THIRD PERSON'S POV: OUTFIT- pinterest.co.uk/phoebenock2/party-b/
Not long after the coronation Briar was led back to a room with Evie and Mal, whom of which she had forgiven, and was being attacked with one of Evie's many makeup brushes.
"You need to look your best for tonight." Evie had told her as she held up many dresses in front of her, sizing her up in her head to see which would suit her best.
"You're the Queen now," Mal commented in a teasing voice as she applied a bit of mascara to her eyelashes. She had started to get used to wearing make-up but decided to stick to the bare minimum to avoid her face feeling 'heavy' as she had said.
Briar giggled as she watched her get frustrated, she took a dress that Evie handed to her and walked over to her friend. She grabbed a make-up-wipe-off from the table and making Mal face her. They were the same height so she didn't have to bend or stretch. She wiped it delicately across Mal's upper lid to remove the smudged mascara as her friend groaned in annoyance.
"You'll get used to it," Briar reassured with another laugh and a bright smile.
Mal rolled her eyes as Briar stepped away and Evie handed her a dress. "Doubt it." She muttered as she changed.
Briar gently smoothed down her short party dress with a smile, looking in the mirror at her reflection. She, for the first time, truly did understand why others said she looked like her mother. She held herself with the grace and poise of a true Queen. She smiled at Evie as she approached her from behind, adjusting the crown on her head so it sat straighter and higher, something she noticed made a huge difference to her appearance.

"You're going to make a wonderful Queen." Evie complimented with a smile.
She smiled back to her friend before they were interrupted by the door opening to reveal Audrey. "Briar." She grinned and ran to her friend excitedly, holding her hands between them. "I'm so happy for you, you look beautiful like you were made to wear a crown!"
Briar grinned at her compliments, she glanced over at Mal who looked nervous with Audrey there. Briar pulled her best friend aside as Evie went to help Mal with her corset laces. "Audrey, I know that everything that went down has been awful and that you may have completely different views to me on some people, and you have every right to that considering..." She trailed off and glanced at Mal who seemed to be pretending not to listen in. "But, do you like Mal as a friend?" She asked, looking for any sign of anger in her friend's eyes.
Audrey sighed. "After everything that happened today, I don't exactly think she's so bad anymore." Briar noticed Mal relax a little. "You can understand why she did what she did, I would have done the same if I was in her position." Audrey glanced at Mal who quickly looked away and pretended to not have been staring at them, but she noticed and smiled. "I think I'd like to be her friend at some point, once we get to know each other a bit more."
Briar grinned and hugged her. "Thank you." She whispered gratefully.

Later that evening the party was in full swing, everyone danced and sang along to the music. Briar stood alone after thanking and greeting everyone, waiting for her Prince Charming to arrive.
"Guess who?" A voice asked from behind her, gently covering her eyes with their hands.

"Well, there's only one person I know brave enough to approach the Queen of Auradon from behind and get away with it." She giggled and hugged Ben.
He chuckled. "I remember when we were young, dreaming of this day." He smiled down at her as she drank from her glass, returning his smile.
"You always wanted to have the most beautiful girl by your side," She glanced over at her friend who was happily talking to Doug and Evie. "And now you do."
"And you always insisted that you would marry Chad." He teased as she blushed, covering her face in embarrassment.
"Speaking of." Arms suddenly wrapped around her waist and she smelled the familiar cologne which made her heart race. "I'll leave you to it."
Chad waved to her brother before stepping in front of her and looking her over with a loving smile on his face. "You look beautiful." He said as he cupped her face, his warm hand making her want to snuggle into him.
"Thank you." She blushed, he placed a hand on her waist before leaning in to press his lips lightly against her own.
He pulled back way too quick for her liking as she followed his lips in an attempt to reconnect them with her's, but he just chuckled and shook his head.
"You have people to talk to." He took her hand and placed it on his arm. "Later." He whispered to her before they greeted their first guests of the night.

They do not know each others' identities, and what's more - 9 of them are anonymous detectives, and 9 of them are serial killers. The cast is given a list of their names, and a list of the identities of the serial killers and detectives they are being held hostage with, and are forced to interact to guess the identities. The people who are able to connect all identities will get "a special advantage" in the killing game, but it isn't specified what. Alongside this, each cast member is given three secrets they are able to reveal at any point for an advantage in the killing game as well. Dreams or Another World - Not a Zero
No, my name’s not Doug. I lied. Waking up in this hospital bed and right away I’m being questioned. They say I’m a hero, saved some girl. I don’t remember any of that. Like the stories you read, a stranger in a strange world where magic and fantasy races exist, but technology hasn’t advanced. It was all just a slice of life as I learned and grew in this world. Was… Author’s notes. Original work. First draft. Inspired by various fantasy games and books. Written with a focus on character development and interaction. Combat, progression, leveling, classes, but no numbers or stats. I’ll try to keep the language clean, PG-13, no smut. I’m in the US, writing in English. I intend to complete this story or at least bring it to a proper ending. I have a destination in mind. I find as I write, doors and ideas open, while others close and are discarded. I'm new to creating. My apologies now while I learn. I have not settled on a book cover or artwork, still looking for something that fits. Registered & Protected #20VjeKDv2U6nynW6
