《A Hidden Secret(Cancelled)》7: Long Conversations

The echoing sounds of a slap penetrates through the abandoned school hallways, a slap that was followed by misery tears losing their grip on a marked skin, creating small puddles onto the Vinyl textured floor. Heavy panting continued the intense moment of friends falling out.
"How stupid are you, Kaylee?" Autumn snarled with glaring eyes.
"B-But I was trying to save you from someone dangerous." Kaylee's voice squeezed out.
"The only dangerous thing right now is our friendship falling apart, sort yourself out before speaking with me again." Autumn snapped back, after saying her words, she shifted her body downwards of the hallway and started disappearing into the distant crowds leaving a shaken up Kaylee by herself. She never once looked Autumn back in the eyes because she didn't want to see them disappointed eyes ever again.
As she was about to cry pools of suffering sadness, claps were heard coming from the door not so far away from Kaylee. she jolted her watered eyes towards the door where she was met back with empty eyes.
"Don't you have an amazing gut, Kaylee?" A monotoned voice questioned from behind the doors, it was a voice Kaylee instantly panicked from, her eyes were no longer sad, they were widened and showed all the signs of growing fear. "A strong bond ripped apart because you spent too much time trying to take Autumn's new happiness. Amazing drama I can tell to everyone." Caden chatted on as he started walking out from the deep shadows.
"W-Why are you hiding your true self?" Kaylee whimpered, trying to keep her strong stare on Caden's dark aura body.
Caden didn't answer the question straight away, but after stepping into Kaylee's small circle, his mouth began to open.
"Because why not?" Caden bluntly answered.

"Because why not?! Is that really the answer you came up with when playing with everyone's heart?!" Kaylee poured all her emotions into one single sentence. Caden went over the words Kaylee said and looked into Kaylee's eyes again, but this time she felt like Caden's cold, soulless eyes was directly looking through her entire soul alongside her locked roadway of a smashed into pieces past.
"They did you dirty, huh? Them fake friend groups you used to hang around with." Caden suddenly spurted out, leaving Kaylee speechless and trapped.
"H-How did you know-" Kaylee went on to say.
"Let's just say I know my way around...And I know a way where you could get all your revenge on one occasion. You're going to keep your mouth shut about my real persona." Caden said absently.
"No no- How do you know me so much?!" Kaylee yelped, desperately waiting for an honest answer.
Caden started digging around in his pockets until he found something that he pulled out quickly, he gripped onto Kaylee's arm with force, using his strength as an advantage to open her small, fragile hands where a piece of white notepaper was gently placed into her sweating palms.
"Because I explored all of your one hundred versions on repeat and all they ended up having the same past result except for one...she was a feisty one to deal with," Caden explained in a way that it sounded like he was directing the insult right at her.
Kaylee silently watched Caden walk off while still holding the note Caden gave in her firm gripped hand, she glanced at her opening palm and saw a long script of words and numbers, it was someone's address.
"What have I gotten myself into?" Kaylee questioned herself, stressfully itching her scalp as she suspiciously looked around her.

It was a bright sunny day where the orange pit threw out its soft touch across sleeveless people, relaxing their nerves in an instant. Most teenagers went out into the playground and fooled around with each other, trying to have their fun in the last moments of the resting sun that is going to wander off and come back months later. But for Caden, he spent his time alone on the roof, resting his head on his arms that were used as a pillow to avoid laying his head down on the hard floor.
His mazed eyes watched the fluffy clouds glide across the baby blue sky that drifted into a more bright orange the closer it got to the sleeping sun. He spent his time walking over his past, remembering all the pain he went through, seeing his life be taken away from him as a young child for a simple mistake.
"I miss all four of you. You were the only ones that made me feel right in this shitty world." Caden whispered to himself, "Ah- talking about people. Every choice I chose to make Autumn hate me never worked...How come all the version I meet of her, why do the results always end up with her falling in love? Caden asked himself.
"I did kill my versions many times to try and fix the issue, but that didn't work either. Maybe it's "God" just punishing me over and over again." He continued.
"T-There you are!" Ms Paden's voice stuttered in fear as she suddenly appeared out of thin air in a position where she stood over Caden's laying body, "What a-are you doing up here?! You're s-supposed to be downstairs." Ms Paden's voice boomed in high confident as she went on.
"I'm relaxing" Caden answered calmly before hopping up from the floor, sitting up straight afterwards.
"A monster r-relaxing? Pfft...d-don't make me laugh." Ms Pden nervously chuckled, avoiding Caden's eye contact.
"S-S-Stop stuttering and relax...I'm a friendly neighbourhood monster." Caden replied cockily.
Ms Paden adjusted her frowning upward eyebrows under deep breaths and sat beside Caden, trying to hold in all the urge to escape but didn't want to upset someone that clearly isn't human. She glimpsed a couple of times at Caden but weirdly felt her nerves relax slowly when she noticed the peaceful look on Caden's muscle strained face.
"So this is what y-you're like when you don't have someone trying to look into your past." Ms Paden said in a relaxed mood.
"Of course, I don't have the emotions to hate a person because I never had them. I had to use this tactic on Kaylee when she found out the truth about why you were having constant panic mood swings." Caden responded.
"She's a very smart girl, and her figuring the reasons why I'm scared of a monster answers her smartness." Ms Paden cackled consciously.
"What happened to you panicking like a dumb bitch a second ago? I can be a monster if you keep going at it." Caden snapped in a collected, soft voice.
"I don't know why I'm not panicking right now. It's like my instincts kicked in and calmed me down when I saw your peaceful face." Ms Paden answered.
"Peaceful? That's something I haven't heard in ages." Caden replied.
"I was always known by White Death, The Satan's Twisted Angeliic Son."

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
