Elsa continued to run without a break. She was heading towards the forest. Her heart felt like it is tied with a ten ton rock. She felt heavy and terrible pain in her heart. She didn’t stop running. She knew if she stop running she would feel worst and would not be able to move again. The source of this terrible pain is definitely not from her body. It is probably from her mind or her mood. Is it depression?
Sure she is worried about her mother and the fact that she is alone on a journey. But she is certain that it is not the source of her terrible condition. She looked at the beautiful green pendant she was wearing. Suddenly, it seems not so beautiful at all.
Elsa was sweating all over from her body. She continued to take long breath. It was getting dark around her. She is already surrounded by trees. At last she tripped and fall all the ground. The taste of soil is not so poetic at all. Elsa lost all her energy to move. She lay still at the ground and taking her much needed rest. She didn’t care about the dirt at all.
Night came and she is alone in the forest. After taking rest, she get up on her feet. She couldn’t see anything clearly. But she could hear. And she didn’t like what she is hearing. There is an animal nearby. The grunting noise of the upcoming animal made her heart stiff.
She saw the shadow of the animal. It appears to be walking on two feet. If it was any other animal Elsa would feel her certain death. But seeing that it was a bear she had a little hope of survival.
What should you do when you are facing a 9 foot tall bear? Pretend to be dead. Don’t fight, don’t run. Know your enemy, know yourself and you will always find an away to survive. Considering the nature of a bear, pretending to be dead is the best option.
The bear came near her body. It was moving her and sniffing her all over the body. She tried her best not to move.

‘The bear would go away. Don’t breath, don’t move’. She continued chanting it in her mind. The bear seemed to be certain that it was a dead body. Just as it was about to walk away Elsa’s stomach growled.
‘Stupid stomach’. She cursed. She completely forgot that she didn’t eat anything after lunch.
The bear sensed that she was alive. It gave a loud roar and charged at her throat.
Elsa screamed, ‘No…Stop’
At the same moment that Elsa screamed a green light emitted from the pendant and the bear stopped moving. White smoke came from its mouth. The smoke started entering the pendant. Elsa also felt painful sensation in her mind. But it was not that severe.
After all the smoke came out from its mouth the bear started falling. Elsa moved. So it didn’t fell on her.
Elsa stood up. She looked at the pendant with a complicated gaze. She realized something. Is it the treasure the man was talking about? Elsa held the pendant at her hands and stared at the bear. It was dead.
She never touched a bear before. She wanted to touch and feel it. As soon as she touched the bear it disappeared. She was dumbfounded.
She felt a mental connection to the pendant. She was sure that the corpse of the bear is inside the pendant. She wished the corpse to come out. And it did. Elsa was astonished.
She touched the bear again and it was stored inside the pendant.
‘How wonderful!’ Elsa laughed.
‘What else can you do, pendant?’ Elsa asked hoping for an answer.
‘……….’ She didn’t get her reply. She felt sad. But soon worry replaced sadness. Possessing a treasure is a crime. She need to hide it.
As she thought that the pendant disappeared. ‘Where did it go?’ Then she felt something on her left hand. There was a tattoo of a pendant at her hand. So there it is.
‘Pendant appear.’ The pendant appear at her hand. She thought something. Calling it pendant all the time would not be right. She have to name it. What should she name it?

‘Grassy’ sounds nice. So the name of the pendant is Grassy.
‘Hey Grassy did you like your name?’ She asked. No reply came. Then it disappeared.
Her stomach growled again. She is hungry. Where can she find food?
Well forest is a place where food can be found easily if one knows how to look for it. But Elsa doesn’t have any forest survival training. She has to eat what she has. But she doesn’t want to eat the bear.
She looked at the bear corpse. ‘How can she cut the bear?’ She doesn’t have a knife. Then she felt something crazy at her instinct. She feels like she can grow claws.
‘There is no away.’ She laughed at her own thought. ‘There is no away I can grow claws, right? Should I try it? How should I try it?’
Elsa thought. At the same time her fingers started transforming into claws. She felt no pain. She was excited. Was it magic? Is it one of the ability of the treasure? Also her sense of smell and sight increased. She could somehow see into the darkness.
‘That’s awesome. Did I gain some of the abilities of the bear? Any away time to eat. She torn up a piece of meat from the bear.
It smells good. She can even eat it raw. But she is a human. So she collected some branches and lit up small fire using her magic. She grilled the meat. She is a bad cook but everything tastes good when you are hungry. She finished eating and was satisfied
After resting for a while she started walking again. She knows she shouldn’t travel at night. But she couldn’t stop herself from walking. She is grinning like crazy. Her heart feels so light. Her entire being is surging up with incredible energy. Thoughts are spinning like a tornado in her head. Why is she feeling so good and elated? She looked at the tattoo at her right hand. It looks like the most beautiful thing she has ever seen.
Something is wrong with her mind. Ever since she started running on her journey her mood is swinging up like crazy. She didn’t realize earlier, but it is driving her crazy.
Elsa was searching for water like crazy, with a big smile on her face. After an hour of running she came near a river. She was extremely excited. She felt like jumping in the river and start swimming. And she was going to do it.
But as soon as she reached the river, the heavy feeling in her heart returned. It’s like all of a sudden all the energy of her body was sucked out of her. The gravity seems to increase a thousand fold. She lay down and closed her eyes. She feels like a dead person. She doesn’t want to live anymore.
‘Why is this happening? Why I am feeling so bad? I was so happy just a moment ago. Why I am here? Oh! I remember. I was on some stupid journey to become a magician. I should just quit and let the animals eat me. That way my life would have some meaning. I am lying here for some time and no animals are coming. So I am not even worthy enough to be their food?’ She don’t want to exist anymore.
This feeling is starting to get more and more serious. She feels like she can’t breathe. Although she is clearly breathing. All of this is very painful.
‘Is it the side effect of using the treasure? It definitely is? There is no other reason for her weird condition. If she had to feel that way for using the treasure she would rather through away it into the river. Right, she should through away it into the river. Hopefully the feeling would go away’
She held Grassy at her hand and looked at the river. She was going to through away it in the river. ‘But my mom gave it to me as a birthday present. Should I really through it away?’ She hesitated.
