《Location; Aizawa x Reader》Chapter 66

Keigo's eyes flutter open, and he hears a soft hum. He looks down and sees Arlis snuggling close to him...she was purring. His feathers ruffled, and his cheeks turned bright red. She was so cute, her two-toned ears twitching a little as she slept. His eyes widened when he realized she was still naked from her shower. His heart starts to pound in his chest. He slips out of bed and quietly walks out of the room.
As soon as the door clicks, Arils opens her eyes and yawns. She looks around and sniffs. She can still smell cinnamon in her room. She looks down at herself, and her whole body heats up. She carefully gets out of bed and winces a little. He walks to her bag and grabs a t-shirt dress and panties. She slips them on and walks out. Keigo is sitting on the couch, his head in his hands.
"Hi..." she says softly.
He looks up and stands up quickly. "Hi...we don't have to talk about what happened...are you ok?" He asks softly.
She nods a little and sighs. "I should tell you what's going on...it's only fair since you are probably a little freaked out," she chuckles nervously.
"Not freaked out...just worried... I didn't like seeing you in pain," he mumbles.
"It only hurts for a few days, and then they come back," she sighs.
"Why...do they just shed?" He asks.
"No...umm...they...disintegrate off. It feels like acid," she says softly. His eyes widen. He can't imagine the amount of pain she must be in every time it happens. His wings were incredibly sensitive, and he couldn't imagine having them melt off.
"That's why I was in the shower. I need to rinse them off, or my body will burn. It's been like this since I was a kid. I didn't always have my wings and tail. I just had my ears...but that wasn't good enough," she says sadly.
"What do you mean?" Keigo asks.
"Do you know about Nezu?" She says, looking at him. He nods a little. She sighs and folds down her rose-colored ear. His eyes widen when he sees a circular scar on it. "That's where they would put the tags on us..." she says.

He walks towards her. "They experimented on you?" He asks sadly, and she nods.
"When I was little...they gave me my wings and my tail, and they could never make them stable...so...they melt at the end of each month. They wanted a better hybrid. Someone stronger and faster. My parents wanted money...so they gave me to the lab," she shrugs. Keigo looks at her sadly. He steps closer to her. "I...I'm sorry I lied to you," she says.
"Lied to me?" He asks, confused.
"I made you think we were the same...but we aren't...I'm just some freak they made in a lab..." she mumbles.
He cups her face and looks at her. "Never say that about yourself. You aren't a freak. You are beautiful...with and without your wings. I'm going to make sure nothing ever happens to you. I swear it. No one will ever hurt you agian," he says sternly, his wings puffing up a little.
Her eyes widen, and her ears twitch. "Thank you..." she says softly. He clears his throat and lets go of her face.
"Yeah...umm, well...There is a meeting today...they found something early this morning," he says softly.
"Oh...I..."
"Don't worry. I'll come back and tell you everything. Stay here and rest," he says, smiling a little.
"Thank you, Keigo," she smiles. His feathers ruffle a little, and he nods. He walks to his room to change. He gets dressed and walks out to Arlis.
"Here..." he places a feather necklace around her neck, and she looks at it.
"Are you giving me a cat toy?" She giggles.
"No. It's my feather. Something happens, or you need me, just talk to it. I can hear you," Keigo laughs a little.
"Oh...thank you," she smiles a little.
He nods. "I'll be back as soon as I can," he smiles. He helps her get back into bed, and his chest flutters when she nuzzles his pillow.
He walks out to his balcony and takes off into the sky, heading to Endeavors agency. He takes a few deep breathes, trying to calm himself down. He was furious. Not only did they do experiments on hybrids...but children. Arils and Nezu didn't deserve that. He landed outside of Endeavors agency and reached for the door when he realized he never asked her...how did she and Nezu get out and find you?

You sit in the conference room, Aizawa holding your hand tightly. No one has said a word to you or Midnight. They know better than to try to offer condolences, especially in the room where you saw your brother last. Keigo walks in and sits down next to you, nodding at Aizawa.
"She ok?" You ask softly.
"She's fine. She's resting at ho—my house," Keigo mumbles. Aizawa chuckles, and Keigo smacks his head with one of his wings.
Endeavor walks in and looks around. "I...I want to apologize. Because of my arrogance, we have lost some good Pros...we can't bring them back...but we sure as hell can avenge them," Endeavor says.
"We wouldn't need to avenge anyone if you had just listened to Denki," Bakugou growls. Endeavors eyes widen when he sees Izuku, Shoto, Bakugou, and Denki sitting in the corner of the room.
"I asked them to come back. I said we should listen to these kids, and I'm putting my foot down. You got a problem, Endeavor?" Rock Lock asks. Endeavor shakes his head.
Denki looks around. "Where is Griffin?" He asks
"Who?" Bakugou asks.
"The lady with the cool wings and the cat ears. She kinda reminds me of Shoto...two different colored hair...hates Endeavor," Denki says.
"Oh yeah...she kinda does," Izuku smiles a little.
"We have a lot in common," Shoto says.
"She is resting," Aizawa says.
"Is she safe?" Denki says worriedly.
"She's fine, Charge Bolt. I've got one of my feathers with her," Keigo smiles.
"Making sure they don't send her back to the lab, Hawks?" Endeavor mumbles.
Keigo dives across the table and tackles Endeavor, punching his face as hard as he can. "DON'T YOU EVER FUCKING TALK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT! DON'T EVEN FUCKING THINK ABOUT HER!" Keigo screams angrily.
"Hawks!" Aizawa stands up, and he and Rock Lock pull him off of Endeavor. "Keigo, please...I know what you are feeling, but now is not the time," Aizawa whispers. Keigo shakes his head and takes a deep breath; his body feels like it's vibrating. Endeavor stands up and holds his busted nose. He steps towards Hawks, and you stand up.
"Enough! Hawks, relax!" You shout. Keigo shoves everyone off him and walks back to his seat, his eyes locked on Endeavor. "Endeavor, sit your ass down," You snap. He stares at you, and you slam your fists on the table. "SIT THE FUCK DOWN!" You scream.
He sits down, and Rock Lock and Aizawa scurry back to their seats. "Now...we are going to listen to the intel, ask Deku and Charge Bolt what they think, and then we are going to leave. And If there is one more fucking interruption, so help me, god, I will make each and every one of you stupid fucks feel the pain Midnight and I are feeling! UNDERSTAND!?" You scream.
Everyone nods, and you take a deep breath. "Good. Charge Bolt...Deku...you said you found something?" You say sweetly.
Izuku nudges Denki. "You go first...mom's is scary when she's mad," Denki whispers.
"She's not mad at us. She's mad at that dumbass," Bakugou nods to Endeavor. Izuku stands up.
"We just wanted to thank the teams who believed Charge Bolt...because of you; some heroes were able to get away and confirm more things. Malthael will be going after a list of these heroes next. Izuku scans his notebook, and your heart drops when you see Griffin's name.
"No..." you say, fear overtaking your body.
"How sure are you?" Aizawa asks.
"Positive. He mentioned Griffin by name," Denki says softly.
You stand up, and Keigo runs out the door. "What did he say?" You ask, your body shaking with fear.
"According to Snatch, he said that Griffin would understand him. He said that Griffin made a promise?" Izuku says.
Fear overtakes your body. "Oh god...he knows her real name!"
