I will be writing from Raoul's POV from now on since it is confusing to write in third person. I will also change to different people's POV but will inform earlier.

At night I was sleeping peacefully it's just that it was the peace before the storm. I slept and suddenly woke up in front of god.

"fuuuuck" I thought only after even though he is like this, he is a god.

"Old Man, Did You Make A Mistake Again?" I asked

" uhmmm if I say yes could you please not ask for another system this time?" God said as he was trying to show puppy eyes

"Old man you doing puppy eyes don't look good just tell me what it is and send me back"

God looked embarrassed but he breathed a sigh of relief and started speaking " I actually did a miscalculation and told you wrong powers. This I have done full study and will tell about them."

"Like am I gonna get nerfed? I am not even the strongest in a village"

"NO kid it's nothing like that. I had last time told you that you have 5 time controlling powers but there were actually 6." God told me

I got curious. If i could really freely control time I could just bring back the dead.

"Can you tell me what they are?"

" Yes.

1. You can slow down people around you (1x with every seal)

2. You and fasten the people around you (1x with every seal)

3. You can make something younger (1 year with every seal unlocked)

4. you can make something older (1 year with every seal unlocked)

5. Turn time back (1 hour with every seal)

6. Turn time forward (1 hour with every seal)

From now on your seal would only have 8 seals every power and your first power will be bought down to 5x"

" well that is not very bad but not very good too. Looks like I need to get less dependent on this time power. Can you stop the power I unlocking every year now and start the 4th one to unlock"

" Yes and also as a little compensation I have given you the middle-level sage body"

"Thanks old man"

After that I woke up in the same room in which I woke up for the past 4 years.

I went downstairs made some breakfast for Kakashi, packed some dried rations for my training time

I feel pretty good after getting the middle-level sage body. My all attributes were doubled again. Now I am at the jounin level and with 5x power I can kill an elite jounin with some help.

God told me while leaving that the power of every village had increased up a notch. Like if Konoha previously had 10 elite jounins, now it has 30 elite jounins with their attributes doubled. Due to their attributes being doubled I got he shorter end of the stick an my power fell to special jounin level but thanks to to sage body it did not affect me much.

Right now my concern is to get stronger so that I can just breeze through the chunnin exams.

I took the Rock Lee weights, dried rations and went to the hilltop to train.

Chidori, the lightning justsu which was created by Kakashi when he was 12 years old as he tried to make a copy of rasengan, helped increasing the speed and had a piercing effect. Combined with my naturally fast speed and my time power chidori would be the most useful for me, with my high ninjutsu talent I may create it within a month.

-2 Days before the chunnin exams-

A lot of genins had gathered from different villages totaling to a number of around 250-300. Some of them looked like they were in their twenties. They were the ones who had failed the test for many years and were here as canon fodder. There was also a boy from "The Mist" who looked somewhat like a shark. I just couldn't remember his name.

Since it was the second last day before the exams, I went to meet everyone. Kurenai was very worried about me since her father was a chief examiner, she knew everything that was happening.

Not gonna lie, it feels good when someone worries about you sincerely.

" I'm gonna girlfriend her up after the war." I decided

Hearing that I was gonna take part in the chunnin exams Guy started saying " VERY GOOD MY FRIEND. I CALL YOU MY ETERNAL RIVAL BECCAUSE YOU ARE SO STRONG. TAKE PART AND COME FIRST. THAT IS THE POWER OF YOUTH!!!!"

Everyone passing by was seeing Guy as he was spouting all that bullshit about Youth.

Seeing everyone like this I decided to propose hanging out the whole day today.

We decided to first play at the ground then go to the hot spring and finally eat an all-you-can-eat buffet. When we reached the hot spring I saw the perverted look on Obito's face, I knew that he was going to peep the girls and at first I did not say anything but when I realized that he may see Kurenai in the bath instead of Rin, I stood behind him and said in the coldest voice possible by a 10-year-old

"If you peep at them I swear no matter the consequences, I'm gonna kill you"

Listening to me he followed what I said after all he may start a war for her but it was in the future.

After we got out of the hot spring, we all went to eat. There Obito ran as fast as he could to get the seat beside Rin, and he got it. I sat with Kurenai and Guy sat with his youth

As the day came to end, we all left for our homes. Obito asked Rin if she wanted to go with him but got rejected and he went home saddened. I went home with Kurenai and seeing this Obito was even more envious. I knew that he would be so I looked back at him with the "Got the best face" expression.
