilder?” Asked Jill.

“Never, anyway why are you all here? I was hoping to have a day of rest with Evelynn” Said Lucius.

The aroma in the house had made her mouth water.

“What is that smell?” Asked Hex.

“It's Evelynn’s dinner. But I did make extra. Just take a seat at the table we were about to eat anyway” Said Lucius.

He walked in and everyone followed. He served the vast supplies of food he had made and poured drinks.

“Get over here” Said Evelynn to Lucius.

Aurora had no idea they were so close. She hugged him and sat him down beside her.

“So how was the mall?” Asked Evelynn.

“Great” Replied everyone.

“Lucius you are going to have to tell me the recipe” Said Evelynn.

“Of course but I'll be cooking it anyway. I don't want you accidentally burning everything like you did the last nine times” Said Lucius.

“Wow you still can't cook?” Said Aurora.

“Well he eats it anyway and tells me it's pretty good so I've gotten a bit better” Said Evelynn.

“So once we are done eating, I was hoping you would take us to that place you made for me” Said Athena.

“Fine but please don't touch anything in my room. Especially not the pictures. Someone touched them last time and it's the only pictures I have of the rest of my family so please understand why I don't want anyone touching them” Said Lucius in a calm tone.

“Lets got” Said Athena once everyone finished their food.

She walked to the dark and bone chilling basement.

“Just one moment I need to talk to Hex alone” Said Lucius.

“Me?” Said Hex.

“Yes you, now follow me it will only take a few minutes” Said Lucius.

Hex felt his hand touched hers. She could feel the warmth of his body and his thin skin.

“Hex, I want to let you know what I really look like” Said Lucius.

His voice was slightly lower that usual. She knew this meant he was going to do something serious. She could hear a brushing sound and she waited. She still had the image of his eyes in her mind. She also had the image of herself just not her eyes. She still didn't understand how he had described her so well or at all. She didn't know whether she was beautiful or not. She didn't know if she wanted to know. But she knew he didn't think of her as most did. He viewed her as if she were completely normal and she loved him for it.

“Give me your hands” Said Lucius.

She felt him and could not count the amount of scars that covered his hands and face. And that was just as she pressed her hands against him.

“Who did this to you?!” Said Hex.

“Lots of people. But I wanted you to know what I looked like before anyone else” Said Lucius.

She didn't know what to say. She could feel the massive scars that ran from just above his eye to his lip. Several hundred more covered his body.

“I got that one when I was ten. It was from a rail gun. I was blind for about a month and deaf for two” Said Lucius as he placed her hand over his heart.

“I got this when I was nine. I was able to place myself in such a way so they hit nothing that would kill me” Said Lucius.

Hex didn't know when but she had started crying. She didn't understand how he could be so kind after so many people had hurt him.
