The first part of the tutorial will be how to use PNGs in Photoshop. Sorry it's such a quick tutorial. I added some PNGs at the end of the tutorial.

1) Google search whatever image you want. For example Flower PNG or you can cut it out yourself. Another method would be to get an image with a black background.

2) If you find a PNG with a transparent background you can just drag and drop the image on whatever graphic you are making. If you decide to use a photo with a black background then you can set the mode to multiply, overly or screen. Just try all the modes and figure out which one you like the most.

If the photo has a solid color background like pink then you can use the magic wand tool and select the background then press delete.
