"Boy, you shouldn't have gotten involved in this." Some of them said it with mockery. When the three men started walking towards him, arriving in front of him. The three of them were a little taller, so they had to bend their heads a little to see Aaron.
Aaron slowly raised his eyes, looking at them calmly, before saying, "I will count to three if I finish counting and you are still before me.
"3.."
"2.."
Aaron didn't finish the count, before the man on the right punched him in the face, but Aaron could easily avoid it by moving his face to the left.
After moving his face to the left, he pushed his right fist hard into his opponent's nose.
"Boom!"
He fell to the ground with blood on his nose.
Aaron didn't stop, he approached him with the intention of kicking him in the face.
However, the man on the left realized Aaron's intentions, without hesitation he quickly got behind Aaron and lifted his right leg to kick the left side of Aaron's head. Thinking that Aaron could not avoid his kick, a smug smile appeared on his face.
However, the smile on his face froze when he saw Aaron duck quickly, as his kick passed over him.
On the other hand, Aaron, who evaded the kick, made a quick turn on the floor with one left foot, hitting the opponent's left foot directly. Making his body rise in the air.
Aaron didn't stop, he got up and kicked him hard in the stomach. With a strong punch.
"Boom...!"
The man flew straight into the wall.
"Then... the last one should be you?" Aaron said, as he looked at the last man standing.
The last man who saw his two friends being beaten and defeated so easily, without him being able to react, was very scared. Listening to Aaron speak, he quickly turned his vision to him. Looking into his cold eyes, his body could not help but tremble.

"Don't come near me," he said in a trembling voice.
Aaron paid no attention to her words, walking toward him in a steady, calm manner. Until he came before him, without a word, he looked at him coldly. Before sending his right palm against the man's face and pressing it hard, he slowly lifted him up.
"N-No... please, I promise never to do this again..."
The man said with difficulty, that he was very afraid.
Unfortunately, Aaron, who heard this, didn't pay attention, just looked at him with cold eyes.
"The promises of people like you are just empty promises."
And with a firm squeeze, Aaron pushed his head to the ground, but in that instant the unexpected happened. Before the man's head hit the ground.
A loud impact sound was heard.
"Bang!"

Dragonfall
This fiction is based on a short story I wrote inspired by a prompt on r/WritingPrompts. Contrary to my plans, I haven't sketched out the story in detail or written anything ahead of time. I've discovered I don't do well at that. I'm just writing this thing and we'll see where it takes us, OK? Nothing every came easy to Ryan Shakespeare, but as an elite British Army sniper he had found a niche that suited him, right up to the point at which he found himself summoned to a world far from his own to fulfil the job of a champion. But Ryan should have known better, because nothing ever comes easy. Caught up in the politics of the Draconic League, Ryan will need to keep all his wits about him and use every resource at his disposal if he's going to persuade these people to let him do his job and go home.

Tesla Stone and the World of Smoke and Mirrors
R0Q-T357-Alpha (callsign: Rock) is a "Core Child," an irredeemably-crippled test tube baby modified and repurposed by an advanced U.S. military project to serve as the CPU for two-thirds of America's orbital defense systems. Though no one outside of the Pentagon has ever heard of him, he protected his homeland from three ICBMs, a Pacific theatre invasion fleet, and one rogue asteroid. Now, after twenty-seven years of distinguished service from "birth," he is being honorably discharged into civilian life. The only problem is that "civilian life" isn't exactly livable for a glorified brain in a jar. How does a couple pounds of grey matter surrounded by five tons of life support systems and enough co-processing enhancements to take over the planet enjoy an early retirement when he's surrounded by overzealous politicians, corporate spies, and foreign agents after military secrets? The real world isn't that forgiving.
