Deep within the inner body of Pate, surging blood occurred that reached the far away tiniest veins in his toes and fingers.

Little by little, the green vitality cloaked was tainted by a pinkish speck of aura that seeped out to some parts of Pate's body and later on became a tiny red flame.

'Let's spice this up then, Blood Rage!' feeling the chaos within himself, Pate was engulfed in tremendous pain that even the Lush Aura Mode can't nullify.

In a tree branch where you can fully view the entire situation of Pate, PB looked down and felt the chaotic pulsing in the air that centered through Pate's body 'This kid. Using it again when he last used this move, he was bedridden for a whole week or so.'

Blood Rage is a mode developed by Pate who wants to fight head-on, it's just that his body is too weak to even give a decent punch.

That's why Pate copied the Eight Inner Gates of Might Guy but it's way too complicated and he doesn't know a thing about it.

That's why he skipped all of the Seven Gates and used it as an outline to form the Blood Rage.

And lastly, the foundation to hold it together is the state of Old Geezer when he used the final form of Life Return to defeat a strong nameless pirate.

Utilizing all of the vitality that he saved from his Black Cat Runes as an energy that will pump up the Blood Rage to keep it going.

"This pain!" Pate grit his teeth in pain 'too much pain!'

"This is?" Demon Monk glanced at the kid where he felt the pulse in the air and even the rest noticed the change of the kid they surrounded.

In a second, Pate was overshadowed by Mad Ox who appeared in front of him "Hhmmm, kid you better be quiet!" slashing the massive ax down at Pate, wanting to sever his right arm.

The assault made huge smoke dust spread as it collided with the ground, "Huh?" Mad Ox looked at the ground where his ax cleaved a one-meter gap but the kid was nowhere to be seen.

"Finally, I tweak this mode to the limit of my body! so it's not the method that has an issue, it's my weak body! hahahaha! I'm such an idiot!" Pate's voice sounded in the side that made all of the pirates shocked as they didn't see a shadow or sound when he escaped the attack of Mad Ox.

They looked at the source of the voice and found Pate atop a tree but his appearance changed drastically, the green aura cloaked was changed to a blood-red aura that cloaked the young man like a flame god.

His black long hair has now become blood red and it's floating vertically in the air, his clothes still have the same vine green runes that from time to time pulsing a green glow.

His green eyes looked down at them with no emotion that can differ, just a plain look that can make your spine shiver in terror.

After tweaking the power output of the two modes he combined, Pate successfully equalized it outside and inside his body.

Blood Rage elevated all of his attributes to their peak and because of this a tremendous pain and burden will ultimately erode the body, little by little.

But this issue will be resolved by his Lush Aura Mode, neutralizing the pain and recovery of the damaged body.

Pate leaned his head to the side and a silent bullet passed by in his cheek but it was not over as a knife penetrated the air in front of his face and it pierced through his head.

"Hmph, now he died easily like that!" Red Devil Marga said while she was peeking in her scope but her eyes enlarged as she shouted to warn the others "It's an afterimage!"

"T-this!" White Killer saw how the kid's head was easily blown out by his throwing knife and in an instant, the whole body of the kid was gone.

Flicking his hand and a knife shortly appeared but a painful blow stopped him as he puked out blood "Now now, all of you are too excited to get a piece of me. I recommend that we should slow it down a bit." a devilish voice whispered in everyone's ears that frightened the hell out of them.

Mad Ox leaped back to distance himself from the kid who materialized in front of White Killer without a sound and gave him a blow in his guts 'This kid... is too dangerous!'

He sees it all, the blast of air that comes out of the back of White Killer that blows out all of the leaves and branches of the trees behind.

"C-captain!" the pirate crew of Raffa pulled him, trying to drag him to escape in this place "Let's go, we will die in this place!"

But Raffa didn't budge a bit and looked at Pate "It's too late to run and it's useless to fight back."

Raffa can't help but grit his teeth in shame. 'This is the third island they sailed after he became a pirate and escaped from the marines' chase, his bounty just increased yesterday!'

"To encounter this monster… Will I die here!?"

"One down, already." Pate said and scanned the five pirates left, he felt the drastic vitality that his body was consuming 'This mode is full of potential but I can't use it fully as my weak body drags it down a level but fighting head on is much more enjoyable than I thought.'

Pulling his arms that penetrate through the body of White Killer, Pate let the corpse fall to the ground and block the incoming staff that was swinging at him with full force.

Demon monk suffered the vibration of shock across his arms and he jumped out, landing in one of the tree branches.

"Speed, toughness, and strength. An overall leap in power but what is the price of that power up, huh kid!" Demon Monk got a wisp of smell in that blood-red aura that cloaked the kid, he even felt the tremendous vitality that was burning.

"So that was it, huh! exchanging your life for power!?" Mad Ox lifts his ax into his shoulder "Then I'll deal with you, don't die kid!" Mad Ox's body expanded as black hair started to grow all over his body, both of his temples swell and it pops out with two black metallic curly horns.

Transforming into a hybrid half human - half ox, Mad Ox puffed out two streams of smoke out of his nostrils as he yelled "Now kid! Let's fight to our heart's content hahaha!"

"Hey hey, don't own him Mad Ox." Red Devil Marga pulls out a saber in her right and a pistol in her left.

"Good, come at once so that I can fully feel what battle is like!" with limited skills that he can utilize in this mode, Pate dash forward with a speed that neither of the pirates and PB could see.

"Where are yo-" Mad Ox shouted but was stopped midway as the tremendous force was felt in his waist and he was sent flying in the distance, destroying trees in his direction.

Devil Red Marga used the chance that Pate appeared in her sights as he kicked Mad Ox, she fired a series of bullets, wanting to inflict a serious injury.

Pate was standing still but the bullets didn't even touch his clothes, he was so insanely fast that Devil Monk and Red Devil Marga didn't see him dodge.

"Is that all?" Pate asked them and didn't make an unnecessary move because if he makes a move, one thing is for sure, it will decrease his opponent to one.

"Who are you?" Raffa inquires unconsciously as he looks at the monster in front of them.
