Shadows POV:

I'm going through this town, can't let anyone know what I'm doing, let alone Illume. No one would believe me anyway... but Illume... if he finds out what I'm doing... well it's not like he remembers anyway.

I think I should find that weirdo we saw last time. So I guess the first place to go to would be the alley. The dark alley that scared me out of my wits back then but it's cool now. I'm not afraid anymore.

I walk through the alley, I search for clues but I find nothing. I hear a voice though, maybe it's that weirdo again but, it's not. Wait. This one sounds more familiar... it sounds like a voice that comes accompanied with a face that's ugly, stupid, fat... it's a face that makes me want to punch it and hurl at the same time when touching it.

"Hey loser! I've been looking for you."

Fuck. It's Pyro. I thought the voice sounded like a douchebags. Shit, why now and while Illume isn't here too.

Just as I turn around I see Pyro grabbing my shirt and I think he's up to no good again. But... he better not try anything... I'm really not in the mood.

"Pyro, why don't you just buzz off. I don't have time for you. You need to leave me alone right now."

Pyro laughs:" Huh! Says the loser who actually needs the company. Don't you have time for little ol' Pyro your best pal? Illume isn't here to back you up this time. I think I should just end you here and now. After all you won't be destroying anything when you're dead."

The thing in me hears this 'threat' of Pyros and starts speaking for me:" Hahaha, go ahead, kill me, if you have the guts."

As soon as Shadow begins losing his free will, as soon as the darkness creeps out, so does the Phoenix Fire within Pyro.

Pyro then begins punching the wall that he's pushed Shadow against while Shadow himself continues to laugh.

Pyro is not in control and Shadow himself is at the end of his own control.

Pyro begins shouting as his flames become even more powerful and as this is happening the thing inside Shadow speaks as it wishes while laughing uncontrollably: "Haha it seems you're an idiot Pyro. You should have known by now that the little birdie inside you can't stand us! Go on kill us. Do it you weakling!"

Okay so this is me right now, Shadow, telling you this. I bet you're thinking that Pyro kills me huh? Considering that his whole mission is to destroy me it wouldn't be surprising right? The thing is, he might have actually done me in but as luck would have it...

"Pyroooooo! What are you doing to Shadow, you've crossed the line this time bud. Leave him alone asshole!"

... I have a friend by the name of Illume, who would do anything to save me. Anyway let's get back to what's happening...

Illume grabs Pyro by his shoulders and burns while doing so... he yells in agony as he gets a grip on Pyro and throws him aside. Afterwards he tries to tend to Shadow instead of worrying about his own injuries but Shadow isn't completely himself right now.

"Hehe. Illume, buddy. Pyro wants to get rid of me, let him. Let him end my misery, you're my dear friend aren't you? Then let him do it."

Illume then grits his teeth flying into an even bigger rage:" Pyro, fuck you! What have you done to Shadow! What the fuck have you done!"

He grabs Pyro who burns him even more and then throws him into the street. It's begun to seem like Pyros flames are having no effect on Illume but no one notices... in fact there is no one to notice, except for one...

Pyro then stands up yelling even more, flames melting the very ground itself while Illume just shouts:" Go ahead, get mad, use even more of those stupid flames of yours, burn me all you'd like but I will kick your ass."

Pyro yells louder than ever and flames start shooting out from his body in every direction, hitting everything, buildings, cars and more. There is one particular area which is of great importance to the story. The area that it hits is a construction site. And close to that is the alley where Shadow was.

Shadow walks out of the alley and sees Illume in the middle of all the turmoil. He's himself right now so he shouts out to Illume:" Illume get out of there!"

Shadows POV:

As those words were said I run out to save Illume and everything stops, the yelling, the fight and even time itself... stops.

The only thing that could be heard was Illumes voice throughout the silence saying:" What? What is this? Why?"
