"Whheeeewww, those are some big ones", Levant said, a small grin coming across his face,

"Hmm...I’d say about 20 or 21 meters tall, definitely doable", Aster said looking pleasantly surprised,

"My only question is where the fuck were they hiding those", Barak asked, as he finished rolling a joint,

“don’t any of you guys read or paid any attention when we we’re taught growing up, the giants were granted the ability to change between human size and their true size at will”, Aster said,

“ seems like they’re making themselves easy targets if you ask me”, Barak said,

“never heard you complain about easy work”, Levant said, shooting a small ball of fire at the tip of the joint barak had now put in his mouth,

“you didn’t even let me ask”, barak said,

"How the fuck did I miss them, Barak look we gotta try again, this isn't good enough", Polaris said,

“you’re right about that, but, barak is now really the time to be smoking”, Aster said looking at barak, and shaking his head,

Switching to yumi

Yumi looked up, her face bright and her eyes wide, she was shocked to see someone using giants,

“hey, hey dude, where did you get those ?, it’s not everyday we get to see one of them, hey answer me

“just shut it little lady”, the captor said,

“why ?”, yumi asked,

“because you’re making this a lot more annoying than it has to be, the gild master hired me to get you to him, now shut up”, the captor said,

Back with the boys

"Hey guys, let's take one alive”, Aster said,

“why would we do that Aster”, Polaris said,

“cause this is a rare chance outside of traveling to Atlas primordial, I wanna know how strong they are and how they work", Aster said to the rest, his face gleaming with excitement, his bright green eyes getting even brighter, and his body shaking as with boundless energy,

"ASTER NOW ISN'T THE TIME TO BE WANTING A NEW TOY TO PLAY WITH", Levant shouted at aster,

The giants were equipped with weapons that to normal sized people would be rather deadly, one of the giants stepped forward and swung his battle axe at the pillars the boys were standing on, but before he could hit them, the boys dispersed,

Levant propelled himself from his pillar using his flames, Aster used the earth pillar to launch himself at one of the giants, Polaris used the moisture in the air to walk above the pillar, and Barak used his lightning to teleport himself on one of the giants head,

"Lets see how you like this you over sized asshole", Levant shouted,

BLOOD MOON BULLETS, seven giant fire balls appeared in the sky and then they compressed down into seven bullets that Levant loaded into his gun, and then he shot one of the bullets into the giant, that had swung his axe, head, which burned a hole straight through killing him in one shot,

Levant landed on the giant he had killed as the corpse began to fall to the ground, and then he aimed at the other giant shooting two more bullets killing another one,

“NEWS FLASH ASTER, THEY’RE NOT THAT STRONG”, Levant shouted

"Fucking show off" aster said, as he was flying through the air,

Barak looked at what Levant did then he raised his hand into the air, thunder clouds began to appear and you could hear the thunder rumbling and rolling in the sky,

"Guess its my turn", barak said,

RAIDENS SWORD, A straight bolt of lightning shot from the sky and engulfed the giant leaving it charred and burnt, barak jumped off the falling giants corpse and into the forest,

"Well that's three", Aster said to himself, using his power to change his path by raising small boulders from the ground and jumping off of them, he threw his war hammer at the last giants knee, hitting it causing the giant to cry out in pain and dropping to one knee,

As Aster landed the giant began to shrink in size and so did the weapon he was holding onto, Aster held out his hand, his hammer flying directly back into his palm, as he readied his stance,

Polaris jumped down from his floating platform and landed on the ground, aster landed next to polaris,

“oh so that’s what you meant”, Polaris said,

“yep, and I take it he will be much more difficult to deal with in his smaller form”, Aster said,

“well then why are we waiting, lets get him before he’s finished shrinking”, Polaris said, rushing towards the giant with his sword drawn,

“WAIT POL, we don’t know what powers he has”, Aster said,

Polaris came flying back in Aster’s direction, with a large rock in his abdomen, As the now shrunken giant stood up,

Even in his smaller form, he stood well above Aster in height, even though it was night the moon shined brightly as it was a full moon, bathing the forest floor in a cold blue light, his skin was pale, he had bright green eyes similar to Aster, his hair was blonde and was a mohawk, that ran into a ponytail, that ran down his back, and a full beard on his face, in his hand he wielded a large battle axe,

“Pol, pol, are you okay”, Aster said, running over to Polaris,

“fuck, that hurt, yeah I’m fine”, Polaris said,

“NO TIME TO BE CHECKING ON YOURE FRIEND”, a loud voice said, as the giant had now appeared behind Aster, swinging his battle axe towards Aster’s head,

“WATCH OUT ASTER”, Polaris said, pulling aster onto the other side of him, he slammed his hand on to the ground, as a large pillar of ice shot up, hitting the giant in his chest, as a loud crash rang out and the sound of ice shattering filled the air

As the cloud of cold air dissipated, the giant swung his battle axe cleaving the ice pillar in half,

“that had enough force behind it to launch him into the air”, Polaris said,

“I know I’ve been on the receiving end of one of your attacks like that, at the very least it should’ve downed him”, Aster said,

The giant walked forward a large grin on his face,

“guess you youngsters didn’t know, we giants maintain our weight, power, strength and stamina, that we hold while in our true forms”, the giant said,

“now show me what you’ve got”, the giant continued,

Stomping his foot on the ground, he sent a wave of spiked pillars of earth shooting out of the ground towards aster and Polaris,

Aster did the same, stomping his foot and producing the same attack as the one that was headed for them,

“ah right, you are also blessed by Oko-Ash”, the giant said, jumping to the side of his attack and rushing towards Polaris, the sound of metal striking against each other filled the air, as Polaris and the giant’s weapons me each other, but the giants strength was to much, forcing Polaris onto one knee,

“you’re time to die is soon boy”, the giant said,

“not so fast”, Aster said, swinging his Warhammer into the knee of the giant he had injured earlier, causing the giant to fall to the ground once more,

“say goodnight”, Aster said, swinging his Warhammer down onto the giants head, the body of the giant falling limp onto the floor,

“you should’ve called him a bitch at the end of that sentence”, Polaris commented,

“so much for keeping one alive”, Polaris said,

“he’s still alive, I made sure not to hit him where It could’ve killed him”, Aster said,

“ohhh, huh, oh well”, Polaris said, kicking the unconscious body of the giant,

"Just freeze his hands and feet", Aster said to polaris,

"Okay, I got you", polaris is said to aster,

“pol thank the gods that at least you’re more reasonable than the other two”, Aster said,

After freezing the giants hands and feet on to the ground, Aster turned to entire ground around the giant into quick sand causing him to sink,

"Well that should hold him for now, now let's go get our new friend", Aster said,

"You know to be honest another reason I agreed to help out is because I seriously need time away from our clan, after that shit zaraar pulled I need to leave , so we have to get her back”,polaris concluded,

"Oh I hadn't thought of that, then it might be the same for Levant and barak, some much needed away time from our normal lives", Aster said,

The two of them jumped into the trees and started to head after yumi and the rest.
