《The Irregular At The Merthyr Academy Of Magic》Trouble In The Bus [2]

As he said these words, the boy placed both of his hands together, and a misty purple color of ball of light started to form between them. He was only a few meters away from that young lady, the boy threw his hands forward and the misty purple beam shot out from the palm of his hands.
Looking at the front at the purple light, the office lady was already terribly afraid. Both of her legs were already gone numb, with a deadly fear carved on her face. She didn't though the young high school boy could even dare to use his magic against her to kill her in front of many peoples.
“He really use his magic, to kill that office lady.”
“Ohh my God, he's going to murder her.”
The people, who were spectating this scene happening, begin to murmur.
The office lady didn't have any time to dodge, and the ray of light was too fast for her to dodge. Hence, she brazenly crossed her both hands in front of her chest. Trying to brace the impact, she grits her teeth and waits to bear the pain. As the light is going to hit her the misty light suddenly shattered into thousands of pieces without any sound.
And the young boy who just attacked her, his body was lifted into the air with his hands were covered by a chunk of frost and sent flying backward as he scrambled onto the bus wall behind him with a thud.
“What's going on?" A student among the crowd said. “He was sent flying without any resistance, is this office lady also a magician?"
A crowd that was initially seeing this fight happening, looked at the office lady in astonishment. They never thought the office lady was so strong that she could easily defeat that boy with a flip of her fingers.

The office lady was standing there stupidly. She didn't know what just happened. When she saw misty light coming in her direction she already closed her eyes and accepted her fate. But opening her eyes did she not only see herself not injured but even the boy who attacked her was also fallen to the ground.
Seeing all around absent-mindedly she couldn't able to reckon who just save her life, even Grey was also dumbfounded seeing this seen happening. Although the government has to ban everyone from using their magical powers from harming any innocent people in the city. There are always some peoples who challenge their might.
Seeing this was already over, some of the students who were close to that purple hair boy ran over to see if the boy had got some fatal injuries. When they get close to him and check him out they let out a sigh of relief as the boy was completely fine.
The moment the peoples come to a realization, they couldn't help but laugh at the purple-haired boy.
“I can't believe he was defeated by someone in one move.”
“I didn't see who it was that defeated him.” The people on the bus begin to whisper.
Although there are many magicians the difference in their strength was also large. Their talent was also distinct from each other.
Although science was developing new technology bypassing days, they still couldn't able to reach the height of any born genius who could use his magic power to his utmost limit. That was also the reason Lunar City begins to gather students who are inborn talented to teach them magic to their critical extent. Although there is a gap between born geniuses students and outcasts, that does not mean that they couldn't able to surpass born geniuses. That is also the reason gives a certain chance to Outcasts Magicians.

The 1st High Magical High School Of Lunar City Merthyr Academy was also investing in Ability Development. Things like pharmaceutics, neurology, mechanical engineering, and cerebral physiology. Even without any talent, if you made it through the standard Curriculum, you’d at least be able to become an average-level magician or you could even surpass them.
However, powers always come with burdens and responsibilities. So you must, at least need some talent and are also prepared for your own demise.
Since humans have discovered , this brand-new power, it has already been centuries. The cause of it was due to the sudden awakening of supernatural abilities & upgrading technologies.
Due to the that persuaded the evolution of humankind, the that led by the dark factions, and the these secret organizations, that had inherited the latest technology & Supernatural power through lines of succession, finally begins to produce a massive result as century begins to pass.
Although human life begins to change, magic still could not be explained through scientific theories alone. Magic was not restricted by simple scientific theories.
Magic belonged to a higher dimension than the sciences & technology could reach. Causing the world's rules to be completely ignored & shattered.
For example, when a Magic-user uses Magic to cover his entire body, this layer of Magic would “Ignore” and repel all physical phenomena that the person couldn't handle. This 'Defending' Magic could only be destroyed by 'Attacking' Magic or objects holding Magic.
If the person could have a thorough understanding of the Magic, he could even bend the rules of the world & even could destroy the world with his pure strength.
Thus, the era had finally changed from nuclear weapons & become .
Police and self-defense forces had also transformed into Magicians composed of Magic-casters and Warriors.
And Lunar City Magic training academy was the 1st High Magic High School known as Merthyr Academy. Which is also the school that Grey is about to enter to study.
.......
After the flashing of the pointlessly slim fight, the purple-haired boy was already unconscious, with his high school friends helping him.
After smiling & laughing their guts out the remaining people also calm down. As they whispered about the sudden turn of events. Grey was also contemplating that sudden attack that help the young office lady.

Dark Lands: The Exile and the Prince
A short time has passed since the siege on Ruined Home has been lifted and as the survivors of the battered encampment slowly begin to rebuild their new home, Aurelius has returned from a failed troll hunt. Yet despite the battered prince’s failures, he has set into motion a series of events that will forever change his life. Meanwhile, Iskra has found herself at the helm of a far more favorable position and begins to forge a path that will lead her towards the first steps of a long road of revenge. Author’s Note: This is the direct sequel to the first Dark Lands story and as time goes on I will update the synopsis to help bring further detail about the story. For now however, I hope you all enjoy what is about to be written. Eight Years Arc: Eight Years have passed since Aurelius and Iskra have first met one another, and a lot has changed since then. The vast majority of Aurelius’ family has been slaughtered by the hands of none other than his oldest brother, a man that the golden haired prince had spent the past several years to hunt down and kill all in the name of vengeance. Upon his return, the kin-slaying prince has found that some things have changed during his absence. Iskra, his first wife and love of his life, has proclaimed that she no longer cares about the events that have been unfolding in her former homeland for the last several years and states that she is solely focused on raising her children. Yet it is through learning that the High Elves have taken a keen interest in the once magically-absent lands of Ranislava that Aurelius decides that action must be taken and thus he journeys south to learn more about what his distant kin are up to in such a backwater region of the world. Who he will meet and what he will do will turn the tides of fate, but in whose favor is something that only the Gods will know. (The Eight Years arc is something that was designed to be written in a way where people don't have to feel the need to go back to the very beginning of the Dark Lands story in order to know what is going on or who the characters are.)

The Card Thief of Culnivar
Deep with the cozy kingdom of Daeton, among the generation-old farmlands and villages, a young farmer’s daughter stumbles upon a dead man. His elaborate clothing has been torn to ribbons, yet his skin remains unblemished. His face is peaceful, and tucked into the hand lying across his chest can be seen a solitary playing card. He is a Ludum Haeres. The last remnant of a Summoner. Numbered among those few capable of changing their destinies. The unseen rulers of the world known as Vesperia, and one of the most powerful creatures in existence. The woman knows none of this. And so, she picks up the card... This is my third novel on Royal Road, the first being "Beyond the Horizon's Eye", and the second being "The Dawnfire Archives". This story is something of a test in a new genre, that of CardLIT. We'll see how well it succeeds as the story continues. It takes place in a different setting than my other tales, with an entirely new cast of characters. It does, however, contain several ties between the stories. Average post between 1000 - 3000 words.
