Jack and the rest four rushed towards the site where the blast took place. The place was nearly hundred meters away from them. As they reached around fifty meters zombies started appearing in front of them.

Jack said “We can’t go any further because of the zombies. We should try to eliminate them and move forward”. “Yes sir” replied the rest and started to shoot at the zombies. “It’s quite fun killing these creatures. The smell of the gun powder makes me go wild. I love this” Roy said after he started shooting. “Someone was saying that it was a pain” said Solomon staring at Roy.

They started shooting at them and almost killed most of them. As they were about to finish of all they heard another explosion. “So he is still alive” Jack said feeling relieved. So they rushed to the place eliminating every single of them.

After sometime they reached to the place where Henry was. But there were even more zombies around and it made difficult for them to search him. So Jack called him out loud “Henry are you there”. “Yes” answered Henry. Jack said “Let’s clear the mess and get in as soon as we can or else we might lose one of our comrades”. “Yes sir” replied the rest and started attacking and eliminating the zombies. Solomon went forward killing every single one in front of him. But suddenly a zombie came from behind but it made him difficult to turn around. He though “It can’t be helped now” and moved forward.

As the zombie was about to attack him Roy shot it down and said “It’s a pain helping someone out”. “I don’t want to hear that from you” replied Solomon. But they both smiled at each and continued to move forward.

After eliminating every single one they found Henry “Are you alright” asked Jack after seeing the injuries on him. “Yes I am” answered Henry. Soon they all moved to a building. Jack said “Let’s stay here for now” and they all took some rest in the building. Jack though “Something is still not right here. There must be something the researchers are trying to hide from us” and later even he could not do anything about it so he took rest in the building.

Mean while in the lab the assistant said to the professor “Sir the specimen in the body is dead-link which was created by scientist Dave. It was supposed to have disposed a long time ago then why is it in the bodies of the zombies”.

The researcher who researched on the body answer “Even I am confused with the happenings. I heard that it was disposed of and after that Dave was removed from work. He was the only one who knew how the sample was made”. “This doesn’t make any sense here. If the investigators come to know about it even we will be in trouble as we were also involved in the creation of that specimen” said that assistant while troubled.

“We have no choice but to inform it to them or else we can’t get to know who is behind this” said the researcher. “But sir…” said the assistant while the researchers said “It is out job to tell them about it. The rest is left to them. We shall have face the consequences”. “Okay professor” said the assistant and soon the assistant contacted the investigation team and said “W-We have received some new information on the current situation so it would be better if you all returned”.

As soon as Jack heard it he said “Let’s all head back now. They are finally coming out with the truth”. Saying that Jack and the others left back to the lab.
