《Ignore this》Im broken but i see a town

Holy fuck what was I thinking…. I thought finding civilization would be a breeze. All I found was a half buried carriage in the dunes and salvaged some of the metal scraps and curtains to make some more gear such as a small sack to carry more food. But now I'm out of food and am in A rocky place. It's comparable to a mixture of Nevada and Arizona in America. I found much more plant life, but nothing edible for me.
I'm tired and it's hard to sleep on these rocks, it's also much hotter than the dunes. My legs are exhausted and I'm hungry and thirsty. I thought I had crazy good luck; it was just a false hope. I'm crazy for thinking I would find anything, let alone civilization.
I've climbed the tallest rock mountain as I possibly could to take a look at my surroundings. The scenery is beautiful and unlike earth, I can see things so clearly. This world is odd, yet feels identical to earth at the same time. As I scan all around me, my hope reaches its max. I see around thirty kilometers away is a town spread across a valley.
I've struck gold! I begin to beeline straight to the town as fast as I can, but I lose my footing and begin tumbling down part of the mountain. Shit. I yell as loud as I can as I feel my left arm dislocate. Luckily I somehow stopped myself from rolling.
What am I supposed to do about this… Im a fuckin idiot. I have no choice but to continue though. I take some thicker sticks and some rags and put together a makeshift sling for my arm. I'm lucky it's only dislocated and not broken.
Why is it now that something terrible happens, maybe it's to compensate for the luck of finding a town? I don't care anymore, getting to this place is the most important task of this new life of mine. If I don't make it there then I'm dead, maybe. My pace is still fast which is good, but I won't be there until sundown.

Four hours. It took me four hours to get here… I'm finally at the gate of the village walls, I'm exhausted and everything feels blurry. As I walk in, I hear incoherent shouting before I collapse and black out.
***
I wake up to a foul smell, like rotting rats and old garbage. I'm on the ground in an empty room made of stone, It's most definitely some prison cell. All my stuff and pouches are gone except my scarf and pants. My wrists are in pain and my arm as well. It seems I was tied up with some rough rope. I weakly get up, I feel dehydrated and hungry, and I go up to the metal bars that keep me in this room.
“Hello? Why am I here? Can you hear me? Can I get some food and water please?”
My voice is hoarse and quiet, I hear two guards saying incoherent things and I hear their plate armor walk down the hall. When they reach my cell, their faces are extremely surprised, almost bewildered. My face is also bewildered as I haven't seen any living organism yet except some birds and small animals. The man on the left was pretty huge and wore a heavy black beard. The other man is scrawny and seems to be a worrywart, maybe a new guard.
They both speak in a language I don't know, its seems to sound similar to asain languages, but I don't know any of those. It looks like they're waiting for something to happen.
“Food and Water?”
Again, they seem astonished but also confused. they probably speak a different language as well. If I'm to guess, It's not a language from earth. I see the larger dude turn to the smaller guard and tell him to do something, and the worrywart walks off as quickly as he can. The man just looks at me, he seems incredibly confused as well. He scratches his bald head while nervously looking at me. Luckily I thought of engenius plan.

I do a gesture with my hands to signal drinking and eating, it seems he understands this and holds up a finger for me to wait. He seems like a kind man, neither of them had any faces that would tell me danger, which is nice. He walks away for just a moment and comes back with a flask, handing it to me through the bars.
Sir, I already love you…. as a friend. I open the latch on the flask and pour the water inside into my mouth, nothing has ever felt better than this since I found that first fruit. I give him back his flask after I drink about half of it.
The man seems happy, we both look down the right side of the hall as we hear two sets of footsteps now. The worrywart is back and beside him is an older man, maybe in his sixties, with short, spiky grey hair and a grey goatee. He is fairly lanky and is also wearing a nice uniform unlike the two guard’s armor. The uniform is a dark green and has several ornaments,
He speaks to the guards and sounds slightly pompous? I'm not entirely sure since the accents are completely different. The old guy rubs his goatee. Because it hurts, I point to my arm and make a breaking gesture to say that I'm hurt.
The bald guy seems to explain something to the old dude to make him understand. The old man nods and unlocks the bars and gestures for me to come with him. I use the bars to help myself up and slowly walk with the man. I'm about a few cm taller than the bald man, so I would guess my height is around 190 centimeters from what it looks like.
Im brought into what seems to be a medical ward, seeing several beds, there’s only two other people in the room, one seems to be an injured man and the other seems to be some kind of doctor. The doctor guy has long brown hair that is tied up and has glasses, also very short compared to the guards and the officer(?).
The guards exchange some words with the doctor and the doctor nods and gestures for me to sit down on the bed. I wouldn’t really say it’s a bed and more of a cot. I laid down on the bed, as one would do, and the doctor began inspecting my arm, as well as my overall condition.
It was kind of surprising, for a place that appears somewhat medieval, their “hospitals” were quite clean. I've had some medical training too and he seems to be doing some of the right things. Although in my shoulder when he puts his hand over near my shoulder.
I feel an intense sharp pain as he locks my arm back into place. I let out a little yelp since it hurt like a motherfucker. Though it felt like he used an odd method, was he even touching my arm when he did it? My arm feels fine now, it's odd. even after relocating a dislocation it should still hurt from the muscles pulled when it happens. What did he do?
I give up on guessing what he did because I just can’t. I look around me, I'm still tired as hell. The two guards are here watching me, though the officer is gone, maybe had some paperwork or something. They’re probably watching me since I'm not human, it's fair, they don’t want me to hurt their doc.
So far these guys are really nice, helped my arm and gave me some water. The doctor gestures for me to get up and follow the guards. I show my thanks by bowing to him, he seems happy.
It's surprising, they’re showing a lot of hospitality to someone who they not only just met, but also someone who can’t even speak their language. I'm not even human anymore.
