Levant and Polaris were at the edge of the city harbour, staring out at the ocean,
"So.... I'm going to head to my best friend, I told her that I would be dropping a while back", Polaris said,
Levant looked across at Polaris, a slight glint in his eyes made showed his interest in the topic,
”sounds about right, she’s the only person outside of us that you even want to be social with”, Levant remarked,
“well I can’t look to any of the three of you guys for moral guidance now can i”, Polaris retorted, chuckling slightly,
“says who I happen to be a very good person”, Levant replied, his voice heavy with sarcasm,
“well I’m gonna head out then see you later”, Levant said, before flying off using his flames,
meanwhile, Polaris had jumped in the water, he learned that this was a faster way of travel for him, after about ten minutes of jetting through the water he emerged out of the water close to a small cottage, on the outskirts of the city, he stepped out onto the land, and walked up to the door but before he could knock, the door opened, and out stepped a shade, she was a very petite girl, her skin was a light shade of brown, she had jet black hair and her pupils were pure white, she was a bit shorter than Polaris, he looked annoyed as he stared at the girl he called his best friend, his face said it all,
"I hate when you do that, how am I suppose to ever surprise you", Polaris said,
"You can’t", shade said smiling from ear to ear, her bright and airy demeanor putting a slight smile on Polaris’ face,
"So that means lité is here to", Polaris asked,
"Obviously, that my twin, we’re never far apart from each other", shade said,

"Yo water can", a voice from inside shouted, then some furniture inside moved and out popped lité through the front door, she was Shade’s spitting image with only two visible changes, her hair was pure white and her eyes were jet black,
Polaris sighed ,"well I can't stay long, something else has come up, but I’m glad that the two of you are doing alright”,
“but we haven’t seen you in weeks”, Shade said, her smiling expression turning to a sad one,
“yeah I know, but this has do with lev, Rak, and aster, so its not much of a choice in the matter”, Polaris said,
Shade let out a sigh of disappointment, as she crossed her arms, “ fine, I know how it is when it comes to you and those three”, shade said,
“ohh the four of you are together again, is everything all right”, Lite asked,
“yeah, nothing life threatening, yet”, Polaris said,
“cheer up shade, as soon as were done, I’ll make time for you, hell I’ll even make time for lite” Polaris said,
“no thanks I’m good” lite said, walking back into the house,
“by the way sis, don’t forget we have someone coming over”, lite shouted, from inside,
"Oh well pol, we're both good, plus as you heard I have someone coming over and I would rather you not tell anymore of those stories about me, especially those about when we were younger", shade smiled saying,
“and here I thought you liked those memories we shared”, Polaris said, pouting as he walked off back to the water,
“by the way, next time you can pass by the city hall, we may have some, open missions that we can give to you”, lite shouted poking her head through the window, he gave the two sisters a wave good bye, before jumping into the water and disappearing from sight

Out at sea two people in a boat watched a small island closely,
“well shit Ren got caught, it’s a good thing you decided to put that tracking crystal on him, though it is odd that they took him off the island”, the figure standing at the tip of the boat said,
“ a hideout of theirs, maybe”, the other figure who was laying down comfortably in the boat said,
“hmm, that is quite interesting”, the standing figure answered,
“you know if you wanted to get her back why didn’t you go yourself, things would’ve gone a lot smoother than how they are now, especially with your natural blessing”, the laying figure questioned,
"Nope, the person in charge of that island is monstrously strong, albeit a small island, their leader, is one I consider to be one of the monsters of this world, so no we aren't going to step foot on that island till the time is right", The guy that was standing said,
“oh, I know you’re cautious, but for you to be actively avoiding someone, that person must really be dangerous”, the person laying down said,
“more than dangerous, I’ve faced her once before, she is unbelievably strong, and her natural blessing is nothing to scoff at either”, the standing figure said,
The guy standing, sat down and took up a blanket, well it's late, so I'm gonna sleep, all of them will be there come morning, night", he said to the other that was laying down already,
"What the..., your just gonna go sleep like that, some leader of the guild you are" the guy sitting said,
on the island
Levant had landed a while ago, he sat close to the shore as aster and Polaris landed on the island, one followed closely by the next
"Its been a while since we've been here", Aster said, looking back at Polaris,
“yup it sure has been, by the way on my way here I passed under a boat, they don’t normally get that close to here do they”, Polaris said looking back at Aster, with Levant walking over to join them,
“ i’m sure it’s just a fisherman whose out late to catch some fish”, Aster answered,
“ always got a logical answer to everything Aster”, levant said as he scoffed and looked away,
“ damn you need to stop being so bothered by what he does Lev”, Polaris retorted,
“ughhh whatever I’m hungry lets hurry up and get to the hideout”, Levant responded,
“anyways I hope you’re right Aster”, Polaris commented,
“even if I’m not we’ll deal with it”,Aster replied, the three of them walking off inland

[HIATUS] Re:Turn, The Legend of the 4 Swords
Hiatus Note: Currently on planned hiatus while I finish planning the next section of the story to make sure I know where it's going. Chapter 10 will release soon, and 11 and beyond are ""Part 2"" of the story. In the meantime, check out "Clockwork" my other slice of life LN that I will update regularly. Cryo is an average 18 year old, just graduated high school and is transitioning into college. One notable factor about him is he is incredibly unlucky. Over the summer gets extremely invested in a gacha game known as “Ultima Online” and plays it every single day with his real life friends Gig, Yuso, and Shigeto. Cryo becomes a well-known member of the community because he uploads videos online and livestreams and is especially well-known because he almost never pulls good units from the gacha due to his terrible luck, which makes his anger fun to watch. One day, Admin (Administrators/Developers of the gacha game) send him an email inviting him to their facilities to tour them as a thank-you for making content for the game. On his way to the facilities Cryo stops at a gas station to get some snacks and the gas station is stuck-up by a robber. The robber takes a cute girl hostage and threatens to kill her, so Cryo steps in and bodyslams the robber, causing the robber to aimlessly shoot a bullet which bounces off a rubber tire, just when Cryo thinks he saved the day, the bullet hits him in the head with a lot of force, but not enough to kill him, putting him into a coma. Cryo is then transported to purgatory where a cute goddess decides his fate to be transported to a realm that needed help, promising Cryo if he found 4 legendary swords in this world he would gain re-admittance to the life he once lived. Before being transported to the world that needed assistance the goddess tells him that he can maximize any of his traits, procuring thought into whether Cryo should choose looks, strength, or another trait. After being reminded of his terrible luck in which a flashback to his family dying in a house fire is shown, he decides maximizing his luck trait should be the best choice. He is then transported into this new world, which turns out to be the world of his gacha game, Ultima Online. He meets friends and foes and is tasked with collecting 4 swords that appear as lolis to Cryo. Using the gacha system, he creates a party of strong allies to aid him on his quest to return.
