《Location; Aizawa x Reader》Chapter 46

The next night, Mikko insisted you two go out to celebrate. You got dressed in a tight red dress that showed off your curves perfectly. You slipped on some black heels, and you were ready to have some fun. You walked out and smiled at Mikko. "Holy fuck, you look hot!" She smiles.
"Thanks! Ready?" You smile.
"Let's go!" She opened the door and walked out.
You guys get to the club and walk in. Mikko insisted on taking shots to start the night. After 4 shots and two drinks, you were feeling pretty fucking great. You were dancing with Mikko and having the best night when your phone rang. You two stepped outside, and you answered.
"Hello?" You slurred a little.
"Y/N? It's Hawks. Where are you?" He asks.
"Hawks!!! Come dance!!" You giggle.
"Where are you? I need you to come to the police station," He says.
"Nooooo, cops aren't good at dancing!!!" You laugh.
"Y/N, please. We caught the people who murdered Hitoshi's parents," he says softly.
Your eyes widen, and you clench the phone. "I'll...I'll be right there," you say softly. You hang up and Mikko sighs.
"It was fun while it lasted," she sighs.
You kiss her cheek, and she smiles. "I'll see you at home," you say softly. You make your way to the police station and take a deep breath. You walk in, and instantly everyone stares at you. "Oh crap," you sigh.
Hawks walks over and grabs your hand. He looks at you, and his eyes widen. "Umm, woah...you...you look beautiful...are, Jesus, Mind are you drunk?" He whispers.
You nod a little. He takes gum out of his pocket and hands it to you. You take a piece and start to chew it. He slips his flying jacket off and drapes it over your shoulders. "Come on," he says softly.

His jacket is so warm and soft. The scent of cinnamon fills your nose as you walk. Your eyes widen when you see Aizawa talking to Masa. He looks over at you, and his eyes widen. Both of them stare at you, and Masa clears his throat.
"Hi, Mind...you look stunning. Were we interrupting something?" He asks softly. Aizawa's heart pounds in his chest. God, that dress was so tight. He looks down, trying not to stare.
"No, I was just out with friends...I umm passed my exams," you say softly.
"That's wonderful!" Masa says.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Hawks says.
"It's not a big deal," you wave your hand.
"It's a huge deal. Becoming the first doctor in your family is a big deal," Aizawa says. Your chest tightens when his eyes glance up at you. Masa glances at Aizawa and clears his throat again.
"Mind, if you want to come with me?" He says. You nod and follow him. Aizawa looks at Hawks and nods.
"Can we talk?" He asks softly.
"Depends...you still an asshole?" Hawks asks.
"Hawks,"
"Just so you know, my jacket is on her because I'm a gentleman, not because I'm fucking her, in case you were confused," Hawks snaps.
"I know...you've been nothing but a good friend to her...you've always taken care of her when she needed it...and I wasn't around. I think I got so angry and accused you of sleeping with her because...you're better for her than I am," Aizawa says.
Hawks eyes widen. "What?" He says softly.
"You're a better man than I am, and you are better for her. It felt easy to convince myself that's what happened because you were there for her...you were there for my kids and my class when I wasn't. I know you took Hitoshi on a few training missions with you and Tokoyami...I know you came to Eri's recital...and when I saw you...taking care of her, I felt replaced. And rightfully so. I'm so sorry I accused you of doing something like that. You are right. You were both our friend, and you wouldn't do something like that. You don't need to forgive me, but I am sorry...thank you for being there for my family when I wasn't," Aizawa says.

Hawks looks at him, shocked. "I...I didn't know you felt that way, Aizawa. Look, I put my feelings for Mind aside a long time ago. I realized no matter what I did, she would never look at me the way she looks at you. Even that night...her main worry was that she did something to drive you away. She only thinks about you," Hawks sighs. Aizawa's eyes widen.
God, even when he was the biggest asshole in the world, you were worried about him. You didn't come up and scold him when he came home...you hugged him and asked if he was ok. You were worried he was hurt. Every night you probably thought he was lying dead somewhere. He can't imagine the fear you carried for months with his behavior like that. He feels his heart ache.
"I wasn't lying when I said that if I had to lose her to someone else, I'd rather it be you than anyone...especially this dick," Keigo nods to Masa talking with you at the end of the hallway. Hawks crosses his arms and stares at the two of you. Aizawa turns around and stares with the same glare as Hawks. "The fuck are they talking about?" Hawks huffs. Aizawa growls and feels his fists clench.
Masa nods as you thank him. "Congratulations on your exams...you'll be a great Doctor," he smiles.
You smile sweetly. "Thanks. Have a good night," you nod. You walk away, and he leaves. You walk down the hall and see the two of them standing next to each other. "They confessed...luckily there is enough evidence to put them away for the rest of their lives," you sigh. Hawks nods a little.
"Thank you for coming down," Aizawa says softly. You nod.
"You should get back to your evening. You deserve to celebrate," Hawks smiles.
"No. I think I'm gonna go home," you say softly. You shrug off Keigo's jacket and hand it to him.
"Mind, I can take you home," Keigo says softly.
"No. I can walk. See ya," you say softly.
You walk out of the station quickly as the tears prick your eyes. You keep walking down the street as you softly cry. You hear wings flapping softly and stop. "Keigo," you sigh.
He lands and tilts his head. "You are drunk and sad. I'm not letting you go anywhere by yourself," he says softly. He puts his jacket over you again and hugs you.
"I don't even know why I'm crying," you sniffle.
"It's ok...crying is ok," he shrugs.
"Kei, is he ok?" You whisper.
"Surface level, sure. But no. I think this is eating him alive...and seeing you in this dress didn't help. Also wasn't very comforting to see that cop flirting with you," Keigo chuckles a little.
You sniffle. "He wasn't flirting," you sigh.
Keigo lifts your chin. "Yeah, he was. Don't be stupid," he smiles. You roll your eyes. "Come on, let's get you home," he smiles and starts to walk with you home.
Aizawa gets back to his apartment and lays in bed. He stares up at the ceiling as his head floods with images of you. You looked so beautiful; he thought his heart was going to explode. He wanted to talk to you. Apologize and get on his knees to beg you to take his sorry ass back. You looked so sad. You should be proud and excited, not torn and devastated. His stomach swirls with guilt. His phone buzzes, and he picks it up.
