"It's not like Jazz just to take off and not say anything." Mom said as Dad paces the floor.

"I know. She usually talks and talks and talks....big words I can never understand." Dad replied.

"Danny, can you think of any reason why she might be upset?" Mom asked me.

"Or why she took the Specter Speeder?" asked Dad.

"She's going after Skulker." I muttered to myself.

"What was that?" Mom and Dad asked me in unison.

"Uh...I mean I'm so upset of her leaving, I'm going to have to skulk...her. See ya!" I said as I ran out of my room.

"I told her that she was a lousy ghost hunter so of course she had to go prove me wrong." I said to myself as I run down the stairs and towards the lab. "But if anything happens to her, it's all my fault." I muttered as I go ghost and fly in through the portal.

I make my way through the Ghost Zone as I fly towards Skulker's island. But before I could get any closer, a door slams into my face. I fall back a few feet and see Skulker and (y/n), holding a large lightening rod. "Excellent all our tasks completed." Skulker said.

"Where is she?" I asked angrily.

"What are you talking about welp?" Skulker asked. I fly towards him but Skulker holds up a device and pushes a button. "Attack!" He shouted at (y/n) and she lunges forward towards me. She raises her fist and punched me across the face.

I fall back as she comes at me again. I fly up while she stops and looks up at me. I fly, doing a 180 turn, then grabbed her in the middle and threw her down on a solid rock platform. She sits up as I soar towards her. She raises her arms and throws an ecto-beam at me. It hits me and I'm blown back. I flip back a few feet but I stop myself just in time to see (y/n) come at me.

I turn invisible and move away as she runs into the space I just occupied. She stops and turns around. I get behind her and grabbed her arms as I turn tangible. She struggles in my grip just as I saw something on her neck. I look closer and see that it's some sort of chip on the back of her neck. I grab her wrists with my right hand and raised my left hand. I point my index finger at the chip and shot a small ecto beam at the chip. It hits the chip and I hear it shorten out. Then (y/n) groans.

"(Y/N)?" I said, concerned. She turns her head and looks over her shoulder at me. "Danny?" She asked. I turn her around to face me. "(Y/N), are you okay?" I asked her. "I think so." She said, weakly.

"What is this?" Skulker asked as he presses the device several times. "Give it up, Skulker!" I shouted at him as I push (y/n) behind me. "Tell me where my sister is and nobody gets hurt."

"I've done nothing with your sister. Skulker hunts what he hunts. Nothing more, nothing less. Which is why I'm bringing this...." He said as he holds up the staff. "...to my employer, who also gave your girlfriend powers." He said then he raises the rod and shoots a beam at me and at (y/n). The device shocked both of us and we start to slip unconsciousness. Before I black out, I see Skulker throw a cube at us.

*3RD PERSON POV*

Jazz makes her way down the hall of Vlad's mansion. She walks over to his private study and head over to the fireplace, she saw him enter, earlier. She goes up to it and pulls the football statue, which opened up a secret doorway and stairs.

She walks down the stairs and gasped as she sees a lab. She looks off to the side and saw the ecto suit. "Dad's Endo-Skeleton and the ecto-converter? And the bloodstream nanobots? I was right, he is building a super weapon!" She said as she jumps in the air. "Ah, huh...I'm right! That's right!" She cheered as she starts to dance and do the moonwalk. "It's my birthday!"

"And what exactly were you right about, Jasmine?" A voice said behind her. She turns to see Vald Masters standing there, his arms across his chest. "Uhhhh...how cool a dad you'll be!" Jazz replied.

"Mmmhmm. And you just happened to figure that out here....in my secret lab!" Vlad shouted.

"Which is much cooler than anything my dad could ever hope to build." Jazz said.

"Yes it is, isn't it?" Vlad said, calmly, as he turns to look around the lab. "Well, perhaps I'm being a bit harsh. After all, I have no reason to suspect you of any deception." Vlad said to Jazz just as Skulker walks out of the portal, holding the lightening rod and the ecto cage with you and Danny inside. "And now I do!" Vlad said as he glares at Jazz.

"Sorry to interruption. I've brought you the final piece to your super weapon." Skulker said as he tosses the staff to Vlad, who catches it. "This one's on the house." Skulker said as he sets the cage on the ground and kicked it. Vlad looks inside and saw you in it.

"Why is she in there?" He asked.

"The Ghost Boy destroyed your mind control chip." Skulker replied as you and Danny start to come to.

"Jazz?" Danny asked.

"Danny?" Jazz asked.

"What are you doing here?" The siblings asked each other at the same time while you shake your head and look up at Jazz. "Oh my gosh!" Jazz gasped as she gets a better look at you. "Do you know each other?" Vlad asked Danny and Jazz.

"Yes."

"No."

"No."

"Yes."

"Sort of." They said in unison.

"Ah, I'm torn. I love the idea that you left your father for me, Jasmine. Yet I'm suspicious of your motives now. And since the girl is no longer under my control now, there's only one thing left to do." Vlad said as he turns to face the three kids.

"Let all of us go and let the courts figure it out?" Jazz asked, a hopeful tone in her voice. "Oh, close." Vlad replied, an evil grin appears on his face. This can't be good. You thought.

*YOUR POV*

Later that evening, Jazz, who was put in the Endo-Skeleton, Danny and I were in the football field that was in Vlad's backyard. He had a stand and bleachers and everything, even a jumbo sized screen with speakers to the side of the field.

My head was still swimming as we look around us when the spotlights turn on and Jazz looks up at the stands. "Uncle Vlad, is this necessary?" She asked. The jumbo screen flickers on and shows Vlad's face.

"Why Jasmine, you didn't expect me to take you in as my own without first testing your loyalty." He replied. Jazz just blinks at him as he continues. "I was going to use the girl for a plan similar to this but since she's no longer under my control I had to make a last minute change to the plan." Vlad said. "I've improved Jack's Endo-Skeleton with the lightening rod and Ecto-Converter as an endless power source. Meanwhile the nanobots will control your breathing and heart rate."

"So the suit won't waste me?" Jazz asked.

"No. So I can if you betray me. But that needn't to happen, as long as you act like the good little adopted daughter to be." Vlad replied.

"Let her go, Vlad. She's clearly a clueless know-it-all, who got in way over her head." Danny sneered as he looks over at Jazz.

"Danny!" I grolwed at him as Jazz looks down at him.

"You're toast!" She growls.

"Oh, yeah? You in what toaster?" Danny asked her.

"Ok, I've been gone for almost two days, what the heck happened between you two?" I asked them.

Before Danny could reply, Jazz's suit begins to power up and the ecto cage disappears. Danny stands up and helps me to my feet. "Ok, on my signal...run!" Danny said to us.

"You're not the boss of me! I'll run when I feel like it!" Jazz said, angrily.

Danny shakes in anger and annoyance then shouted. "Fine!"

Jazz cross her arms and said. "Fine."

"Ok, we are going to have do some serious counciling between you two." I said before Danny grabs my hand and the two of us begin to run to the end of the field.

At first it was just the two of us until Jazz runs up to us, smiles, then takes off. Danny glares after her and he let's my hand go, jumps up and flies.

I sigh as I run as fast as I can then closed my eyes and jump as well. I thrusted my arms forward and flew alongside Danny. That is, until we hit something that shocked all three of us. All of us screamed in pain as we were knocked backwards.

We take a few deep breathes as we look up at the jumbo screen to see Vlad's smiling face. "I fixed the Ghost shield too! It works on ghosts and humans. You kids have fun!" Vlad said as he waves at us then the screen goes off.

All three of us get up off the ground as we stare at each other and start to circle each other. "We're gonna have to fight, but we're gonna need it to look convincing." Danny said when Jazz punches him towards the shield. Danny screams as he falls.

"Danny!" I said as I turn to face Jazz.

"That's for humilating in front of the entire school!" Jazz said to him.

Then she turns to face me and raises her fist at me but I ducked and side-swipe her feet, making her fall on her back.

"Ok, I deserve that and I'm sorry. You were just trying to help." Danny said as he walks over to he was she gets back to her feet. "But please just follow my lead!" Then Jazz uppercuts him and he flies up to the top and hits the shield again.

"Stop it!" I shouted as I run over to her but she punches me and I fly back against the shield. I scream in pain as I slide down and try to recover. I look up to see Danny falling back down and Jazz punches him again like he's a volleyball. He flies the other direction and Jazz takes off after him.

I get up and jump as I fly after her. C'mon, faster! I thought as I race after her. She was about to punch Danny again until I raise my hands and an ecto-beam shoots out of my hands and hits her, knocking her against the shield. I fly up and grab Danny and land on the ground. "Danny, are you okay?" I asked him. He groans and opens his eyes.

Before he could say anything, his eyes widen then he shouts. "Look out!" And shoves me to the side. I look up to see that Jazz was about to attack me from behind but luckily Danny was fast and he grabs her fist in his hand.

She looks at him, worried until Danny uses his other hand and grabs her chest then turns her invisible. Then he flies up and slams her down into the ground, the lower half of the suit was deep underground while her upper half was struggling to get out. I walk over and stand next to Danny as he places his hands on her helmet and shouts. "Will you listen to me for once in your life!"

"Duh! I am listening! You told me to make it look convincing." Jazz replied and both Danny and I stare at her, surprised and shocked. She winks at us as she shoots up and grabs both of us by the collar. "Jazz, no, don't! Please!" Danny screamed, pretending to be in distress. "Please, Jazz!" I said, pretending to be scared as well.

Jazz then threw us with all her might and both Danny and I flew straight into the shield again. Both of us fall to the ground on our backs.

"Danny? (Y/N)?" Jazz asked.

Both Danny and I open our eyes at her and smile before we closed then and pretend to be out cold.

"Oh no, what have I done? Can you ever forgive me?" Jazz said, pretending to be distraught.

"Of course I forgive you, Jasmine, now that you have proving your loyalty." Vlad said.

Danny and I both open our eyes and smile and wave at him as we turn intangible and phase through the ground. "Guess again, fruitloop." Jazz said as she fires a blast at Vlad, who goes flying in the air and crashes on the bleachers.

"Oh, so that's how it's going to be, eh?" Vlad said as he pulls out a remote from his jacket. Jazz steps back a few steps as she looks at him with fear. "Have you forgotten that with a press of a button, I can end your resistants once and for...." but before he could finish, Danny grabs the remote and sinks back down into the bleachers. "...oh, cheese logs." He said as he bends down and looks through the cracks of the bleachers.

I raise my hand, which glows green, and I smile at him. "This is for what you done to me!" I said and I blast him away.

He screams as he lands in the middle of the field right next to Jazz. Danny and I fly next to Jazz as Vlad sits up and stares at us. "You...you...you tricked me! All of you." He said, astonished.

"Barely." I remarked.

"Oh no! What have I done!" Danny said, mocking Jazz. He chuckles and asked her. "What was that?"

"Jazz don't, no, please!" Jazz said, mocking us and the three of us couldn't help but laugh.

"Oh, you think you know everything, hmm. Well tell me girl, did you suspect this?!" Vlad shouted and he stands up to transform while Danny grabs Jazz out of the suit and I left a note, which said No. Not surprised. and attached it on the suit as Vlad asked. "Ha ha! Surprised?!" We turn invisible and fly away from the mansion as the suit self-destructs.

"I messed up, didn't I?" Jazz asked as all three of us ride in the Specter Speeder. Both Danny and I were in our human form, which I still can't believe I have these powers. "Actually, I messed up. I was so busy being angry at you that I couldn't see that you really can help." Danny said to Jazz.

"But just because I can, doesn't mean I should. Ghost fighting is your thing, Danny. I'll always be there for you.....just in different ways." Jazz said.

"Awww." I said as Danny smiles at her. He places his hands on her shoulder and said. "Consider yourself a reserved memeber of team Phantom."

"Don't you and (y/n) need to go find Ghost X? I...I mean Skulker. I can totally cover for you." Jazz said.

"Nah! I rather ride home with my big sister, if that's okay?" Danny said, making Jazz smile. "Besides, I'm sure mom and dad are enjoying their alone time." Danny said and the rest of us chuckle. I smile as I look down at my hand and see it started to glow green.

"What are we gonna do about this?" I asked as I raise my glowing hand. "And what are we going to tell my parents? I'll bet they're worried out of their minds!" I shouted. Danny looks over at me and takes my hands in his.

"Don't worry, (y/n). We'll think of something." He said.

I look up at him and smile then I leaned my head against his chest and he holds me close and kissed my forehead. "Why did Vlad give you ghost powers, anyway?" Jazz asked.

I raise my head and said. "He was wanting to use me against Danny, to hurt him. And he thought the only way to do that was if I was on the same level as Danny and, of course, that was to give me powers. He had this chip that, basically, controlled my mind with this remote that just works by pressing the button and make a command." I replied.

When we finally get to Amity Park, Danny, in his Phantom form, takes me back home, where I was greeted by sobbing parents as the both of them hugged me and kissed my face and head. Dad looks over at Danny and said. "How can we ever repay, ghost boy?" Danny smiles and said. "You don't have to. I'm just glad she's safe and all of you are happy. You don't have to repay me. Just seeing the smiles on your faces is enough." Danny said as he waves a goodbye at us and flies away.

And I ended up spending an entire night with my parents. I try to stay positive but I'm worried about these new powers. Am I going to tell them or am I gonna keep it a secret, like Danny does with his parents?
