《Era of Creation》Morning

“Entwine….?” Entwine the holy divine creator of the Elate race, here in Veil. This made things even more confusing then need be, Gabriel stepped forward to question why he was here in Veil. “Entwine God of a nature and creation, why do you show your presence here?” “Well isn’t it obvious, my people needed me when their home… my creation, was attacked. I failed to give any type of help and I plan on repaying fully to my beloved creations.” “I told you not to call us your creations Entwine!” “But dear Elizabeth, that is what you are. I figment of my imagination created in flesh. I plan to protect what’s mine no matter the cost!”
“Entwine is here because he wanted to see the champion with his own eyes before deciding, but apparently he is changing his mind.” “Me change my mind? Never however seeing the champion as a priest makes a difference in everything, tell me champion, what of the siblings? Have they agreed to help?” “Yes Myra and Vyra both agreed to help.” “Then it settled, ill be of assistance too, if the siblings are helping I’ll be there. In defense I shall grant the power of purity. This gift will prevent any kind of long lasting spells such bleeding, poison, and burns.” “Entwine, thank you for the help.” “No problem champion, I shall return to Elantra now, Elizabeth take care!” “Whatever.” Entwine faded into a mist and vanished, Zero noticed something. “Hey Kali where did Wisp go?” Kali pulled out her satchel and opened the top. “Here she is, she has been passed out ever since I got back from Veksis.” Kali reached in a cupped Wisp in her hands and used a spell to wake up Wisp. “Wha.. what happened? Wait Veil how’d we end up back here Ma’am? Last I remember we were in Veksis’s throne room.” “Yes you passed out as we entered and then I had a talk with Veksis, then we were teleported here.”

“Well that’s weird, so what did I miss?” “We are starting to form up against Veksis, right now our supporters are Elantra’s army, Veil’s army, Myra, Vyra, and Entwine.” “Yes and we are still waiting for Surgeus’s response from the council and the All Master.” Gabriel said adding onto the conversation. “Okay, so Vyra and Myra together…. That hasn’t happened in a while. This should be wonderful news.” “And it is!” Zero called out. “We finally have a chance to avenge the fallen and send this guys corpse to the void!” “Down Zero, relax.” Ziro said and Zero took a step back to calm herself. “Well whatever happens we still can’t rush at Veksis the second we can, he would destroy everything and one instantly. What we have to do now is wait for Surgeus, then wait for Veksis.”
Silence filled the room as everyone paused and looked at each other. Kali could only remember what Vyra said and showed her, death and despair is the future. (How could I change my future so that isn’t the outcome? Or is it already to late?). Silence, no voice to break through, whats the next move? Who is going to die next? Unchangeable fates can break an entire plan and life. Finally something broke the silence *knock knock knock* There was a subtle knock on the door. “Enter!” Commanded Gabriel, The doors opened to reveal an elven boy, holding a letter. “What’s your name? Why are you here?” The boy responded rapidly “IM HERE TO DELIEVER THIS LETTER TO SIR GABRIEL AND KALI!” The boy ran over to the two and handed the letter and stood back. “What’s this? A letter from Surgeus? She couldn’t do this herself, go figure.” The letter reads as follows “Sir Gabriel and Champion Kali, I have reportedly tried to persuade the council for help in talking to the All Master. But my attempts were meet with force. I am afraid that the council and the All Master can not be of assistance in the battle against Veksis I am returning as this letter is being sent. I’m sorry.” Gabriel waved the boy off to leave and threw the letter away. “Damn elves and their council. Always making things more difficult for their own convenience.”

“I’m sure that even with 3 gods and two armies we will be fine against Veksis.” “Maybe your right Kali, maybe.” Just as they finished talking a dark mist entered the hall, swallowing all the light around and engulfing the room in darkness, an object appeared, Zero and Ziro went into defense mode and jumped in front of Kali, Elizabeth Started to cast a beam of magical energy, Gabriel drew his sword. Everyone was pointed at the object. The suddenly, “Champion.” A faded gasping voice called out. “Champion of the….gods….Lord Veksis sends for you….ten days….nothing more… nothing less…” The mist disappeared almost as fast as it appeared and the room was left in a small state of confusion.
“Ten days? That’s all we got? Nothing more and nothing less? That doesn’t give us much time then.” “Indeed we must gather as much as possible before the time comes. Once Surgeus returns we shall begin the plan for marching onto Veksis’s castle.” They all nodded and left the hall, Kali, Zero, Ziro, and Wisp headed into the market to get food while Elizabeth returned to Elantra to gather her forces. “Kali, be honest with me…. What’s gonna happen when we fight Veksis?” Zero said in a nervous voice almost like a whimper from a dog. Trying to ease her mind Kali replied “We will be victorious over Veksis.” “No I mean to us? Will everything be over when Veksis is killed?” “No, I made a promise a year ago that would protect you forever, and so that means I will never leave you.” “Really? That’s a relief then when we kill that son of a bitch, we can all be friends still.” Zero took a few strides back over to Ziro who was looking at a food stand. Kali turned to Wisp showing what can only be described as sorrow and fear mixed together, to create an expression she has never shown before. If only Wisp knew what Kali saw, she would have the same expression, but she didn’t, only Kali and Gabriel knew of the terrible fate to come.

Double-Blind: A Modern LITRPG
Choosing a college when your family is struggling can be difficult, but it isn’t supposed to be world ending. And the falling meteor is seriously limiting Matt’s options. Now in the aftermath, his home city is locked down by a mysterious dome, corporations are looking to monopolize a wealth of new untapped resources, and people are suddenly developing powers via a system that seems to have borderline sinister intentions. In the chaos, he decides to stick to what he knows: stay out of the spotlight, grind, and survive. Watch as Matt is dragged into a dark LITRPG set in the real world, where the price of failure is death, and the prize for winning is beyond his wildest dreams. ++++++++++++++++++ There’s a couple big influences here: Solo-Leveling, Squid Game, and Code Geass. If you enjoy LITRPG stories with morally gray characters, high stakes, and smart protagonists who start weak and eventually become powerful in a unique way, you’ll probably find something to like. But be forewarned. It won’t be easy. I'll be writing this fast, so keep in mind there's likely to be typos that we'll correct as we go. Developmental Editing by Lev.

War Beast
The future is savage. Jenny Summer is a news reporter who hates her job. One day, an accident sends her through a time portal, straight into the distant future. A future of warring Beastmen tribes, deadly monsters, and magic from beyond the imagination. When the savage world is full of many threats, how will the average modern-day girl survive? Author's Note: This is a rewrite of my fiction with the original title. Instead of changing my chapters in my other draft, I made a copy with a different beginning and a few new chapters. The beginning will move straight to the fantasy world like most Isekai light novels. As usual, each chapter will go between 500 and 2,000 words. I deleted the other draft since this draft will be my focus. Enjoy and let me know what you think of this new draft. There may also be grammar and spelling errors too. This series is still in development.
