They all gathered in the lab. There was silence for some time in the lab. To break the silence Jack asked the researcher “Why have you called us back here”. The professor said in a low voice “Sir I came to know who is behind all this”.

All were surprised to hear that. But Jack knew about this so he asked him “Who is it that is behind this incident”. “It’s Dave” answered the professor and this was a shocking news for everyone as all had thought that Dave was dead a long ago.

“It’s going to be troublesome from here on” said Roy while Jack asked “How are you sure about it”. “We found a specimen in the bodies of the zombies which was created by Professor Dave. No one other than him knows the way to make it. It was called dead-link and for the invention of it he was asked to dispose of it as it would have proved dangerous to mankind. He was not happy about the idea of disposing it so he vanished with it and one day someone told that his body was found in a town. After having different proofs it was made sure by two of the assistants that it was his body”.

“What is this dead-link about” asked Solomon. “It is a special fluid that can make a dead creature come back to life. But he was not completely successfully at it as he wanted those injected it to be his servants but mind control with it was difficult” said the professor.

“Do you know about any anti body that can stop the process” asked Rick while the assistant replied “No sir. He is the only one who knows about it”. Jack who was lost in his own thoughts suddenly said “Now we got to go and find him before anything more happens around us”. “Yes sir” said everyone and were about to leave the lab with their weapons.

Jack stayed back saying “You can go out now. I’ll follow up with you later”. No one said anything and left the lab. After everyone left Jack asked the Professor “Do you know who were the two people who conducted test on Dave’s body”. The professor said “They were Dexter and John”. “Are they still in the lab” asked Jack while the assistant said “One year after Professor Dave’s death they both left the lab”. Jack murmured “I was right about it”. “Did you say something sir” asked the assistant while Jack replied “Do you know where they live?”.

“Dexter used to live 7th cross from here and John in the next town on the 10th cross from the cathedral”. “I’ll be leaving now” said Jack that and left the lab.
