《The Golden Swan // Edward Cullen》Chapter fifty

Edward and Brea pulled up to where they were meeting the rest of the Cullens and the wolf pack.
"I must say....before we get out of this car...I need to say this," Brea sighed.
"W-What?" Edward asked, a hint of panic filled his voice.
"I-I think you should wear sweats more often....because they look amazing on you," Brea smirked, checking out Edward.
"Yeah?" Edward laughed.
Edward started to lean in...but Brea opened the door and quickly climbed out.
"You'll pay for that," Edward whispered, just low enough for Brea to hear.
"I'm sure I will," Brea laughed.
Brea walked over to where the Cullens were standing.... Jasper and Emmett were warming up.
"Brea! Since you have a gift, maybe you should warm up with us!" Alice smiled.
"Are you sure? I don't think Edward would like that," Brea said.
"He doesn't really have much of a say.... besides you'll be warming up with him," Emmett smirked.
"I would actually enjoy seeing you take on Edward," Jasper smiled.
"So what do you say?!" Alice asked.
"Doesn't look like I have much of a choice," Brea sighed.
"It's settled then!" Carlisle smiled.
Suddenly the wolf pack emerged out from behind the large bushes...with Bella by their side.
"They don't trust us enough to be in their human forms," Edward said, who was instantly by Brea.
"They came, that's what matters. Will you both translate?" Carlisle asked.
Brea and Edward nodded... moving closer towards the pack.
"Welcome! Jasper has experience with the newborns, he will teach us how to defeat them," Carlisle said.
"They want to know how the newborns are different from us," Edward replied.
"They're a great deal stronger than us because their own human blood lingers in their tissues. Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first several months of this life," Carlisle said.

Jasper took a step closer.
"A newborn army doesn't need thousands like a human army. But no human army can stand against them.... now the two most important things to remember are; first never let them get their arms around you, they'll crush you instantly. The second, never go for the obvious kill, they'll be expecting that and you will most definitely lose," Jasper replied.
Edward moved away from Brea and started walking towards Carlisle.... who was smiling.
Brea moved closer towards the Cullen.
"Edward do be careful," Brea whispered.
Carlisle instantly moved around Edward.... but Edward grabbed him, throwing him on the ground. He turned to look over at Jasper.... a huge grin plastered his face.
"One more thing! Never turn your back on your enemy," Jasper sighed.
All of a sudden Carlisle grabbed a hold of Edward and flipped him over... he was now on his back.
Brea busted out into a loud laugh....
"Brea," Bella smiled, walking towards her.
Brea turned towards her sister and saw that Jacob was walking beside her... Brea frowned but it quickly went away when she noticed how happy her sister was.
"Bella? What are you doing here?" Brea asked.
"J-Jake thought I should come... and ask Jasper if there was anything I could do to help!" Bella smiled.
Brea turned towards Jacob.... a confused look formed on her face.
"Jacob.... some of you are gonna get hurt. Some of you could get killed, because of me," Brea sighed.
Jacob walked closer to Brea....placing his large wolf head on her shoulder.
Brea gently placed her hand under his chin and scratched him.
"BREA!" Edward called out.
Brea turned around.... and saw that Edward was smirking, he stood a couple of feet away from her. The Cullens all turned towards Brea.... they all were smirking.

"Show me what you got! Grandpa!" Brea laughed.
"It's on!" Edward said.
Suddenly Edward comes rushing towards Brea.... she waited until he got close enough and quickly moved out of the way.
"GO BREA!" Alice cheered.
Edward came up from behind Brea and wrapped his arms around her body.... pulling her close.
Brea smirked.... and quickly grabbed ahold on Edward's arms and flipped him over. He was on the ground once again. Brea climbed on top of him.... smiling.
"Do you give up?" Brea asked.
"No," Edward smiled.
"Shame! Because seems to me that you've lost..." Brea replied.
Brea's face turned bright red.... she quickly stood up and looked away from Edward and The Cullen family.
"Brea totally kicked ass!" Emmett laughed.
"Brea.... how were you able to move away from him so fast?" Jasper asked, he looked at her intrigued.
"I-Uh....when he started coming towards me, everything started to move slower.. as if he was human running towards me," Brea said, turning to look back at everyone.
"Incredible!" Carlisle smiled.
"That's enough practice for today," Edward replied, standing up.
