After getting the quest for early graduation, Raoul decided that his plans to hide strength and talent would not last long. He would need the protection of either the Hokage or one of the legendary Sannin that is the only way that Danzo doesn't get in his way.

"I would prefer going into the ANBU though, even if their head, the Hokage is not very good, at least he is better than Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru who are the perfect living examples of gambling, pervert and mad scientist." Raoul thought

As he decided to get stronger, he brought weights from the market, the same as Rock Lee's which weigh about 4600 kg ( I just googled it ) for both legs and arms.

Raoul also observed two things, first being that when he activates hi 4x time acceleration, his body would mature faster, meaning if he activates for a whole year, all his friends would grow for one year whereas Raoul would grow 4 times that but it will not effect the years he will live. Second he observed that according to Newton's law, every action has an equal and opposite reaction in the opposite direction, according to this when in 4x time acceleration although his punches and kicks would be stronger due to higher speed, he won't get hurt. This power really defies Newton.

Raoul had problem with his chakra, although he currently had more chakra than them, it will not be the same in the future and he would need a lot more chakra to become a true elite. That will grow with time, currently Raoul thought of activation 4x time acceleration while sleeping and training.

Raoul had to learn more than the basic jutsus taught in the academy, hr=e had to learn stronger ones. He had already bought Chakra paper while coming home so he took out the paper and put some chakra into it, the paper first wrinkled a little, then the paper moistened and finally it burned.

" Hehehehe I got 3 affinities Fire, lightning and water. Fire and lightning are good for attack while water can be used for attack and defense both." Raoul said while watching the burnt piece of paper

" Now I have to learn some B or A rank Jutsus just the problem is that my talent in ninjutsu is just a little above the average. When i complete the quest, I will put my talent points in ninjutsu section" Raoul thought while putting on the weights for training.

As Kakashi was already a chunnin, he had access to C-rank jutsu and a few B-rank due to him being a genius. I asked him to get me 5 C-rank and 2 B-rank ones in exchange for a spar, obviously he agreed after all I am his big brother.

The jutsus I asked for were :

Lightning bolt jutsu C-rank

Lightning burst jutsu C-rank

Fireball jutsu C-rank

Fire phoenix jutsu C-rank

Water whip jutsu C-rank

Electric skin technique B-rank

Hell breaker B-rank

From then on Raoul went to the a hilltop in a forest of Konoha for training

- Two Year Time Skip -

Two years have passed in Konoha, Two years left for the 3rd ninja war, during these two years Raoul perfected his chakra control second only to Tsunade in the present and it took him 6 months even with the 4x time power although he can use 6x now but he did not use it since it would be too suspicious for a 10 year-old having beard. During this period he also honed his taijutsu and Hatake kenjutsu techniques.

Hatake kenjutsu has 2 stages in the 1st stage you put plain chakra into your weapon which makes it a lot very shaper than before. After you master the 1st stage you start the 2nd one in which you pour elemental chakra which doubles your weapon range and makes it more sharper, after mastering half the second stage, you can easily cut through big boulders.

During this time when everyone grew two years, Raoul had 3 years worth of growth.

This was not the only thing that happened in two years, Kakashi some time ago got injured on a mission and it was said that he barely made it out alive. He got an earful from Raoul, even if he understands that the ninja world is unsafe, a big brother can not stop worrying for his little brother moreover when he is his only family remaining.

Obito confessed his love to Rin many times only to end up not being able to say it properly and Rin misunderstanding it completely. Guy acknowledged Raoul as his eternal rival and Asuma came less and less to meet everyone. The best thing is that he and Kurenai have now gotten very close.

His power right now is at an high level Chunnin and with 6x time power he can get to the level of a special jounin and kill an elite chunnin within a few minutes.

Now there is only one thing remaining and that is to graduate from the academy and get into the ANBU.

"There is only a teeny-tiny very cute little problem... How To Get In?" Raoul shouted

"It's not like I am a prodigy, like graduating at 10 years old is good but not impressive enough for the Hokage to personally call you and ask you to join ANBU, he got more work to do... or maybe this one hasn't" Raoul said while thinking about how to get into the ANBU without making Danzo pay attention to him as Sakumo's son.

Raoul had finished his training and was walking back to his home. On the way he heard someone running and 3 people wearing Uchiha police force jacket chasing him

Raoul identified him as an elite chunnin spy from Iwagakure and said " Here comes my chance to join ANBU, hehehe, running straight towards me"

"If you put chicken in front of me I won't reject it" Raoul thought while activating his 6x time acceleration power.
