The Evolution of the Humanity.

All the humans living in this world can absorb the mana in the environment and store it inside the body. This phenomena of absorbing the mana on the environment were the same as breathing in the air and anybody can do it.

But there are two types of humans after the changes in the environment, these two are; ordinary humans and talented individuals. Both can absorb the mana, but the advantages of the talented individuals are they can utilize the mana.

There also two types of talented individuals these are, warriors and magicians; The differences between them are, warriors know how to utilize and control the mana inside their bodies, while the magicians can draw the external element essence to form a magic spell. That is the reason it is important to meditate to differentiate between mana and the elemental essence, since mana is the combination of the elements.

Here are the examples.

Ordinary humans,

Humans body > absorb the mana in the environment > store mana inside of the body > absorb the mana within your body.

If you absorb the mana within, it enhances your body to become stronger, but there is a limit how much you can absorb every day.

Warriors,

Humans body > absorbs the mana in the environment > store mana inside of the body > guide your mana into your fist > amplify your strength.

It means that after you store it inside your body only the warriors can freely control the mana and guide it outside to amplify their bodies.

Magicians,

Humans body > distinguish the elements essence in environment > using our mind shape any elemental essence to form a magic spell > incantation > after the incantation the magic will form.

Any form of magic spells and incantations are very confidential and didn't it shown in public. Only the mercenary school will provide it, if you pass the examinations and entered the school.

Magical research is very difficult and dangerous. Countless magician, scientist, and other major powers engage in the research of new types of spells and incantation.

Every single major power researches new ways of using different elemental essence to produce different spells! But magical research is extremely dangerous. The more destructive a spell potentially is, the harder it is to research. Sometimes, it can even catastrophically backlash upon the researchers

No matter how talented you are if you don't have any form of spells and incantations you won’t be able to execute a single spell.

Khald and Nyka: Good luck Ned!

I nodded at them.

I calmly walked into the center, then sit atop the circular platform.

Bald elder: Cross your legs and close your eyes. I will teach you how to meditate.

After a while, My mind suddenly entered in a prajna state.

So, this what it feels like, when I'm in a prajna state.

I can feel different types of elements in the surroundings. And I think one of the reasons, I'm in prajna state, because of the circular platform underneath. It gives a tremendous amount of mana and my mind became clearer.

A second has passed, a minute has passed.

Then I open my eyelids. I can now differentiate, different types of elements in the surroundings and, I think, I became closer to the natures.

So this is what it feels like, when I received an enlightened from the nature.

Bald elder: Place your hand atop of the crystal.

Instantly!

The crystal ball suddenly burst forth with light, as it was brighter than any other crystal ball we have seen before, but then, suddenly the brightness of the light became smaller and smaller until the light suddenly vanished in a matter of 3 seconds. Unlike any other enrollees, the crystal ball light will fade after 10 or more seconds and it is the first time it ended so fast.

When the bald elder saw the brightness of the crystal ball, he was so shocked, because this is the first time he saw the crystal ball can emit so much brightness, even the vice principal of this mercenary school, who is one of the greatest magicians of the Mercenary didn't emit that much light, then he suddenly felt disappointed, since the brightness suddenly vanished and it replaces with a small light, then after 3 seconds the lights suddenly faded.

Then the bald elder immediately check and observe the crystal ball, but then, he became disappointed again and felt pity for the young boy. He almost wants to contradict what is written in the crystal ball, because he felt something was amiss, but it is his duty to follow what the higher ups told him to follow, for what it is written on the crystal ball then he think, there is still another chance after this.

Then he looked at the youngster's eyes and talk with a clear voice.

You fail the exam!

Nyka and Khald: WHAT?

Nyka and Khald were shocked that they shouted with a loud voice at the same time.

Then they run towards me.

Nyka: Are you okay, Ned?

She pats my back.

Khald: Are you okay?

Ned: Sigh! I'm not okay. I guess we should go outside and take a break, others already who failed the exam already went home. If we stay a long time here the instructor will get mad.

I talk to them while forcing my lips to smile.

Nyka and Khald: I guess we should.

Some of the enrollees also felt shocked when the crystal ball emits so much brightness, but when the instructor told that he failed they accepted it, since the instructor told so.

While walking towards the exit khald and nyka didn't talk a lot, because they felt a little bit guilty, since they passed the examination and I didn't.

When I hear the bald elder told me that I failed the examination I almost want to cry, but held it back. And it's my first time to experience something like this, since I was a child I'm really good at everything and what will be my mom's reaction when I get back home and told her that I failed the exam.

Ohhh! I have a cell phone in my pocket, I will call her after we left this building, maybe not. Since, it is not good to talk on the phone. Ahhhhh! I don't know what to do. I keep over thinking a lot of things while walking. Even though the exit is very near, it feels like, it's too far, since I walk very slowly, while thinking a lot of things and also deep within my heart, I'm very reluctant to leaved this place.

When we arrive at the exit, there is a beautiful lady, who is not here a while ago, when we entered the building, and the lady is smiling from ear to ear. But then we ignored her since our moods are gloomy. Then suddenly she talked.

Adult woman: You can proceed to the next building to take the warrior examination.

She talked like she is mad because we ignored her.

khald: What did you say? Can you say it again?

Only khald hear what the adult woman said to us.

Since, even nyka felt depressed and felt sad towards me, that she keep thinking what to do to comfort me.

Lady: I told you, you can proceed to the next examination to the next building.

Khald: Can you elaborate it beautiful miss?

Nyka and I started to hear their conversation because they talked so loud.

Lady: Hmmm! I will forgive that you, because you told me I'm beautiful.

Then we all started to listen what she will about to say.

Lady: If you pass the mage examination. You will become a student at this school, but most of the students failed on that exam, since only the students who has a lot of potential to become an archmage can pass the exam. So, there is another chance, the warrior examinations. Those who failed can proceed to the next building to take the exam. And those who already passed the mage exam, it's up to you if you want to take the warrior exam.

I regain my vigor.

And both Nyka and Khald felt happy for me.

Ned: Really? Wow, thank you for the information, but how come the instructor didn't told us a while ago.

Nyka: Yea!

Khald: How come?

The three of us felt puzzled.

Lady: Hehehe! All of instructors want all the enrollees experience failures, since this is the beginning of their hardship.

Ned: Damn! I felt depressed for nothing. Sighs!

Lady: What did you say?

Ned: Ahh! I'm sorry miss I'm too excited just now. I think I'm going to pass the next exam.

I look and smiled at nyka and khald.

Nyka and Khald: It's good to hear you regain your vigor ned.

Ned: Yea! This school is too vicious.

Nyka and Khald: Yes!

Lady: I'm not trying to be negative, but do you think you can pass the warrior exam?

Ned: Yes! I can.

Lady: Ohhh! It's nice to be optimistic, but I will tell you a small information in the exam. At least you need to kill a lowest rank monster to pass the exam. Do you know what that means, you must be stronger than any adult man to defeat a monster. You think you can pass? Hehehe!

The lady made a sarcastic remark even the expressions of khald and nyka are in distress. They know that if they take the exam, they will fail 100%, but I think otherwise.

Ned: At the very least I still has a chance, right? Unlike the mage exam, you must have a talent to pass, but in warrior exam, you need some skills to pass.

Lady: I see you understand what I meant, you can go now to the next examination.

Ned: Ok!
