But he urge it to grow as he ready himself for another bout of a fight, the eight thin vines earlier turned to ashes because of the explosion and he didn't even care as the goal of it was already achieved.

"To be able to heal yourself so fast, you really ate a powerful fruit!" Captain Jiggs narrows his eyes and marks the noble kid in front of him as a dangerous man that needed to be eliminated right now.

'If this kid was given a chance to grow, that would be terrifying!' he fishes dozens of explosive marbles again and handles it with familiarity but as the Ten Star Explosion was rendered useless against this kid he can only execute it again.

If he could only detonate the whole island and sink it with the damn kid then this matter would be over but he need to fetch the materials first 'Damn it, this is getting troublesome!'

Pate smiled as he thinks a tricky plan and seeing that the marine already fish out some marbles, the red blood wood tails in his back started to grow rapidly and rush towards the marine.

Captain Jiggs flick two explosive marbles to the incoming attack and it exploded but he was taken aback and can only retreat fast as a spark in his shoes burst on.

The red blood wood takes in the two explosions and didn't get destroyed shows how hard and sturdy it is, dashing towards him.

'Two was not enough then let's try five then!' as he flickered five marbles out of his hand he was stun to see that roots under him spurt out of nowhere and catching the marbles and dragged it into the ground.

A quake ensued but he didn't care as the four red blood woods started to grow too many branches that attacked him and tried to catch him.

He block some of them with the explosion but as the explosion was too near to him that the blast affected him and could only groan in pain 'This is not good, the environment was restricting me. I should go mid air!'

Some of the trees started to move as they blocked every possible path he can take but he still steps the air and blasted a powerful spark that a flame sprouted in his shoes making him to flew up faster.

Red blood wood under him was catching up to him and wooden branches were blocking his way while some of it are attacking him.

But Captain Jiggs shows no panic as he flicks the three marbles left in his hands, two to the wooden wall and one under him to give him some time to escape.

Black smoke spreads in the location and Pate watches in the distance and after a dozen seconds, Captain Jiggs flies out of the black smoke and stays in the air as he stabilizes himself.

Captain Jiggs cape was partially destroyed, his circled sunglass was nowhere to be seen and there's a blood flow on the right side of his face.

"You successfully angered me noble kid!" with a wave of seething anger, Captain Jiggs plans to detonate all of the dynamite around Pate. "DIE, KID!"

But he was stunned as he can't perceive his spark blood earlier he can still perceive.

He tried to sense his spark blood to maximum but all he get is nothing and he was surprised to learn that all of the explosive marbles in his body were gone.

Smilingly, Pate look at the shocked marine as he sees him trying to search all of his pockets 'You are powerful, there's no doubt about it. It can be seen that your fighting power can be paired to rear admiral level but your power was fully dependent on explosives!'

"And that's your weakness!" murmuring to himself and ignore the look of the phantom black cat on his shoulder who is giving a praising look at him 'This kid potential-'

Earlier while Ten Star Explosion almost tear his body, he already ordered all of the roots in his control to drag all of the dynamites in one place, far away from their location.

To detonate all of the dynamites and his explosives marbles he thinks that he still needs a certain distance to signal them to detonate.

As for the explosive marbles -

"Where!? What have you done kid! Where are my explosive marbles!?" Captain Jiggs started to lose his composure as he angrily looked down at Pate who just looked at him calmly.

"You lose, marine. You can start to be one of the sin seeds I should bear." Pate looked at him with no expression as he feel something that slithering in his uniform "T-this?"

Many red blood vine of leaves started to sprout out of his uniform and started to entangled him, Captain Jiggs tried to snap it to shreds and he successfully tear it into two but it's still moved and grow entangling him.

Looking at the struggling marine, Pate remembered how he distract him with his attack as the pollen of the trees started to fall in him when he was retreating and grow it to snatch all of his explosive marbles and send it to a far place with the dynamites.

"Stop this kid, I am a Marine Captain. You will be pursued by the World Government and Marines!" Captain Jiggs started to threaten Pate who ignore it in return.

With a weakened state, the vine started to grow larger by sucking his blood and meat, Captain Jiggs fall in the air but was catch by the branch of the trees and pull it over to the location of Pate who just waited.

Another five similar cases were entangled by the red blood vines are dragged by the braches of the surrounding trees and toss it in front of Pate who just looks at them especially to Captain Jiggs who is still looking at him with weakness.

The red blood vines dig in the ground as it vines started to grow, using the body of the four pirates, one marines captain, and one vice captain of the pirates.

Pate just waited patiently as the six of them were enveloped by a slight short tree that grows at a visible rate until its height reaches an average tree and their corpses are only left with white bones.
