Long Shen enthusiastically woke up, wiped his drool off & ran towards his grandpa’s hut to tell him about the bizarre dreams he had, never in his life did he have such wild dreams! Grandpa Shen was walking in the garden leisurely, Long Shen enthusiastically approached him & narrated his dreams in detail. Grandpa was also fascinated & thought that LS must have missed a mother figure in his life so badly that he dreamt of a mother. As far as the Beautiful Woman is concerned, He thought his grandson is almost 9 - 10 years of age soon to enter puberty, it is normal to have dreamt of beautiful women. He didn’t pay much attention to what his grandchild said.

From then onwards sometimes Yue Ying sometimes appeared to him at the early morning times in his sleep, they chatted for a while before she disappeared & Long Shen woke up. He didn’t understand how he had the same dream often as if talking to a real person on different topics every time. He thought for some time & came to a conclusion: “Yue Ying…. Are you my guardian Angel?”. Still in thought he walked outside, as usual Snowy is already awake chasing birds & butterflies in the garden.

He then Practiced his Qi cultivation, and had breakfast before training with Snowy. They were able to share Senses (Vision, Smell, Taste & Sound - Unique perks of an equal contract) with each other. Through this LS can become much more efficient in hunting & pursuing targets from a distance, without them noticing him. They used to hunt normal boars, deers etc., as a practice. One day Long Shen came across a Wild Beast with mid Qi Accumulation Stage, he is not afraid as both him and Snowy are in the late Qi Accumulation Stage. Although at an advantage - they faced a fierce battle with the Wild beast - they were no match for its ferocity. After an hour long intense battle - by sharing their senses & perfect collaboration - they defeated the Wild beast. LS felt an intense exhilaration as this was his first time battling & defeating a wild beast, he liked the satisfaction after a hard fought battle, it was a feeling he never felt before.

They brought the meat of the beast to the monastery to share with the monks. Wild Beast meat has Qi accumulated in it - it is nourishing & replenishes Qi faster. In rare cases some High level Wild beasts will have cores in them - these Beast cores are the essence of a Wild beast’s cultivation - Similar to dantian in humans (Mythical Beasts that can transform themselves into humans, merge their cores with dantain - then the core dissolves / merges into dantian). They are very valuable as they can be used to speed up one’s cultivation & also used as ingredients in making pills for cultivators.

The monks were busy in making the backup preparations & cultivating the newly discovered resource field. They were able to transplant all the essential foods & herbs which were growing at a rapid pace, thanks to the fertile land untouched for unknown time. They didn’t have time to hunt for wIld beasts by venturing deep. Thanks to LS & Snowy they had a feast that day. Early in the morning, Yue Ying appeared to him in his dreams. It has been almost 2 weeks since she appeared last time. LS enthusiastically approached her and said “Yue Ying, I know who you are….”. Yue Ying was surprised, she herself didn’t know why she was stuck near the lake & what her background was. She only knew that her name was Yue Ying. There is also a lot of knowledge floating in her mind in bits & pieces regarding cultivation etc., But she is unable to make sense of the entire knowledge except for a very few things. “Great! Please tell me who I am?” Asked Yue Ying Enthusiastically.

LS confidently asked “Yue Ying! Are you my guardian angel?”

Yue Ying was surprised for a moment & started laughing uncontrollably. “Hahahahaha … Who gave you such an idea!! So funny….hahahaha … I am definitely not an angel..” said Yue Ying holding her belly. She laughed till her belly hurt !!

LS was confused, he definitely thought that Yue Ying is his guardian angel… If she is not an angel who is she? What is she doing in his dreams? He was even more confused. Judging his confusion Yue Ying replied “No need to wrack your brains regarding who I am.. Even I myself don’t know what I am doing here… So, what can you do about it, maybe this is my prison or misfortune, let's not talk about it, Ok?”

“Ok..” agreed LS.

“I can see that you have reached the 8th stage of Qi Accumulation that is a quick progress..” commented Yue Ying. Within a few months he broke through to 8th stage from the 7th stage, even a genius would take at least ½ Year to 1 year.

“He he I study & practice very hard everyday,” Proudly stated LS.

“Do you want me to teach you? You will be able to progress even faster with the method I will teach you.” Said Yue Ying Confidently.

“Please teach me …” asked Long Shen enthusiastically.

Yue Ying took a book from her ring & asked LS to inject his qi into the big circular stone on top of the book. LS injected his Qi into it & suddenly the book floated in the air, pages rapidly flipping. After a long time, as if the book found what it was searching for, it stopped on a red page. It was the only page that was red in color, all the other pages were white. The page converted into a stream of light & entered into Long Shen’s head. Then a golden Page was created in his consciousness with the name “9 Dragon War god” engraved on it. The page is the cultivation method for the ‘9 Dragon War God’ path of martial arts. The page after glowing for some time, merged into Long Shen’s sea of consciousness. Forever to be his own method.

Then he received the instruction for the method - there were severe restrictions of who can practice this method, but he can’t read these restrictions as he couldn’t recognise these characters. But the dragon tattoo glowed & helped him understand that he is eligible to practice this method, giving him the basic cultivation method to start practicing the ‘9 Dragon War God’ method. Long Shen could feel the power of the cultivation method & also his intimacy to it , as if it was developed for him exclusively with care.

Excited, LS memorized the method. After he opened his eyes Yue Ying had already disappeared as usual, he woke up suddenly to the shaking of his bed.. That early morning, everyone in the monastery were woken up by the violent shaking of the earth, they assembled in the garden to check what was going on , as time went by the shaking became intense & a cloud of dust appeared in the west end of the garden…

“Look !!” a monk screamed...
