《One For Sorrrow [MxM]》Chapter 24

After Hypnos left me panting beneath him he retrieved a stack of neatly folded clothes from the short sandalwood dresser. It was agonizing letting him dress me. He- I- what even?
He was a god, and here I was a pathetic mortal allowing him to dress me.
But I was tired from his teasing and playing, my body was weak with exhaustion.
The trousers were too long so Hypnos rolled them up at the bottom. There wasn't much I could do about the shirt, but it was only a little bit too big anyway.
I went on a wild guess and thought that they were Zephyr's.
He was taller than me, and more broad shouldered, otherwise we were similar in body structure.
A few moments later there was a timid knock at the door. Hypnos turned and left me sitting on the bed to see who it was.
He swung it wide open to see a small brown-haired woman shyly staring up at him, in her hands was a little medical kit.
Behind her was my father.
And he was pissed.
His arms were crossed over his chest as he tapped his foot impatiently. He glared up at Caer- damn it, damn it, damn it- Hypnos with his lips pursed in a fine line. I wasn't sure what my master did but Zephyrus was obviously less than happy with him.
"Hi, I heard there were some broken bones?" The woman smiled nervously in the presence of Hypnos, I guess he could be kind of grouchy sometimes. It may also be because my father was close to exploding behind her.
Hypnos blinked and stepped out of the way for them. She hurried over to me with a small wave in my less intimidating direction.
Zephyr stalked in behind her and shot my master a dirty look that probably could've wilted flowers.
"Who pissed in your Cheerios?" Hypnos snorted and crossed his arms as well.
I did not know what Cheerios were.
"Fuck off you slimy bastard," he hissed and made an obscene gesture.
I pulled my injured leg onto the bed and left the other hanging off the side. Hypnos and Zephyr continued their little argument while the woman slid her soft fingers over my foot. They were so much different than my master's, his were rough and warm while hers were smooth and dainty.
I looked down at my own hands.
They weren't all that different from hers actually. Not since those women had pampered me all day in preparation for the party.
Finally Zephyr threw his hands up in exasperation and walked over to the bedside. I watched quietly as he sank to his knees beside it and placed his arms on the mattress.
"You're my father," I whispered and stared down at him. Those familiar eyes, the same nose, it was all there you just had to look.
"I am," his blue eyes flickered with guilt as he looked back at me.
"I was never very close with the man my mother married anyways," I told him honestly, he was a nice enough man, he cared for us, but I never loved him the way I should have. He was more like a friend or an acquaintance than my own father.

"He probably raised you better than I would've," Zephyr shrugged his shoulders like it was nothing but I could see how unenthusiastic the small movement was.
"That is in the past, I am here and now I know the truth," I nodded my head and winced as the woman prodded too hard. She mumbled a short apology, but I was glad of her work. Through the magic, my pain was already miniscule compared to yesterday.
"You're so grown up, I missed everything," he lamented and let out a long sigh. I stretched out my hand to him and he hesitantly placed his own palm in mine. I squeezed it tightly and gave him a smile.
"We have all the time in the world to catch up," I said as Hypnos stalked in the corner of the room, not daring to interrupt.
"Thank you, Kellen," he returned my smile and didn't let go of my hand until the woman announced that she was finished.
"Now try and wiggle your toes, just a little bit," she instructed. I hesitantly obeyed and found that they felt completely healed.
"Wow," I muttered and thanked her she gave me a bright smile.
"Now you shouldn't be walking on it too much for the first week or so, it's still quite fragile and you could cause the magic to come unbound," she stated firmly and gave me that stern, motherly look.
"Yes ma'am," I replied and she gave me a pat on the head before exiting.
When my father told us that Eros wanted to have breakfast (much to my dismay) Hypnos tried to pick me up. Although the moment he touched me, Zephyr went off on him, so I ended up using my father as a makeshift crutch.
They brought me to an outside terrace that overlooked the mountains. I gulped when I realized how high up we were, the house was probably on a mountain itself. But the scene was beautiful and I loved how it felt outside.
Zephyr no doubt noticed my change in posture.
Eros looked up from the small book he held in his hand as we opened the door. He sat at a round glass table with a variety of breakfast foods spread across it.
"I thought the healer didn't come because she heard 'strange noises'," Eros grinned as he said it and my hands immediately flew to my mouth.
Oh my gods, she'd heard me moaning.
And Zephyr knew that was why.
No wonder he was so angry with Hypnos.
"She returned afterward," Hypnos gave him that same lopsided smirk and took his seat. Zephyr scoffed under his breath at the comment.
"So why is he still limping?" Eros inquired and took a bite of toast. I sat in the chair beside my master with the assistance of my father. In turn, Zephyr went to Eros' side.
"The magic could come undone if he walks on it too much," my father answered in a monotonous tone and selected a piece of fruit from a basket.
"Humans," Eros snorted before pausing, "oh right, you're not a human."
"I don't think he's a demi-god either," Zephyrus butted in and took a bite of his apple.

But... I was half god wasn't I? Wouldn't that make me a demi-god?
"What else would he be?" Eros replied sarcastically and waved a finger at my father.
"I'm actually fairly certain he's a nymph," Zephyr shrugged but my heart nearly stopped beating.
"I'm a what?" I nearly choked even if I hadn't even handgun to eat anything yet.
"Well, your mother was partially fae, even if her human blood ran dominant, and I am a nature god," he explained and waved his hand a little bit. I didn't know that.
"But how do you know?" I asked and furrowed my brows, my hands folded over each other nervously in my lap.
"First of all, how you look, you have the soft features of a nymph, and secondly, your affinity for gardening," it was like Hypnos and Eros didn't even exist now and I could tell it annoyed the both of them. "Why do you think those flowers grew so well and so fast for you? That garden should've taken months, years maybe, and you had it growing in weeks."
I was at a loss for words.
"I'm not human... at all?" I whispered and felt like something had just been brutally ripped away from me.
"Technically you do carry human genetics, but a very small amount," he replied softly, as if trying to soothe me.
I wasn't exactly sure what genetics were either, but I didn't feel like asking.
"Oh," I mumbled, there was nothing else for me to say. Hypnos slid his warm hand down my thigh under the table. He wasn't even paying attention to me when I shot him a glare. Either he wanted to calm me or he just wanted to have his hands on me.
Possibly both.
I sulked the whole meal while the other three talked, even if Zephyr only commented a few times. My master's hand never left my thigh, he just ran his fingers down it and drew little patterns. I also knew he noticed I hadn't eaten anything except for a few grapes. He was probably going to force feed me when we returned.
That only made me more disappointed, since we were going to leave and I wouldn't get to see Zephyr. At least, not for a while.
When Hypnos began to slide his fingers between my thighs I quickly placed my hand on his wrist. Trying not to give any indication as to what was happening. He hesitated for a moment before squeezing gently. If that was meant to be reassurance, then I did not have the correct reaction.
I felt a blush creep up my neck as tingles erupted in my abdomen. My master still didn't look at me since he was apparently listening to Eros tell a story about some dude who offended him a few decades ago.
Hypnos pressed his fingers further and nudged them apart, I got the message but I was sure if I wanted to obey.
Hesitantly, I slowly parted my legs a few inches. He rubbed his thumb over my thigh in praise. I knew what he would say if we were alone.
Good boy.
I nearly rolled my eyes, he was strange. A heavy sigh bubbled from my lips as I rested my head in my arms. Since I wasn't really eating anything there was space in front of me to do so.
"You're even more of a pervert than I thought," my master snorted at Eros. The love god just gave him that signature grin.
"Says you," he mused and for a moment his gaze flickered to me. The look they shared told me what I didn't want to know.
Eros knew exactly what Hypnos was doing to me at the moment.
I buried my face again to avoid letting them see my blush. Although my master didn't seem to care and continued teasing me.
I just let him do whatever he wanted, why make a big fuss and then embarrass myself further? Besides, he could make me do it anyway, considering that he was technically my master.
And a god for that matter, my mother taught us to honor the gods and goddesses, to respect them. At the time I'd believed it and then years later I'd brushed it off as stories.
But now I knew they were real, and one of them owned me. A thrill shot through my body.
Hypnos owns me.
I pushed the feeling away. It was wrong to feel like that. Who wanted to be property? To be owned by someone?
Me. Apparently.
And I wouldn't admit it, but I was slightly afraid to disobey Hypnos.
No, it was more like I wanted to respect him.
As it turned out, I liked it very much when he commanded me. Especially when he praised me, when I obeyed him. I grimaced, now I really was acting like his lapdog.
He kept sliding his fingers up my inner thighs, caressing my body through the cloth of my trousers. I was going to murder him when we were alone. My father was literally sitting across from me. Not even five steps away.
By the time breakfast was ending my master had slid his hand far too close to a very sensitive place. Even though his fingers skimmed everywhere but where I wanted him to touch.
As it came to a close and we said our goodbyes Hypnos palmed me beneath the table and I nearly choked on a moan. Luckily, no one seemed to notice, except for my master of course.
I reached to hug my father goodbye but Hypnos jerked me back to him. My brows furrowed in confusion as I looked up at him.
"We have things to do, Kellen," Hypnos gave me a lazy grin and I knew what things he wanted to do to me. I looked at him with disappointment and betrayal written all over my face.
So I looked back to my father, who seemed mildly annoyed, but didn't press the matter.
"I'm sorry, goodbye," I mumbled to him and his expression softened when he met my eyes. Zephyr only nodded as my master whisked me away from him again.
Hypnos was going to give me hell when we got back.
