I changed the name of system to Maia cuz the name was similar to another fanfic and in chapter 12, there was a mention of Chinoke clan, it was in Naruto with some other thing I don't remember so now that clan's name will be "Hitoki" clan
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"What are your levels? You both look like kids how can you escort us safely?"
"He is a chunnin and I am a special jonin. As per your request, you may be attacked by some bandits, we can at least handle some bandits." Raoul answered the man
"Let me tell the leader"
"You aren't the leader" Raoul asked with a confused expression. The man he was talking to was wearing a different robe from the others.
"No, I am just the carriage driver and these are merchants" The man answered
"You better let me do the talking from the next time or who knows you straight go to the spy and tell him about the mission" Kakashi whispered
"I-I didn't, like I, real- OK" Raoul did not understand what to say and agreed in the end
The caravan was preparing to leave and making final checks
[Host had received rewards for killing a Quasi-Kage-level shinobi
1 affinity
2 A-rank jutsu
10 of each chakra and health recovery pills
1 cataclysm blade]
"Now now Maia, details please"
[Affinity root for any element, like time, space, dust, lava etc]
[Chakra pills recover 50% of your chakra and the same with health recovery pills, they recover 50% of your health]
[The cataclysm blade is a blade stronger than your current blade and even better in quality than the 7 swords of the Mist. The cataclysm blade helps in chakra flow and conducts chakra, increasing Hatake kenjutsu's range and sharpness]
"Looks like it's time to hand over this blade to Kakashi" Raoul thought in his mind

[What affinity does the Host choose]
"Why didn't I get a kekkei genkai?"
[Host will get a kekkei genkai when the host kills a kage level shinobi]
"Looks like a Kage level shinobi is going to die in my hands in the third war" Raoul thought while ending his conversation with Maia (Raoul does not speak but just talks to Maia mentally)
The caravan left Konoha soon with Raoul and Kakashi. Kakashi was walking in the front and Raoul was keeping an eye on everyone from the behind.
It had been 7 hours since the caravan left Konoha and everyone stopped for an hour's rest
"These civilians just have too low stamina, they are tired after walking for only 7 hours. I can run for 7 hours and not get tired as much as they have from just walking" Kakashi said while sitting with Raoul on a tree branch
Hearing to what Kakashi said, Raoul remembered what he used to be in his previous life. 7 hours is far, he could not even walk for 2 hours back then.
"Hahaha leave it, they are the money pockets who will pay us" Raoul said with a smile comparing his past and current self
The name of the leader of the caravan is Tatsuya. He is the owner of a very big organization which provides different civilian related services.
Raoul had met Tatsuya and he seemed to be friendly. When the caravan stopped for rest, Raoul went in Tatsuya's tent to meet him
"Hello leader, hope you are doing good" Raoul asked in a polite tone
"Ah, Hello Raoul-San. Thank you for escorting us. How may I help you?"
"I wanted to ask if you know why the bandits will attack you" Raoul said
"The place we are going to has a lot of them and I also have some money with me right now so I just wanted to be safe" Tatsuya replied

"Hmm You should keep all the money in the carriage hidden. Is there anything else?"
"No-no nothing else" Tatsuya fumbled once while replying
Raoul listened to what Tatsuya had to say. Raoul got up and left after listening to him but he found everything Tatsuya said suspicious, if he was speaking the truth, he wouldn't be sweating buckets.
Raoul called Kakashi right before starting out again
"Kakashi, today, I will give you father's blade. You should use it and complete missions finely with your safety" Raoul said like a king bestowing a rank
"Brother, Brother,.... I already have a blade" : Kakashi
"Just take it and use it, you will see the difference clearly"
"Ok I'll take it but what about you? How will you fight? You mainly us taijutsu and kenjutsu" Kakashi asked
"Don't worry about me. I have a blade I got from my money" Raoul said whole waving his hand
Raoul took out the cataclysm blade. It was half a meter in length, clack in color with a red hilt.
Everyone once again started moving again, this time Raoul close to Tatsuya's carriage, Kakashi on the back and a clone of both in the middle
Not even an hour had passed since they started walking again, Raoul sensed some people. 3 chunnin to be precise. Raoul, without alerting anyone, sent his shadow clone to the place where he sensed the chunnin.
Right in front of his eyes, the chunnin were walking with their back towards Raoul. Raoul silently approached the back of the last shinobi in line and patted his back, calling him
"Shhh we are on a mission, don't disturb right now" : Chunnin 3
Raoul patted on his back again but this time the shinobi ignored him. Raoul patted the third time and this time finally the shinobi turned
"What th-" As he was speaking he remembered that he was the the last in formation and as he turned around to see who it was, he had a broken nose, the signature move of certain someone
Raoul did not take much time and knocked out the other two of his comrades and brought them in front of the caravan
At the same time, in Hokage's office
"Hiruzen, I need Raoul, he should be in ROOT to bring out his full potential" Danzo rushed in Hokage's office. Danzo had a way to use Shisui against Raoul but the problem was that they were not close enough
"He is working under Minato, convince him, if he says yes, you can take him. Now leave, I have to complete signing these documents by end of the day"
Danzo left the office without talking any further and started thinking of ways to use Shisui

Black Wind, White Lotus
In this world, there are haves and have nots. The former are pureblooded humans, some of whom are capable of manipulating qi, the mysterious energy that flows through every living creature, to miraculous results that defy the laws of nature and physics. Wen Feili was one such cultivator. However, she allied with the have nots- the anthropomorphic hybrids incapable of channeling qi-and dabbled in forbidden demonic arts, seeking to change the very composition of reality. This did not end well for her, and she was consumed by her own flames. A decade later, far in the northwestern mountains, her daughter Wen Fengli is working as a lowly servant of the minor Shuangshan sect. In between sweeping the floor and avoiding bullies, she secretly trains with a wooden sword, hoping to become a warrior cultivator at some point in the future. However, since she's part-human, part-wolf, it's just a pipe dream. ....or so she bitterly thought. However, one day a mysterious amulet that belonged to her mother falls into her hands. A deranged old master, a terrible conspiracy, a mysterious past? None of that matters to tomboyish wolfgirl, who only seeks to become stronger. She embarks on a journey of adventure and self-discovery, towards the mysterious southern lands where pure demi-humans are said to live...as spectre of war once again envelops the world of man. This is a Chinese-themed fantasy story set in a fictional world. You can classify it as xianxia, if you wish, but it's a rather low fantasy variant; the heavenly realm is silent, no one reached immortality in generations, and magical artifacts of old are locked away and feared. Magical beasts and spirits have been driven to the corners of civilisation, and "ordinary" abilities such as flying or controlling swords through telekinesis are considered spectacular feats. The main plot of this book revolves around a kemonomimi girl who seeks power, no matter the cost. This story also features multiple character pov, and will not always follow the perspective of the mc- there are two major plotlines, one connected to conspiracy and war ongoing in the political background of the presented world, and the other focusing on the main character's physical and metaphorical journey. The Lay of the Black Doors is a horror/adventure story that takes place in a secondary world. It is mainly inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, China Miéville’s Bas-Lag books, M.T. Anderson’s The Game of Sunken Places, and Shea and Wilson’s The Illuminatus! Trilogy. Be warned that the story involves frightening situations and occasional dark themes, as well as some violence and gore. Weekly updates. No longer on hiatus! The cover image is not mine.
