Yana looked at her.
"so, how exactly will you do your revenge?"
"...i.. that man made me as his servant.."
"you will use your position as his maid to do something?"
"...yes" Iris nodded
"with skill? i doubt it will be that easy"
"no, he always use anti-skill area in his room. I don't understand how it works, but the moment i use my skill.... it is gotten sealed for one hour"
".... that's quite a large scale skill.. i assume he can't put that skill all over the fort"
"you're right. He only use that for the prison at the north area and his room"
"most likely Chanotte in that prison area.."
"Chanotte? you're talking about that chief Yana?"
"yes. He's with me. We have the same purpose to make sure that commander doesn't do anything bad for the other race"
"that's make sense then"
"what do you mean?"
"i feel something wrong when that treason issue is announced by commander.... from his mana flow, i know he's not that kind of man"
"interesting, so this mana flow can give you that kind of information?"
"yes, that's our gift as an elf"
"interesting. Back to our conversation, honestly i think your plan is not going to work Iris"
"what make you so sure about that Yana?"
"if my instinct can't be the answer, i will say his observation skill"
"i don't get it"
"he put you near him, don't you think he do that on purpose?"
"...i do. But whatever the circumstance is, it is still a good chance"
"how long have you been here?"
"around three months"
"how many times do you see a chance to kill him?"
"i never mention about killing him..."

"if he can be reasoned with, you won't give me that suffered expression"
"..-sigh- i only see one chance, when he sleep"
"your intonation, your expression, the way you breathe.... all of that is giving me this uncertain feeling. You already know something wrong with this only one chance Iris. Why is that?"
"I'm surprised. Tho you are Furr'dhahd and Ho'rath, i can't believe how you know exactly what I'm thinking"
"ahaha, but anyone can do that only by looking your expression"
Iris long ears moved a little, and she showed this embarrassed expression.
"-ehem- because i know he's not that stupid" Iris tried to change the topic
"good. At the very least you realize that. He's the man that realized you as the queen of Yvren kingdom, and even made you as his personal maid. That's totally not a thing that stupid man will do"
"!! how do you know about that Yana?!"
"very simple. Why do you think he chosing you as his personal maid? random? if it's true, then why do you obey him? I'm very sure all of you rather die than obey his order right?"
"I'm speechless. So that's reason that make you realized about my identity earlier?"
"more or less. I mean, who will fight for all of the people if it's not their leader? common people won't have that strong determination"
"I'm impressed Yana. You're truly our Furr'dhahd"
"now, now. Rather than do that risky plan of yours, you better help me with my plan"
"of course Yana. You're sent here by our Rhal'vhateq. I believe that your decision is the best for us"
"good then. So this is my plan..."
He leaned his body fowards and told Iris all of his plan, including about Shanti and Ragha.

"Half-beast? I'm afraid, this is the first time i've heard of them. A race with brute force and fast movement? that will be very helpful"
"yes, i rely on them" He nodded
He stood up and looked at her.
"so, ready to start?"
"of course Yana. With your help, I'm certain this will be success"
"don't worry, I'll make sure of that"
They walked towards the door and Iris was the first one to get out from the building.
"Iris"
"yes Yana? what's wrong?"
"if our plan comes to the choice.. where you have to chose your people over me..."
"what are you saying.."
"listen Iris. If that comes... you need to trust me"
Yana moved closer and touched Iris shoulders.
"I'll give a signal, and then you will chose without any hesitation. You get that?"
Iris looked at him and tried to remove her hesitation.
"i understand"
"good. Let's go then. may the wisdom God RATHIEL gives his blessing"
"may our wisdom God RATHIEL give us his blessing"
They walked through the small alley and seperated at the main street.

Join me on my journey, provide helpful criticism, edits, or whatever suits your mind! I appreciate any and all feedback!!!! We also have a Discord for anybody who wants to talk all things Rise of the Paragon!! Genesis Discord Also, consider joining my Patreon! Fair Warning: Blue Screens, and somewhat overpowered protagonists! The main character's point of view is described in first person. Every other character is in third person. That's just how I've chosen to present my writing style. REWRITE/REVISE is currently in progress. Any suggestions? Comment on their respective chapters!
