Yana and the other had finished their breakfast. Pan's food never failed them.
Yana looked at Ragha.
"ok then, let me know your patrol result"
Ragha approached him and bowed.
"savior! I'm patrolling from this place till that giant sword statue in the middle of big plaza over there, and I'm finding several things"
He took his breath first.
"people in this district start their day early in the morning. The activity at the market is the most crowded. Many children and old people are sleeping in the side street on the small alley. Also, there's no soldier patrolling in this district"
"hmmm, got it. And what do you find in the town?"
"the soldier always patrol in the area, and there's a thing that i don't understand savior"
"and that is?"
"...maybe I'm wrong but.....i saw an elf....wearing lace clothes and...guarded by the soldier"
"hoo, don't worry. That's an elf without a doubt. How's the soldier treated that elf?"
"they kept their distance and always watched her. Seemed she was out to buy some food and vegetables? i don't get a good look at that. forgive me savior"
"no no, it's okay. Thank you Ragha, that's really a useful information"
"glad i can help savior"
"now then" He turned his sight to Pan
"hm~ what's wrong Yana?"
"can i ask some questions Pan?"
"sure~ as long it's not my private information"
"ahaha, don't worry. Ok then, What's this giant sword statue? a monument or something?"
"ah, you mean sword of light statue? that's our fort and town symbol. That's the sword of our hero, Bar'thiel. The sword that brings justice"
"the sword again.. this town and that monument..i want to know the history, but that will take time for sure"

"yes~~ that's a long story"
"then, move into my next question. Soldier usually don't come here. Is that right?"
"y...yes! people in the town or soldier will try to evade this place"
"say Pan...do you have some connection with soldier?" He stared at her
"!! huh?! what are you talking about Yana? why do we want something to do with them?" She was quite panic
"....i see. Then it must be something extra ordinary if someone from this district want to do something with them"
".....i don't know Yana, i think there's no one like that from this district.." Her voice became small
"thank you Pan, and for the breakfast too"
"sure~ do you wanna go somewhere?"
"yes, we want to take a walk. This is our first time at this town after all"
"take care. Don't make any trouble in the town"
"that is the last thing that we will do" Yana waved his hand
They left the shop. While Pan still stood there and stared at the door with not so focused eyes.
"....why Yana asked like that...."
Yana asked Ragha to take them to the sword of light statue. He walked in front of him and led the way. They walked to the east through the small street and saw the condition of Khal'ard district.
Just like Ragha's report, most of the people there didn't have a decent life like the town's people. Yana already predicted this kind of situation, so nothing would suprise him at this point.
After walking for ten minutes, they could see the giant sword statue. It's really big to the point they barely could see the tip of it. It was really an majestic statue. The details and every curve were telling something to everyone who looked at it.

"amazing. It almost like the real thing" Yana stared at it
"you're right sir Yana. somehow i can feel a little life force from it"
"really? then this is not just an ordinary statue"
Yana observed his surrounding. The place was really crowded and really....bright, compared to the Khal'ard district.
"based on the rumors...should check this wapeer and raven's tears river"
He decided to check the river and headed to the north with Shanti and Ragha.

Ursus Ex Machina
Ozzy was a man of the wild. Raised in a remote village atop the world's mightiest mountain, he'd been taught to respect and revere the natural world. The realm he was born into had been there long before him, and it would remain there long after him. Sure, there was the occasional madman who threatened to destroy it, but such boasts were always empty. No one individual was actually capable of demolishing this beautiful blue-and-green ball Ozzy called home. No matter what terrible magics these villains wielded, they were incapable of causing permanent harm to the environment. Even if the planet was completely devastated, it would recover. Life would find a way to flourish, same as it always had. That was what Ozzy believed from the bottom of his heart, so he never once felt the need to save the world he loved. After all, it was never truly in danger. The world would be fine no matter what. The people were a wee bit endangered, but that was another story altogether. However, what would happen if Ozzy suddenly found himself devoid of his beloved wilds? What would the man do if the realm he knew - one of wonder, magic, and chaos - was replaced with a man-made environment of concrete, industry, and steam? Ozzy could never imagine such a thing happening, and yet that was his new reality. After losing a fateful confrontation with a mad wizard, he and his friends found themselves transported to a strange world so thoroughly alien that every waking moment feels like a fever dream. Separated and scattered to the four corners of this land, each of these adventurers will need to adapt, survive, and overcome if they hope to reunite. They would also need to do so quickly. The sooner they are able to find one another, the sooner they can figure out a way back home and have another crack at putting an end to the villain's plans. Whether such a thing was actually possible in a world with barely any magic in it was a valid concern, but Ozzy had more immediate things to worry about. For instance, why did the air smell like a perpetual forest fire? How did ships sail through the sky as if it were water? And most importantly, was the pavement he was hurtling towards at high speed much softer than it looked? Probably not, but a man could hope.

Ancient Mana Dungeon Core.
Yes the tags are necessary, they will make sense eventually too. Art is not mine, found it on pintrest btw the title on the thing apparently has no name, or at least no title that you can search, at least, but i found this: ‘ArtStation - [UE4] Lost Temple Ruins Jonas Axelsson’ (if your curious I was searching ancient temple game art when i found it don’t bother clicking the link on the thing that says facebook, it does not work) (i will not lie this is kinda my first publication so go easy on me). A while ago I fell in love with the Dungeon Core stories and decided: ‘Heck, why not make my own spin on things!’ and so i started brainstorming what to do and i kinda just found the idea for the story during it. This is the story of a guy named Michael Alex (not a typo that is the name I will be using for him) he was an avid fiction writer and reader who was just sitting on his couch playing a puzzle game on his phone called: Ruins of Drailmor Keep (a three in one deal: tower defence, Puzzle (mazes generally), and world building (namely building on the ashes of fallen empires and regulating certain things while the waves of enemies keeps coming back to burn it down and ruin it just like the curse would while ocasionally sending out your own monsters to get rare rescources)) when he gets an alert and well one thing leads to another and he died to a freak avalanche. He then comes into contact with the universe's will (basically something that *insert your prefered deity here* cooperated with to make the world (heaven, hell, the mortal world, yggdrasil, basically every "world" that has been made (in reality, mythology, games, books, cartoons/movies, and memes!) but also had a mind of its own at the same talk.) and Michael and the Universe’s Will talked and this story is about the outcome of said discussion.

For King and Kin: A Fox's Journey
Two fox-kin siblings set out to serve a human king, hoping to secure ties with the royals that had formed in times of war. Yet, much is demanded of them as their father's reputation precedes them. They find the King struggling to keep his vassals from breaking the terms of the armistice. With reports of smuggling increasing and the nation's strategic resources at stake, their father is sent to oversee the border. The king, fearing for his own children, hopes for six more months. Meanwhile, tavern brawls turn bloody as a cry spreads across the land, "Loyalty? Or bread!". What to expect: - cold steel weapons with magic- colonial-esque era- elements of strategy (including logistics)- powerful mages that can't block a crossbow bolt. Except for some earth mages.- realistic depictions of violence. I don't care to focus on it. - other races introduced eventually, if they fit. - Australian english, except when I slip. Not much slang though, I reckon.
