《Location; Aizawa x Reader》Chapter 68

You sprint out of the door, Aizawa following you close behind. Your heart is pounding in your chest as you think about someone hurting your friend...your sister. You get outside and Keigo lands in front of you, Griffin, clinging to him tightly. His wings are puffed out, and his pupils are tiny. Aizawa stops you from walking to her.
"Umm...give him a second," he mumbles.
"What?" You say.
"I just would give him a minute...he um...it's a bird thing, I think," Aizawa sighs.
Keigo shakes his head a little. "Where can I take her?" He asks softly, holding her tightly against him.
"Is...is she..." you choke on a sob.
"She's just passed out. Her body is exhausted..." Keigo says.
You rush to her and move her hair out of her face. You scratch one of her ears, and she nuzzles into your hand. You sigh, relieved your friend is ok.
"Where are her wings? Did someone hurt her?" Shoto asks a hint of anger in his voice.
"She's ok," Aizawa says. "Take her to U.A." he nods to Keigo.
Keigo nods and takes off into the sky, holding Griffin tightly. You take a deep breath and turn around. "We are going after Malthael with extreme caution...if you see him...kill him onsite. We can't lose any more heroes," You say sternly.
"Done," Snipe nods.
"You don't get to make that call," Endeavor snaps.
You glare at him. "Oh yeah? Watch me."
You and Aizawa head back to U.A. You walk into the guest dorms and hear screaming. Your eyes widen, and you sprint upstairs, Aizawa following you close behind. You run to the apartment and bang on the door.

"Arlis!?" You scream.
Aizawa moves you out of the way and kicks open the door. You run in and look around, you hear sobbing coming from the bathroom, and you run in, throwing open the door. You gasp when you see Keigo holding her tightly as she sobs in the shower. Her shirt is off, and her back is bleeding a horrible mix of pink and purple. She sobs into Keigo's neck, and he holds her tightly, rocking back and forth as the water hits her.
"I've got you..." he whispers.
Aizawa pulls you out of the room and closes the door. He hugs you tightly, your body shaking. "I...I thought...I can't lose her too..." you choke on a sob.
"I know...it's ok...breath...he's got her...." he whispers. You sniffle a little and take a deep breath. Aizawa holds you and walks out of the small apartment.
Keigo shuts off the shower as Arlis calms down. "It's ok...just stay still," he whispers. He grabs a towel and wraps her in it, picking her up and carrying her out of the bathroom.
"Please, don't leave," she mumbles.
"Never," he whispers.
He sets her in bed, wrapping her in a thick blanket. He takes off his wet jacket and shirt and slides off his boots. He sighs and takes off his pants, leaving on his damp boxers. He crawls into bed and drapes more blankets over them before holding her close, wrapping his wings around them both.
"Did you make me a nest?" She mumbles, a small smile creeping across her face.
His cheeks flush a little. "Sorry...it's the only way I can help," he says softly.
"I like it...it's cute...you're good at making nests, birdie," she giggles, her voice groggy and muffled. His whole body feels like it's vibrating. "You smell good..." she whispers.

"So do you....you smell like roses and honey," he smiles. Her cheeks flush a little. "You're hot..." He says.
"What?" She says, her ears twitching.
"Your cheeks are red...are you hot?" He asks.
"No...no, M'okay," she mumbles.
"Get some rest. I'll be right here when you wake up," he whispers. She nuzzles into his chest and closes her eyes.
You and Aizawa get to your apartment, and he runs you both a bath. Your brain feels exhausted from fear and paranoia. "We need to be at the funeral home by ten tomorrow," you mumble. He nods a little and kneels to take off your shoes. You stop him. "I can do it," you say curtly. He leans back on his haunches and nods a little. "I'm going back to work Monday," you say softly.
"What? But...Koa's funeral is tomorrow...you're really going to go back the day after you bury him?" Aizawa asks softly.
"I'm fine. I don't need anything. I'm ok," you snap.
"Do not lie to me. That's not okay," he says.
"Shota, I don't want to hear it," you say, annoyed. You stand up and start to walk to the bathroom.
"You need to take a minute...if not for yourself, then for the kids. If you go back so soon, you might take your pain out on them and that isn't good for anyone," he says.
"I'm fine! I'd be better if everyone would just leave me alone!" You shout. You start to walk away when you feel his scarf wrapped around your waist. He tugs you back and spins you to face him.
"Don't shut me out. You can shut the whole fucking world out but not me. Please. Please, don't hide from me. When I told you I was going to be there for you, I meant it," he says sternly.
"Release me. Now," you snap.
"No," he growls.
"SHOTA, LET ME GO!" You scream.
"NO! I won't let you act like there isn't anything wrong! Stop shutting me out! Just be! Be with me, please! It's ok not to be ok. Stop acting like you need to go back to normal right away! You don't have to!" He shouts. He holds your waist as he lets you out of the scarf. He grabs your hand and puts it on his chest.
"Give it to me. Give me every ounce of pain you have. Give me all of it...please. Let me help you, please!!" He says, his voice cracking.
"STOP IT!" You sob.
"GIVE IT TO ME!" He shouts.
You sob as you push your quirk through him. He clings to you as his body tenses with excruciating pain. "I just want him back!! Why him?!? WHY?!?" You scream, your eyes filled with rage. You enhance it, and Aizawa drops to his knees, holding you tightly, never making you stop. He lets you torture him with all of the pain you have locked deep inside of you. You cut the connection, and he gasps for air. He clings to you tightly as you sob, whispering into your ear as you cry.
"I'm right here.......I'm with you.......I'm here, my love...."
