History: One of the major ninja clans in Konohagakure, they specialize in genjutsu and mind-related techniques, as well as being in charge of the Konoha Barrier Team. They also have a special relationship with the Nara and Akamichi clans being that members from their clan always form cell teams with members from the other two clans.

Clan Name: (father) Hyuga/日向 (means "place in the sun")

History: One of the four noble clans of Konoha as well as one of, if not, the strongest clan in the village. They are descended from Hamura Otsutsuki, the brother of Hagoromo Otsutsuki and possess the greatly coveted Byakugan dojutsu. That being the case, they are also distant cousins of the Uchiha, Uzumaki and Senju clans. They are also divided into two houses to protect the secrets of the Byakugan: the main house that runs the family and the branch house that protects the main house. (Tensho is from the branch house.)

Note

This character is one whose given name I'm incredibly proud of, aside from Iroko. Essentially, it represents both of the families she comes from. This 天象 first initially means "elephant", thus owing to Ino, her father and her son being named after an animal themselves, assuming that's a norm in their branch of the clan. It can also mean "astronomical phenomena" as an extra spin to it. Where it gets interesting is that the word Tensho also refers to a particular style of martial arts called Kata (型/形 meaning "model" or "form") and, when translated, can mean either 'revolving palms", "rotating hands", or "turning palms", perfectly highlighting her Hyuga side as well! When I had made this discovery, it was one of the few times in my life I actually felt smart.
