❀ : Horror in the Garden.
"Who goes there?!"
Upon hearing the familiar voice of a man, all the calmness fade and came the panick. What is he doing here?
I immediately look for a place to hide as his footsteps increase its volume with every step. Where can I hide? I can't get caught now!
I run to the left side, as this garden is extremely wide, and hide to the tall bushes of the same flower that I still can't recognize.
"I know you're there. Show your presence!" I see the same angry face and shiny blonde long hair, it is him. What is he really doing in the garden at this time? Did the knights report the noise?
Anyways, is he dumb? What is the point of ordering me to come out? I'm hiding so you won't see me so it would be just stupid of me to come out, yeah. This man really wasted his saliva and time speaking.
"Hah, don't you dare to underestimate the knight of the Holy Church."
Crap, why do I feel a sense of guilt as if he's just read my mind earlier? I'm *not* sorry for thinking you're stupid.
𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥. It would be the best to hide and run away. By a hundred percent, if he caught you, it would be the lead of your nation and the Church's war.
How in the world will that happen just because he sees me hiding in my own garden?
𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗡. The Holy Church is not in good terms with your nation as such they are looking for any ways to bring the Haku down. Aside that, you are still under suspicion.
Oh, yeah. If I try to recall, I do remember how Eru would glare at anyone who is from the Jikai Nation. I wonder what is up with them?

Well, it's probably not the best time to play Hide-and-Seek. That being said, the only way I know how to get back is with the front exit. Can't K-78 provide me some sort of map?
𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗥. Your points have not yet met with the criteria.
Huh? Points? Criteria? What are you going on about?
𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥. More importantly, you will be in danger if Kai uses any of his magic skills. If he decides to use one of his ultimate, The Eye-Seeing, he will detect all the presence in the garden let that be mice, flowers, trees, spirits and you.
Boy, that sounds like super OP skill! I need to scurry away from here in the instant.
Oh no, oh no, oh no. He is approaching and getting even more closer to where I currently am. Can't you check the other directions first?!
At this rate, if I don't run he'll see me...
Left with no choice, I take the last rock on my pocket. I doubt this will work but I pray it does.
I throw the rock behind him. This doesn't surprise him but the moment he turn his head around, I escape my hiding spot and run to the left side. I don't know the directions here but I can't go in the front, it'll be too much of an expose.
"Wait!" The rock was useless, he immediately notice my liberation. Crap, it's over!
I thought it was but then a luminous light suddenly brightens so much causing to blind him.
Is this God's miracle?
Upon his moment of weakness, I run as fast as I can until the garden was no more.
I run and run until my lungs is ready to give out, until all I can hear is my heavy breaths, until my vision turns blurry and until my knees drop.

Moments like these makes me wish I tried to exercise more.
Staggering and unstable, I stopped running and I could barely make out anything with my vision.
I see someone. I don't know who and I'm too exhausted to care.
"Are you okay?" They ask. Judging from the voice, they're a boy. I don't care anymore, I want to rest.
My feet takes me closer to them. The next thing I know my head lays on their stiff shoulder.
What a wild night.

The die is cast and omnipotent beings bow to the result. The world holds still in anticipation of a new actor. A man shall be ripped from his safe reality and cast upon new tapestry, familiar yet alien. His body will be reforged in flames of adversity. His mind, challenged, by crashing waves of doubt. And his soul will dance, to the amusement of those who observe. “Welcome, castaway, to the new world. Partake in its bounties and revel in its beauty, but be mindful of dangers. Your will is unbound and trials aplenty. The wish carried you here and you will define yourself anew. Live, as you see fit. Now, that the contract is fulfilled, it’s time. We shall not meet again, nor will you remember me. Farewell.” A falling star lights the skies and the die continues to roll. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
