"AHHHHHHH" Lionel screamed in agony as several golden needles penetrated his skin.
"Calm down; the pain is only imaginary" a smooth and relaxing voice that was calming to the ears sounded out from a person that looked like a kind old man.
"Physician how long will this go on for, both you and I can see that my nephew is in deep pain" a rough voice was also heard at the same time
"Do not worry the pain is only necessary to treat him."
"What you said had better be right.'
Rammell Mikhtarian was a tall man about 7 foot 6. Although he was a large man he had a boyish face something that ran in his family line, With large almond-shaped eyes and wild grey hair, Rammel sported an extremely bulky physique, you would have expected someone of his stature to be in the military; however, he was a Blacksmith in Reinhardt City.
An irony in the fact that his nephew whose appearance seemed to be the complete opposite of his was in the military. Lionel was currently on the bed writhing in pain from the wounds he had sustained at the Battle of Nillium. The Golden Horde had sent a well-known physician in the city to treat him after the battle. A physician who was known for his almost 100% guarantee that any patient of his that had a wisp of living breath left in him could be granted a new lease on life, he was also well known for his eccentric ways of treating his patients with the method of fighting pain with pain.
Although Physician Lester was known to treat pain with pain, he was also known to be extremely efficient when it came to his patient's health. Rammel knew this and knew his nephews physical and internal wounds would be most likely be all right. What he was worried about was Lionel's subjective way of handling the trauma and the terrible things he witnessed.

Although he was a blacksmith, he had been living in Reindhartdt City for 30 years and had seen many people being destroyed psychologically after fighting a war and some even going insane he could not help but be concerned for his nephew.
If such a horrible Fate were to befall his nephew, he would not know how to explain it to his sister. How could he tell his Brother in law that he let his son participate in a war when he had vowed to protect Lionel? As Rammel was regretting his decision to send Lionel to the war the Physician suddenly stood up shaking Rammel out of his thoughts and prompting him to ask in a hurried and concerned tone "Physician have you cured him?"
"Don't worry your nephew will be wonderful, I just gave him a serum that would let him sleep, and I recommend letting him stay in bed for a couple of days, don't let him eat anything strong, at best you should give him some Herbel Soup."
With Lionel being fine Rammel soon calmed down. Looking back at the physician he saw that he was carrying some yellow liquid, being curious at what the yellow liquid was he could not help but ask the physician what it was "Physician Lester might I inquire what exactly is the Yellow liquid you carry in your hands?"
"Well It is the cause of problems for your nephew here, I located it deep in your nephew's stomach, and I believe it to be the blood of a drake."
Hearing this Rammels face paled not bothering on using any formality he instantly addressed the physician "Lester it is widely known that the blood of a drake is highly poisonous in nature and has some horrible side effects. are you completely sure that my nephew will be all right?"

"Hmph are you doubting me, I am one of the few advanced-tier physicians in this city, there are thousands of other people who would be willing to give everything they own just for a visit from me to treat their illnesses, I do this for you for free and yet you doubt me?" The Physician humiliated and angered by the fact Rammel did not fully believe in him walked out of the small cottage slamming the door on his way out.
Rammel was utterly confused by the actions of the Physician when did he say that he doubted him? However, he soon dismissed the thought as the way these high-class people thought was just too confusing. Focusing his attention back at his Lionel he could see he was sleeping peacefully. Taking off his coat and putting it on top of the sleeping Lionel. As he walked out of the room, he looked back at his nephew sleeping peacefully and could not help but be worried once more for his health.
What Rammel did not know was that His destiny would soon wholly change due to the future actions of his nephew.
