“Well I wasn't planning on the champion of the gods to be a priest to be honest I'm actually relieved, I got scared real scared but now that I know that you're just a little wimpy little priest I have full advantage.” Veksis said with a monotone voice. “I already told you it's nothing to be a laughing matter about I was chosen by the goddess Myra to be her champion and defeat you.” “Defeat me are you joking you're just a priest what would I be afraid of your friends oh I remember them it was those two elate girls wasn't it? Or is it your little friend that you carried in here or could it possibly be your God Mira come to save you, get a grip. you're stuck here as my prisoner or you can join me like so many before you do you honestly think that you are the first champion that Mira sent after me? No you're merely one of thousands do you wanna know what happened to all of them?”
“Let me guess you turn them into the army your army I should say.” “Wow aren't you a smart one I'll give you that you're the smartest champion that's ever come before me but sacrificing your life for the elates doesn't make sense well to me.” “That's why I was chosen well at least I think it was because I cared for everyone even though I woke up on a mountain I have no memory of who I was I'm made friends easily I found my way to the city of Vail and now I'm here caught by you maybe it wasn't smart, maybe it was just downright stupid. But I think it was for the good that I was captured.” “Why would that be good?”
“Because the elate queen God spirit wolf Stritosis, the spirit of spirits she can track anything that was created by a God meaning she could track any spirit.” “And?” “and my little friend here” Kali opened up her satchel to reveal Wisp and it unconscious, but still alive.” “What…” “Oh im sorry did I forget to tell you that? My bad” “Why you little!” Veksis went to grab hold of Kali’s neck but was stopped when he was called out. “LORD VEKSIS im sorry for the intrusion but we received a message from Stritosis.”

“Let me hear it already.” “Uh yes sir!” “She said that they have located your poor excuse of a castle and are gaining the hand of the army of Veil to counter your futile attempt at power.” “Oh is that all then?” “Yes sir.” Veksis turned his back to the messenger, “Well then.” *VRMMMMM* Veksis held his hand out and vaporized the unit out of frustration and anger. “DAMN IT! Just when I thought I could get through this damn war thing without being fully involved I have to deal with Veil and Elantra now?!” “You threw this on yourself Veksis, even if you kill me you’ll still be hunted down.”
“Grr” Veksis walked over to the castles main window behind his throne, “You know I don’t have to do anything to you but I will” snapping his fingers Kali’s body gets shocked with electricity. “ahhh!” “Bodies are so frail now a days.” “Why are you doing all of this what’s your plan?” “Why to have me Monolog and waste precious time for your friends to show up? No, but if you must know my whole plan for this place no, the world, is to put everyone’s soul to my will. AND SO FAR IT’S BEEN MORE TROUBLE THEN WHAT ITS WORTH! But I still have a future of this planet, one where all can live freely, under my control.” Veksis said with a devilish smile,
“That’s all I got for you sweetie. However it seems as if our little chat must unfortunately come to an end, since well I don’t plan on dying anytime soon.” “What do you mean?” “I mean this was just a nice get together of powers, to finally talk one on one, but I was interrupted by that damn Queen friend of yours so we have to cut this short.” “But what about the future of Eon? The god’s wont stand for your ideals and will destroy you.” “Honey why do you think they send champions like you to me?”

“Because they believe we have the power to crush you!” “NO, ITS BECAUSE THEY CAN’T KILL ME!” Veksis shouted at the top of his lungs, “If they could I would be dead already no doubt about it, that’s why they sent not just you but tens of thousands of champions before you. They all DIED!” “THEN WHY KEEP ME ALIVE!” “Because.” “Because what.” “Because they have never chosen a priest before, you spike my curiosity, go continue to grow but heed my warning, you come near this castle before your time is ready and I will obliterate everything you know and love and care for. EVERYTHING!”
With that he snapped his fingers warping Kali to the kingdom of Veil’s command hall where Surgeus, Gabriel, The Queen, Zero and Ziro, and a few other ranking members were discussing about the attack plans. Kali fell onto the table and held her body in pain but stood up moments later do to regeneration. “Kali!” cried Zero as she pounced onto Kali pushing her off the table and onto the ground. Ziro and the others stood in shock of what just happened. “Kali? That’s your name?” “yeah I was planning on telling you guys but got busy.” “Its fine me and Surgeus are still confused by this whole debate. Would you mind filling us in?” “Yes sir.” Kali explained what had happened to Elantra and why it did, and told what little she heard from Veksis.
“Sir we must consult with the high elven council, as well.” “While that would be nice they have no warriors to spare because of the darkness engulfing their lands, im afraid any attack would be just the Veil army and Elantra’s remnant army.” “Gabriel, my people can fight no matter the cost but if what Kali said is true then we must wait till the time is ready, I need to consult with Entwine about the Elates to see if he can help us.” “And I will with all master for the elves.” “Then I guess us humans have to talk with Myra and Vyra.” Kali nodded in agreement and the table dismissed.
“Ka…li.. what happened while I was out?” Yawning Wisp got out of the satchel with a tired expression on her face. “Well you see after you passed out I sacrificed myself to save Elantra, had a chat with Veksis and now we are all going to talk to the gods for support in the coming months to take down Veksis Gan.” “Oh…… I’m going to go back to bed.” Wisp hid back into the satchel and Kali, Ziro Zero and Wisp headed back to the inn to get some well deserved rest.
“Sir, I, uh, I have reports saying that the humans, elves and elates are going to talk to their respected gods for help, in.. killing. Yo~” *SMASH!* “Let them have their fun but mind them if they dare attack me before her time it’s a death wish. Open up the gates to my throne room and let them flow in. Their gods won’t come to save them in their time of need, so why would they help them now?” “What would you have me report to the commander then my lord?” “Tell him to call off any offensive unit an bring them back to the castle at once. And tell him to bring me a cup of tea I’m dying of thirst. And the wait. Veksis looked out the window the view stretched for miles but the sun was clouded out by the darkness. “Death awaits Champion.”

Except, when a mugger accosts Cadence and her boyfriend attempts to wrestle a gun away from the criminal, Cadence ends up shot. A normal girl, with the kind of wound Cadence had, would die. Cadence managed to do that part. But a normal girl wouldn't then open her eyes again and learn that death is not as permanant for her as it is for other people. She can be reborn again, and again. Each time stronger and with new abilities. The catch? Any world she is born into, she can never return to. She has infinite lives, but only one life for each. So begins The Many Lives of Cadence Lee. Thomas the Brawler
Thomas doesn't remember what his last name was, before it became Bluebrim, a name belonging to another universe. He's also pretty sure he wasn't this stupid before he arrived, but what can you do, when a day that was supposed to begin with an interview to set your life back on track instead begins in a universe that makes no sense, with rules you can't begin to understand? Maybe he should have paid more attention to the avatar creation screen ... Content warnings: All of them. Seriously. Expect lots of blue screens to begin with. Don't expect a power-leveling fantasy, in which the lone hero beats up all the bad guys, and gets a harem of women. There's just a guy who treats character creation like an annoying series of pop-up advertisements, and the story is basically the ramifications of that. The main character has to learn to take the world he's found himself in seriously, and he'll learn the way most of us do, by doing it wrong first. This is, insofar as it is successful, a dark comedy fantasy. Also a bit of horror, particularly but not exclusively body horror. I'm pretty sure I've earned those Content Warning tags, so, uh, yeah. This is practice. Hopefully things improve as I go, and figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I make no guarantees things will ever get better. I've already made mistakes, I'll make more, and I'm happy to notice them each time I make them. You don't improve unless you fail. (On the plus side, it probably won't get much worse.) Feel free to point out anything you think I'm doing wrong; I don't promise to change anything, particularly if it's a matter of taste, but I am looking to improve, and figuring out what I need to improve goes faster if I don't have to try to figure it out myself. I've updated the earlier chapters for formatting, in the hope that it would make everything easier to read on mobile devices. Hopefully things work slightly better now, but please let me know if there are any issues anywhere.

Death Galaxy
When portals opened across the world and space, people were a bit terrified. Naturally, some people called it the end times or some other negative interpretation. Thankfully, the new arrivals managed to calm the masses, saying they were here from across dimensions in search of peaceful refuge. After some discussion and promise from the reality hopers to not break the world, they were allowed asylum. And so, began a technological revolution as the new cohabitants, who looked distinctly human if a bit off, openly shared some of their knowledge with us. Space travel, while not cakewalks, become more easily accessible, as did interplanetary colonization. Naturally, with the New Humans keeping some of the more dangerous techs to themselves and Old Humans being a greedy bunch, tensions are arising as old and new grudges rear their ugly heads. The world endlessly spins as history, both good and bad, is seemingly on its way to repeating itself. Only with other planets, and potentially other universes, being the backdrop this time. But that was big stuff that Alex had no real interest in. They only care about one thing and one thing. TDAG. Trans-Dimensional Adventure Games. Best VR system ever made. Alex, instead of focusing on political and multiverse shenanigans, had their eyes set on VR games. Specifically, one of the new and up and coming potential best games of all times. Death Galaxy
