They started to dig the hole. Yana was do it well with his own pace, but the Half-beast definitely had the faster work. Even for the elder, Yana was still slower than him.
"it's quite hard to see in the dark like this...but this beautiful moonlight..." Yana stared the night sky
"I...-brugh- finish to collect all their weapons" Barry gathered them into one place
one hundreds swords, shield, and crossbows were made a pile on the ground.
"nice Barry, you can start digging now" Shanti responded
"yes, leave it to me" Barry gripped the shovel at his right hand
"but still... to think I can't use my left arm anymore.."
"I'm sorry Barry..." Shanti's ears were down
"hahaha, it's not that Shanti! I just say that it will take time to get used to it"
"hffff... Barry, Shanti.. make your pace faster.. our savior need some rest after this long day.." the elder took his breath
"got it" both of them replied
Shanti started from nort to south and Barry started from south to west. Yana started from west to north and the elder from north to east.
They sure made progress, after one hour they had created a big hole that enough to put one hundred bodies in there.
"-fuuh- my body become warmer after doing all that work" sweat could be seen from Yana's face
"you're doing great sir Yana"
"yes! I never thought a human can non-stop digging for one hour!" Barry followed
"haaah, our savior has more stamina than me, that for sure" the elder tried to control his breath
"is that so? well, I'm kinda like a soldier back in my world"
"that's explain why you're so calm in the war back then" Shanti nodded
They put their shovels on the ground. Now time to moved all the bodies into that hole, then buried them. It's almost midnight, and they still had several things to do.

"we can bring two bodies at one go, so that's will around fifty times... better to start then"
Just when they wanted to move the bodies, they saw all the villagers gathered at the front gate. They brought several carts.
"well, that's sure will make our work faster"
"we will help too!!" all the villagers helped them
From that point, the works done so much faster than before. Only take around twenty minutes till finished the burial. Then they stabbed all the soldier's weapons on the ground as their grave stone.
"would you pray for them Shanti? as shaman of the Ohre village?" Yana looked at Shanti
Shanti showed some doubt sign on her face, but she agreed in the end.
She stepped up and held her hands in front of her chest. She closed her eyes and started her pray. A silent night with cicadas voice made a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
"a little wolf started to walk.....ground is his first friend"
The rest of the Half-beast started to sing along Shanti's prayer.
"a child wolf started to run...wind is his close friend"
Yana closed his eyes. He also prayed with them.
"a big wolf started to hunt....forest is his best friend"
-whoooooo- night breeze slowly became silent.
"an old wolf started to rest.....earth is his only friend"
Shanti opened her eyes and said her last prayer.
"by the protection of ROGNIR... our beast god..."
"from earth to earth"
"from earth to earth" all the villagers followed
Yana opened his eyes and walked towards the soldier's grave.
"may you have a nice dream in your eternal sleep... rest well brave soldiers"
That finished the burial.

In the name of blood
Geoffrey Robertson, real name Alexey Barintski, has his secrets, and on top of his adventurous nature also a very positive attitude towards meat. Bloody meat. After years spent with British special forces, he is getting bored, so he is starting to look for something more interesting, something more fun. However, he gets a simple message - they need help at home. Although he has not seen his blood relatives for more than a generation, he returns to his native hills and almost dies… --- A story about werewolves and vampires. Release schedule will be random, but I will try to post at least 2 chapters a month, 2000 words per chapter on average. This is my first attempt at writing, and English is not my native language, so expect a mistake or two, or three. EDIT: the past few months of my life have been hectic and I could not write much. Nonetheless, I have the story already planned out, and will finish it sooner or later.

The Villain's Double Life
“The Villain’s Double Life as the Hero’s Mentor," “Demon Nobles Want to Live Too: A Hero-Raising Simulator for the Transmigrated Villain," “Just Because I’m a Villain Doesn’t Mean I Want the World to End!” Cyrus Calvide was the second son of an aristocratic lord; haughty, vain and power-hungry. One day, when his ancestral inheritance manifested, he discovered he was able to steal other’s powers and abilities using demonic magic. Taking this as a sign that he was destined to rule over others and become the new king of this land, he poisoned his father, killed his elder brother, and embarked on the path to greatness, taking advantage of a demonic invasion to consolidate power and harvest the abilities of others in a cruel and bloody fashion. Until he was summarily defeated by the Hero as a mid-game boss battle and executed for his crimes, of course. When a dedicated fan of the RPG “Next to Eden” awakened in the body of the cruelest future Count, four years before the beginning of the game, he pledged to live humbly. He would let his brother lead and support the Hero from the shadows to ensure the demon invasion would be defeated and he could enjoy life in peace. Rather, he would have, if he hadn’t gotten the Hero’s mentor killed in a freak monster attack before the Hero’s training could even begin. How was he supposed to live a life of peace and luxury if the Hero couldn’t stop the end of the world!? Donning a mask, Cyrus took up mentoring the Hero himself; how hard could it possibly be? . . . Four years later, the kind jack-of-all-trades hero Leon had become a twisted powerhouse: alienating his party members, clearing enemy encounters in a single magical blast, and coldly ignoring the affections of the girl whose love would have allowed him to clear the final boss. He seemed to have plastered himself to his Master’s side, instead. Cyrus bit back his despair while the hero reached out to grasp his hand. “Please stop ignoring the saint, Leon; you can't beat the Demon King by grinding stats! You need the power of love, remember?” “Don’t worry, Master,” Leon smiled as he traced the lines of Cyrus’s palm gently, almost reverently. “I have all the love I need.” VDL is two parts plot and worldbuilding, one part slow-build gay romance, starring a man far too proud to admit he's in over his head and the hero who loves him. Should be updating weekly.
