《Tooth And Claw || Kellic (mpreg) ✔》Chapter 36

My blood runs cold as I see his unmoving form laying at Gerard's feet. Kyle's lifeless wolf body lay, sprawled out on the ground, his neck twisted at an awkward angle, and his eyes clouded over with death.
"No!" Johnnie cries, making a move to run over to Kyle's body, but Alex and Jack run up to him and stop him. "Let go of me!"
"Johnnie." Alex says, trying to calm him down. "There's nothing you can do he's dead." He says, as he and Jack hold Johnnie down.
Eventually, Johnnie just gives up, and drops to the ground on his knees, causing Jack and Alex to fall back on the ground also. Kyle should never have died. Now, Tyler and Avery will grow up without their mother, it's just a good thing they'll still have their father. Hopefully.
Looking over at Gerard, I hiss a warning at him as he walks over to us. Vic growls at him, and walks in front of me, protecting me from him. Even though I appreciate his gesture, I can look after myself. Though, I do still feel a little weak from having the pups like, a month and a half ago.
I start to notice the others, Mike, Jaime, Jenna, Tay, Austin, Alan, Oli, Josh, Billie, Tré and Michael, walk closer to Vic and I, and stand ready in case we have to attack. And, I'm ready to attack if I really have to.
Gerard looks over towards the van where the pups are with Tommy, Merton, Tony and Hannah, and goes to walk over to them, but Austin changes into his wolf form and jumps in front of him, growling a warning at him.
He hisses at Austin, and goes to walk around him, but Alan is right there next to Austin in his cat form, hissing at him, and extending out his claws.
Gerard looks between all of us, before hissing in frustration, not sure whether he should attack, or surrender. I mean, it'd be sensible to surrender, he's outnumbered by quite a bit, there won't be any use fighting. Plus, everyone now knows that he's the whole reason the hybrid Emmett Quinn lost control, and then again with Kyle.
Looking up at Vic as he nudges my shoulder with his nose, he kneels down slightly, and flicks his ears, looking up at me. "Get on my back, kitten." He says, through our psychic link, or, whatever it is.

I look at him curiously, before climbing onto his back anyway, and once I'm on his back, I carefully, but tightly, grip onto his fur a little so I don't fall off as he stands back up, and walks a little closer to Gerard, growling a warning in case he tries to do anything.
"Gerard." I say, repeating what Vic's telling me to say in our psychic link. "Just give up. You've lost, and everyone knows now that you hate hybrids the most, so you caused them to go out of control." I say.
Vic grunts slightly, and I go on. "We all know now that you've hated hybrids from the start, so you did all of this with Emmett Quinn, and then Kyle, just so all hybrids and their parents will be terminated."
He glares at me. "You just wait. When you're least expecting I'll be there to tear your hybrid pups to shreds." Gerard threatens. "You created an abomination!" He shouts. "But, I guess it comes from you not being completely werecat." He sneers. "You've got traces of werewolf blood in you cat. You're one of Emmett Quinn's kin."
"Yeah, I figured as much." I shrug. "Doesn't really come as much of a surprise really." I admit.
Gerard goes to attack Vic and I, but he's suddenly chained down onto the ground, by some chains that magically appeared. He hisses in frustration as he can't break free of the restraints, and looks over at the other three Cematos leaders who are walking closer to him.
Looking over at them, I find that it's Brendon who has made the restraints make their way on Gerard, and he goes to stand behind him along with Patrick, as Jared stops in front of him.
"Gerard, what you've done isn't right." Jared says. "As primary leader of the Cematos, I here by banish you from your position on the court." He announces. "And you shall be thrown into our most secured cell deep within the chambers, where you'll stay for all of eternity."
(Just saying, I have nothing against Gerard, this just had to happen for the this story)
This causes Gerard to try and break free once again, as he screams in frustration at Jared. But of course, he couldn't break free of the chains, which I'm guessing had something that rendered vampires useless or something.
Jared then turns to us, and dips his head slightly at Vic and I. "Well done, Vic and Kellin." He starts. "You've managed to have the rule erased, and your pups will no longer need to be terminated." He says.

I felt like crying right now, but, I force myself not to cry. Our pups get to grow up. They get to have a life. We won. Hybrids don't have to live in fear anymore. This is what we were all trying to accomplish, and we did it.
"We'll lock Gerard up and make sure he never escapes." Jared promises. "We don't want him doing what he did all those years ago again,"
He looks behind him, as Brendon and Patrick grab ahold of Gerard, who is glaring at Vic and I still. We won, he lost. Now he's going to be locked up forever.
"I just have one request for you both." Jared says, turning back to Vic and I.
I nod. "And what would that be?" I ask.
He smiles slightly. "That you and Vic both form your own Pack." He starts. "One where everyone is welcome, no matter their species." He says. "I could think of no one better than you both to start that Pack."
Smiling I nod my head. "Of course." I say. "We'll gladly create that Pack." I promise him.
He nods, before getting Brendon and Patrick to follow him, dragging Gerard along behind him. He also gets those other two wolves - who Vic was with - to follow them also, but they make no move to follow them.
"Dan, Phil." He stops walking, and looks over at the two wolves. "Are you coming?" He questions.
They both look between each other, before the one with brown hair steps forward. "Jared, we wish to stay and join Kellin and Vic." He says. "Phil and I have been talking lately, and, we don't think we can continue working for the Cematos." He admits.
Jared watches them closely, before walking over to them, and they back away slightly. "Is there any reason to why that is?" He questions.
Both Dan and Phil nod, and I noticed Phil walk closer to Dan, and the both of them rest a hand on Dan's stomach. Dan's expecting Phil's pup, but he must only be in the early stages of the pregnancy by the looks of it.
After a few seconds, Jared smiles in understanding. "Alright." He says. "You both may retire from your services with us." He says. "And good luck for your future."
Dan and Phil both seem to calm down, and pull each other in for a hug. Jared nods his head to the both of them, before walking away again with the rest of the Cematos, till they're no longer on the field.
"We're going to let Dan and Phil join this Pack aren't we Vic?" I lean down slightly and ask into his ear, as I watch the two wolves together.
"Of course we are." He says, barking slightly. "There's no reason not to."
Looking over towards the van, as I hear the pups barking and meowing for Vic and I, Vic starts walking over to the van, and licks the top of each of our pup's heads.
Ryker, Tate and Ashery each jump up and down on the seat in the van, barking and meowing excitedly at the sight of their father, and I'm just so happy that our family is back together.
I notice Austin and Alan running over to the van, and their daughter Nala climbing out of the van and running up to them both, before hugging themntightly, even though they're both still in their wolf and cat forms, while Nala is still in her human form.
I hold onto Ryker, Tate and Ashery as they each climb onto their father's back with me, and they all start purring, making myself start purring also.
But, my purring doesn't last very long as I notice both Avery and Tyler climbing out of the van, and running over to their father, who was on his knees next to Kyle's lifeless body. Both girls hug their father, and I could only just hear them crying into Johnnie's shoulder.
We won, but we also lost someone today. We lost Kyle, the hybrid who even though destroyed a whole human village, had a heart of gold, and would do anything to protect his and Johnnie's daughters. And he did. He died for them.
He died for his pups, just like I would for mine. I'd die for my family, cause the family you love, is worth dying for to keep them safe. At least, that's what I believe.
Looking down at mine and Vic's pups as they sit on their father's back with me, I know for a fact I'll do everything in my power to keep them safe.
Because, I'll do anything for my family.
