“Yes, we have noticed that that’s one of the side effects of the pill.” The person sitting in front of you then grabs a clipboard. He started writing and then asked, “From a scale of 1 - 10, how dizzy are you?”

You try to answer him, but your throat doesn’t allow it. You try hard to speak, but nothing comes out of your mouth. You point to your throat and try your best to express what’s going on with your throat.

The person in front of you puts back the clipboard sighing and says, "It’s too late. I apologize for what I’m about to do”. He grabs a pen from the clipboard and starts stabbing you in the throat. Blood gushes out of it and you use your hand to try and cover it up. He then stabs you in the stomach. While doing so, he says,

“You’ll have to pick another option, I’m sorry.”
