Hannah's POV
I ran straight home without stopping, I didn't want anyone to see my cry. Once i got home I went to open the door when it suddenly flew open. When it hit me I flew back and hit my head on solid concrete. I felt warm blood flow from my nose and the back of my head.
"Oh my gosh Hannah are you ok!!!!" Sam and Lillie said together.
"Yeah I'm ok...but my head hurts" I replied.
Sam helped me up to my feet and looked at my head.
"Hannah you got cut pretty bad your going to have to get stitches, here I'll help you to the car and drive you to the hospital."
Sam helped me to the car, I didn't know where Lillie went but I'm guessing she went inside she could never stand the sight of blood.
While Sam and I were In the car I couldn't help but feel bad for ruining Sam and Lillie's date.
"Sam sorry for ruining your date..." i said.
He looked at me and then back to the road. "Hannah you just got your head bashed, you shouldn't be sorry I should, and anyway this is far more important."
*~*~*~*~ 3 hour later ~*~*~*~*
After surgery to fix my broken nose, and a couple of stitches I was almost ready to leave I just needed my discharge papers.
"Your very lucky Hannah, If you would have hit the concrete any harder you could have fractured your skull" Dr.White told me.
Sam's face paled. "Hannah I'm soo sorry i could have really hurt you" he put his face in his hands.
"But you didn't and I'm ok and that's all that matters right now" I pulled Sam in for a hug.
The Doctor looked at us and smiled. "Well I'll go get your discharge papers Miss.Tucker."

Magical races like Elves, Dwarves etc. often exist in stories, but why do they exist? and what truly makes them different from Humans and from each other? What is a God and where did they come from?
