Time passed quickly and it was already one month since the first time Hayden began his new life in the kingdom of Zenith. During this period, He always spent his time learning more about the Continent of creation, the new world which he transmigrated in. Now Hayden knew for sure that the kingdom of Zenith was only a small kingdom located in the most southern part of the Avalon region, a region that was named after the alliance of humans.
Avalon region was divided into four, which were north, south, east, and west. Each of the areas has its own unique environment and culture. In every region, countless small and big kingdoms spread throughout the vast area.
Some of this kingdom were living peacefully with their allies, but some kingdoms were thirsty for conquest. They kept plundering other weaker kingdoms for their resources and lands. In this world, strength was all matters. The strong would be remembered and the weak would be forgotten.
The southern part consisted of many kingdoms. However, Hayden only remembered two of the neighboring kingdom names. The kingdom of Rhys which located on the east and kingdom of Alucia that rule the north. Meanwhile, on the south and west side of the Zenith Kingdom, there was nothing but a vast forbidden area. The place was undiscovered and it was not being recorded on the map because many dangers were lurking inside.
Some people said that monsters were hiding behind the dark. While some of them also said that there was a ruin there. However, no one could verify the truth because almost many people who went inside had never came back.
Hayden has also learned many other new things with the help from uncle Nevarth and little Fay. Starting from the small things like etiquette and then important things such as rules and structure of the Zenith kingdom.
The rules were easy to follow because he had the status of a prince. Meanwhile, for the structure, all he needed to remember was the highest one, such as the king, prime minister and the protector of the kingdom. Hayden thought that all three of these people were the real deal. He was curious to see them, especially the king, which supposed to be his father here in this world.

Hayden had also explored some of the areas in the city that he didn't visit before. As time goes by, he started to get more familiar with this place. The beautiful scenery around the city, along with many delicious foods made him feel really comfortable. He thought that this place was indeed good enough to be called a home.
-----
"Hayden?" Nevarth called him twice. He did that because he noticed that Hayden didn't pay attention to the task that was being given to him.
"Ahh, I'm sorry uncle Nevarth. Just now, I am thinking about something else." Hayden replied while scratching his head. Earlier, he was still recollecting his thought on all of the things that he had learned this past month. Therefore, he was a bit distracted and didn't pay attention to his task.
"Stop daydreaming and concentrate. We are in the crucial point right now." Nevarth said while holding his breath.
"Alright. Come and let's do it again, uncle." Hayden grinned mischievously towards Nevarth.
"This boy... "Nevarth sighed helplessly. He thought that need to teach this young man a bit heartlessly so that he will take his task seriously and not being too lenient.
Nevarth closed his eyes and started to calm down. After some time, he stood up and put his hand on Hayden's shoulder.
"Young master, I'm going to start. Control your breath and follow the rhythm of my Arte," said Nevarth solemnly.
Hayden nodded and said, "Alright."
Sparkles of light started to condense on nevarth surroundings. It began to glow dimly until it covered the entire room in radiance. Nevarth, who was still casting his light Arte, slowly opened his eyes and started to release his power straight into Hayden's body.
Even though they were in arguments before, Nevarth still do this seriously. He can't afford to lose control of his power because his cultivation rank was far higher than Hayden. Failure will lead to any mishap towards him and he wanted to prevent it no matter what.
After some time, Hayden finally felt Nevarth's power went towards his body. It was circulating and slowly moved towards his abdomen. Noticing this, Hayden quickly condensed his Arte and helped Nevarth to find the center of his Arte, which has the shape of a nine-pointed venus star-like crystal.

"Get ready. I'll start to provoke your darkness Arte. Maybe my light Arte can help to stimulate yours so that the four points of the star will lighten and you can advance to 4-star Origin." Nevarth explained slowly. After he saw Hayden nodded, Nevarth began to cover the entire shape of the star, trying to make it retaliate.
It was true enough. Hayden darkness Arte started to react in a hateful manner. Afterward, it began to collide with Nevarth light Arte without caring.
As he watched how his Arte react, Hayden tried to control it carefully so that the released power will burst towards the fourth point of the star, not towards Nevarth.
"Almost," said Hayden seriously as he noticed that there was sudden dim of light from the fourth point of the star. However, as it almost succeeds. Hayden Arte started to thicken and assaulted Nevarth's Arte mercilessly.
"Ughhh," grumbled Nevarth as he was being knocked back while spitting some blood.
"I'm sorry uncle. I don't know why it suddenly retaliate." Hayden said apologetically as he was trying to help Nevarth to get up. He also felt bad when he saw Nevarth's pale face, along with blood around his mouth.
"It's okay young master. I think there must be a reason why you can't advance." Nevarth said while wiping his own blood.
"Your Arte is thick and powerful. My cultivation is higher, but I still get a bit injured by it. It's was unique and this is the first time that I see this. I think maybe you will progress differently and the method will also not be the same as the others." Nevarth explained slowly.
"I see." Hayden murmured. "I hope so."
As they were talking, someone suddenly knocked on the door. Hayden was not in a good mood right now. He stood up and went straight towards the door, wanting to say that he was busy. However, this person opened the door and came in without letting Hayden finish his sentence.
"Brother Hayden," shouted a girl's voice. The girl quickly ran towards Hayden and hugged him without thinking.
"Eh, so it was you little Fay. I thought that it was the patrolling guard." Hayden smiled. His lousy mood slowly disappeared as he saw his cute little sister. He felt blessed to have her supporting him, but there was one thing that always made him feel a bit awkward towards her.
"She's too close," murmured Hayden silently while holding her in his arms.
"Hey, little Fay. I think it's time for you to stop hugging me whenever we met." Hayden said awkwardly. He was trying to be a good big brother because Fay was already quite mature and well-developed. He didn't want to be pressed by 'that' thing every time because he can feel it whenever she hugged him tightly. The reason was simple and it's because little Fay was his sister!
"Hmmph. You are no fun brother." Fay pouted
Hayden watched her expression while sighing helplessly. "Fine, do whatever you want."
Fay smiled mischievously towards him. She knew that her brother was indeed the best. As she was giggling, she looked towards Hayden's back and realized that Nevarth was behind them. Fay panicked and quickly let loose her hug. Without wasting time, she tidied her clothes and politely greeted Nevarth.
"Hello uncle Nevarth, I thought that big brother was alone here," bowed Fay awkwardly.
"It's not a big deal. Hahaha," laughed Nevarth loudly.
Hayden watched both of them laughing and he couldn't help but cursed silently inside. He thought that both of them were indeed a good actor.
"Little Fay. What brings you here today?" Hayden asked curiously.
"OH, I almost forgot. Brother, I want to inform you about something. There will be a party inside the crystal palace tomorrow night." Fay smiled in enthusiasm.
"And then?" Hayden asked impatiently.
"We are being invited. Of course, we will go there tomorrow." Fay giggled while winking towards Hayden cheerful manner.
