The people of Faenoris are busy as usual. The street is very crowded because of the merchants trading their items, shouting their proclaimations that it was carved from a rare beast. Customers also tried to bargain the price and this started the battle of negotiatons. Potion makers, using their tricks, would caught the attention of a person who doesn't know the difference between a low quality and high quality potion. In the middle of the town stood a bounty board full of different images of beasts. In the center of this images, is a bounty of a black cat. In the upper part of this image placed a value of 300 golds. No one is trying to read the information of this bounty. As if the hunters will not dare to challenge this scary beast.
[ Hey you!!!! ]
An old woman shout was directed to a skinny boy. Shoplifting is not common in this town because of the rules they follows. The consequence of violating this rules is to be casted out from the town. People knows that once you're not in the protection of a town, your life will be ended by the claws of the monsters. But it was different to the young boy. He did not feared the result of his actions as he ignored the pitiful old woman.
[ Get back here! ]
Said the angry old woman but the boy did not listen.
( Old lady, please excuse me of my rude behaviour, but later I will return this after I'm done reading this book )
[ You little! ]
The old woman tried to intimidate the boy but the boy had already bolted away from the book store.
[ Seeya! ]
Said Izgor with a grin on his face
Izgor did not have a family. He was taken care by a traveling merchant since he was found in the middle of the forest. He was taught of the importants in life. But the world was cruel. Six years after that, the merchant leaved to travel again, leaving the little boy to strive alone. The boy learned how to write and read from the merchant and other things related to survival. The boy is infamous in the town due to his bad characteristic. All kids in his age are avoiding him. No one will think of selling anything to him because of his negative achievements. Maybe it was also because of his ability to trick anyone with ease. This boy reached the age of 8 without knowing how to enjoy his life.

Dragonfall
This fiction is based on a short story I wrote inspired by a prompt on r/WritingPrompts. Contrary to my plans, I haven't sketched out the story in detail or written anything ahead of time. I've discovered I don't do well at that. I'm just writing this thing and we'll see where it takes us, OK? Nothing every came easy to Ryan Shakespeare, but as an elite British Army sniper he had found a niche that suited him, right up to the point at which he found himself summoned to a world far from his own to fulfil the job of a champion. Luckily, Ryan arrived with his experimental sniper rifle, so surely killing the dragon and getting his chance to go home would be a simple job, right? But Ryan should have known better, because nothing ever comes easy. Caught up in the politics of the Draconic League, Ryan will need to keep all his wits about him and use every resource at his disposal if he's going to persuade these people to let him do his job and go home.

Tesla Stone and the World of Smoke and Mirrors
R0Q-T357-Alpha (callsign: Rock) is a "Core Child," an irredeemably-crippled test tube baby modified and repurposed by an advanced U.S. military project to serve as the CPU for two-thirds of America's orbital defense systems. Though no one outside of the Pentagon has ever heard of him, he protected his homeland from three ICBMs, a Pacific theatre invasion fleet, and one rogue asteroid. Now, after twenty-seven years of distinguished service from "birth," he is being honorably discharged into civilian life. The only problem is that "civilian life" isn't exactly livable for a glorified brain in a jar. How does a couple pounds of grey matter surrounded by five tons of life support systems and enough co-processing enhancements to take over the planet enjoy an early retirement when he's surrounded by overzealous politicians, corporate spies, and foreign agents after military secrets? The real world isn't that forgiving.
