After the fighting with the Aolyn, they didn't meet any other trouble on their way. They had met several beasts, but they didn't give a significant trouble for them.
"whispering lake....we have really close to Bar'laghine now"
"good then, let's rest there. We still have time before dark"
"understood" Both of Shanti and Ragha replied
They could see a quite big lake that was surrounded by butterfly flowers, a flower that had symmetrical petals just like butterfly's wing. It had several variant colors, so it made a beautiful scenery.
"whoaa, this flowers are really beautiful! what kind of flower is this?"
"They are called it butterfly flower" Chanotte replied
"butterfly? ah! somehow i can understand"
Shanti wagged her tail and looked so interested with the flowers. Maybe because it's the first time that she saw it? or because she's a woman? so she liked a girly thing like that? whatever the reason, she was excited.
"what's wrong Ragha?"
"ah, it's..the first time i saw lake..so much water and all of the food resources"
"ahaha, you're right! I'm pretty sure there's plenty of food resources here"
"but..... I'm feeling something evil from it"
"evil? a monster?"
"I don't know savior...but i don't like it"
"maybe you talking about the lake's spirit"
"spirit? you know something about it Chanotte?"
"I've heard it from the soldier. There's a rumor that whoever take their love here and see the full moon together, they will reach an eternal love"
"yet something's wrong with that rumor?"
"indeed. We got reports of missing people in this lake"
"it's too much for an eternal love"
".....we just thought that was doing of some monsters, so we closed the case"
"hmm, but all the missing people only disappeared at full moon?"

"seems like that"
Shanti approached them and wondered what were they talking about.
"we talked about this lake's spirit Shanti"
"spirit? is that some kind of monster?"
"i don't know. Do you have a spirit or astral being in this world?"
"? how spesifically this astral or spirit being sir Yana?"
"let's see.... you can't touch them, but you can see them, or feel it. Or, you only can hear the voice without the appearance"
"like ghost then?"
"you can say that"
"is it different with god? i sometimes can hear our beast god's voice"
"now now, that's also a possibility"
"i see.. then i know a few spirit or astral being"
"hmm, this information should be useful in the future" Yana nodded
"it's almost dawn..we should continue our journey"
"you're right. Let's go then"
Ragha stood near the side of the lake. His ears were lifted up and his eyes looked into the middle of the lake.
"...who are you..."
Yana tapped his shoulder.
"what's wrong?"
"someone's voice....need help"
"i can't hear anything. can you hear it Shanti?"
Shanti came closer and lifted her ears. Her ears moved back and forth.
"nothing sir Yana"
"so this spirit try to communicate with Ragha?"
"better we leave this place soon" Chanotte gave his suggestion
"forgive me savior, I'm ready to go"
"yes, let's prioritize Bar'laghine first"
They continued to the northwest and after passed the forest, they could see a big stone surrounded by little rocks and flowers.
"is this the stone that you mentioned?"
"yes. We should be near Bar'laghine now"
"good, then let's keep foward"
"understood sir Yana"
After ten minutes, they were out from the forest. They could see a vast field with a big walls. In the front of the walls, many sharp wooden fences were placed as the first defense of the fort. The wall itself had almost twenty meters in height.

Yana gave a signal to stop and talked about their plan to enter the fort.
"so, i assume you know what to do to pass the guard?"
"sure. I'll tell to them that all of you is my informants from the Half-beast village. After that, it's none of my business"
"well, glad you get it"
"so? what are we waiting for?"
"wait a minute sir Yana"
"what's it Shanti?"
"where we would go after going into that place?"
"let's see...we will look for a place that is close with the wall"
"and why is that?"
Yana patted her head and smiled.
"just leave it to me"
Shanti nodded and smiled too.
"yes sir Yana!"
"-sigh- shall we go now?"
"yes, let's go"
They went to the fort with full speed.

He was an orphan picked up by a wandering Alchemist Grand master and raised in the Crystal Ocean Alchemy Sect. As he soon got bored of refining other people’s recipes, he started creating his own. One such recipe was of an elixir that can allow one to retain their memories through reincarnation. He thought this heaven defying elixir could bring about a new golden age for alchemists, to let them keep all of their experience after death. However it only brings about a calamity as the other powers of the martial world immediately begin lusting after this divine object. They attack the Crystal Ocean Alchemy Sect en masse, razing it to the ground. To keep them from getting it, Hai Yun devours the Elixir and obliterates his body so they can never even find another trace of it in this world. However, in his reincarnation a series of very interesting things happen… Glossary: Wuxia Fantasies ***DISCLAIMER*** I do not own any of the artwork which was used in the book cover. Same Crap, Different World
A young man from early 21st century wakes up in a different world. This world is like a typical setting of an fantasy isekai novel. But it is also not. There is magic, alchemy, magical creatures, different non-human races, peasants and nobles, demons and dragons. But there is also politics, persecution, supremacism of every kind, entitlement, slavery and other unpleasant human tendencies. In short, this new world does not differ much from his old one. However, besides him, there may be others who have made such a strange trip, and awakened into this new world. There certainly have been others, in the past. But more than people and other living things, there have been items. All sorts of items, which are regarded as otherworldly artifacts with unknown danger and power. And he himself is an artifact as well, albeit a living one. Therefore he has use for the powers that be. He is also given a role and expectations to fulfill, to hide his real value. And in all that he still has to make sense of what has happened, what is happening, and find a way back, if possible. Author's note: I write this project mostly in (except chapter 1) in 60-100 page (40,000-70,000 word) chapters, edit them as such and later cut them down for publishing into 7-11 page segments (depending on natural breaks in the flow). Therefore, each chapter may be divided into 10-15 subchapters.
