Ch.1 Dark Void

My body feels so heavy and I feel sleepy but I don't want to sleep ye-t. *Huh* I wake and look around, finding myself in a dark void. "Hello!" My voice echos. Is this a dream? I mean I can't feel my body so I take a deep breath in. "WAKE UP!" Then I try a few different things: pinching myself, slapping my face, and yelling but nothing works. Well if this isn't a dream then what is it? Am I dead if so then is this purgatory, then again I heard the lack of sense can be a hell. Wait, now that I think about it, I was eating and then my body felt really heavy…"Nooo there are still things i wanted to eat!"... I give up in an instant seeing that I can't do anything so I wait and wait.

"Hello Gary, I am A-L-1. I will be here to help you on your journey."

A red light appears.

"What do you mean by journey?"

"You will be sent to thrae, world of magic. You have been chosen to be a monster. A body is right now being chosen based on your past life."

"Will there be food?"

The one thing I want is food.

"Yes you will be able to eat."

"Then I'm in."

I've been sitting here for what feels like hours with nothing to do.

"Very well a body will be found shortly."

After some time of silence and what felt like a long wait a window appeared.

Aren't mimics the chest monster. So I get a lazy life and food.

"Your soul will be transferred into the crystal now, don't panic."

I feel my body getting pulled along for a long time until I feel pain as if someone is trying to stuff me into a small box I don't fit in. "Ouch hey stop that."

"Please relax or I will have to take measures to relax you."

I try to relax again but the pain continues to grow so I start to push back. After a while of pushing I feel a sharp pain ringing through my body and I pass out.
