"keep focus!! we will do it just like our savior told us!" Barry shouted to gain the others attention
They already handled the first wave. Surely, the second wouldn't be so different.
They took their stance, but something weird happened.
"hm? where's the projectile?" He wondered and looked back
"savior?! Shanti and Luga?! why are they coming here??"
Barry surprised to see them coming, meanwhile the enemies were already near them.
"All of you!! move back!! ten steps back!!" Yana shouted to all of Half-beast men
"u.. understood!"
They were confused, but Yana's word was an absolute command for them. His word already brought them this far.
Just when they moved back, more than twenty arrows stabbed the ground. Those supposed to stab on their bodies, yet they moved back on time.
"that...that was close" Barry felt relieved
"get down!! now!" Yana shouted again
They didn't wait for another command. All of them bowed and looked closely to their surrounding.
-bruugh- two bodies of their enemies fell to the ground. One of the soldier shouted with an angry expression.
"move!!! we won't lose with their cheap trick!! for human glory!!"
"everyone!! prepare!!" Barry also gave command to the others
Yana tapped Barry's shoulder, and whispered something.
"understood"
"come, follow me" Yana gave signal to Shanti and Luga
"understood" They nodded
"Keep focused!! they are less than the first wave!!" Yana gave warning to the rest of the Half-beast
Barry ran to the left side of his group, followed by Yana and the other two. Some of the soldiers saw that and tried to stopped them.
"we won't let you.."
-splaaat- blood came from his head and he fell to the ground. Shanti threw the rock while Luga took it from the rag. Yana commanded them to take initiative when their enemies lower their guard.

"you filthy Half-beast!!"
"wait! we must focus to the enemies at the front!" one of his friend stopped him
"they are enemies too!! can't you see that?! I'll kill them in no time!"
He ran towards Yana's group. The rest of the soldiers already clashed with the Half-beast people.
"go to where the archers belong. Do it just like I told you Shanti" Yana seperated himself from them and ran towards the soldier
"understood sir Yana" Shanti replied
They continued their way to the back row where the archers belong.
"where do you think you will going?!!"
He stopped in front of Yana. He looked with confused expression.
"you.... you're not Half-beast! why human like you help them?! you're not ashamed?!"
"-sigh- I'm ashamed indeed.. become human like you.." Yana shaked his head
"you.. move! I need to kill that filthy beast first!" he raised his sword and readied his shield
"what do you think? will I move?"
"-kkgghh- then ready to die!"
He moved forward and raised his right hand. Only two steps from his enemy, he brandished his sword and..
-jleb- a knife stabbed his neck. His eyes wide open, he totally didn't understand why did this happen.
-kkgghh- blood came from his mouth and after a few seconds, he fell to the ground.
"...." Yana pulled the knife from the body
"so this is what is like to kill someone...as I expected.."
He rubbed the knife on the soldier body to clean the blood, then he catched up with Shanti and the others.
"Barry! we will attack the archers with the projectiles. We need you to cover us. Try to approach them as close as you can"
"ok. Leave it to me" Barry raised his wooden shield

"hey look!! there are three Half-beast coming this way!" one of the archer realized their presence
"the hell?! what are those soldiers doing?!"
"ready Barry?!"
"anytime!! hwaaah -growl-" he activated his beast mode. Shanti and Luga also did that. Luga gave five rocks to Shanti, while she also grabbed some rocks too.
"we can't miss the shoot"
"yes, I know" Shanti replied
Just in mere second, they already approached the archers. They still backed up their friends at the front line, so they couldn't react to them.
"hey!! they're already here!! someone support me!! take them first!"
"if we do that, our soldiers will lose support for two or three shoots. They're already pushed back by those Half-beast!!"
"we will be killed if we let..."
-splaaat- He's down. Shanti made a great shoot and followed by Luga. They were ready to take another shoot.
"he's down!!! oh God! help me fix this!!" He changed his aim to those three and shooted his crossbow
-deeep- the arrow was blocked by Barry's wooden shield. He kept marched to the archers and followed by Shanti and Luga.
The Half-beast men pushed from the front line, and those three attacked from back row. The human soldiers were trapped by less than fifty Half-beast.
