But as soon as she started to feel guilty, her mood calmed down. She is not feeling guilty anymore. Even if she has killed a person, who is going to punish her. Nobody even knows that she did it.

People were shocked seeing a man die like this. They were having various reactions. Elsa left the place. She has no intention in staying at this town any longer.

She came outside of the town. Then deactivated her stealth. She started walking. After walking for few minutes she saw Mira. She was standing near a tree.

Mira said, “Are you ready to go?”

Elsa said “Yes.”

Mira said, “There is no point in going anymore.”

Elsa said, “What do you mean?”

Mira said, “Do you know about the present situation of the world?”

Elsa said, “Yes, I know the basic. The world is divided into four territories. The Eastern territory is for the humans. The Western territory is for the demons. The Southern territory is for the elves, half-humans, beast men and many other nonhuman races. And the Northern territory is for the dragons, phoenix and other beasts. There is always a deep hatred between humans and demons. One thousand years ago there was a huge war between humans and demons. Countless people have died in that was. Both sides had massive casualties. Then there was a peace pact. No side is going to declare war against one another. The peace is continuing for one thousand years. We have no conflicts against Southern or Northern territory. So why are you saying that there is no point in going anymore?”

Mira said, “What you are saying is of the past. Do you know that the Human Emperor and the Demon King has declared war against each other? Every strong humans and magical institution will take part in the war. So there will be no admission or class in any of the magic institution till the war is over.”

Hearing this Elsa should be worried, terrified or sad. But she is having none of that feelings. She is getting excited.

Elsa said, “What will happen in the war?”

Mira replied, “The number of demons are 10 times bigger than the number of humans. They already started invading the human territory. Massacre is happening at the cities near the borders. But defeating human race will not be easy. There are many strong humans and humans are smarter than demons.”

Elsa asked, “What is the reason behind the war?”

Mira said, “I don’t know the real reason. But I heard a rumour.”

“What rumour?”

Mira said, “The rumour is that the demon race has found one of the heaven defying treasures. The name of the treasure is ‘The book of Darkness’. Many legendary darkness skills and spell are inscribed in the book. Whoever has this book will be the strongest being in the world within few years after having it. If a demon has it, they will be countless times stronger than the strongest human even before mastering half of the book. And after mastering it, everything under the heaven will be in their control. So after learning this humans become scared and decided to attack the demon race. At the same time demon race also declared war against humans.”

Elsa asked, “What are the other heaven defying treasures?”

Mira said, “You don’t know? One of them is a pendant that has the power to steal anyone’s soul. It also has the power of refinement and infinite space. The other one is a book that can rival the book of darkness. Many powerful spells, skills and inheritances are inside the book. No one really knows who created these treasures. These three are the only recorded treasures in this planet. There are maybe other treasures in higher realm planets.”

Elsa asked, “There are higher realms and other planets?”

Mira said, “Hmm. Only select few people know this. Our planet is just a low realm planet. In this planet the highest level one can reach is only purple mage. Higher level of magic is divine magic and there is also many levels of it. If people can breakthrough from purple mage they will get a new type of power. They will have the energy to travel to higher realms. Only few peoples from our planet has managed to attain that realm.”

Elsa’s eyes were shining when she was hearing this. She had a sudden urge to get stronger without any limit. And also she just realized that she has two of the heavenly treasures. Why would she want to study at a magic school when she has this legendary book of magic?
