《You Make Me Crazy [BangtanBoys/BTS Jungkook]》Chapter 6: Unexpected 'date'

''See you.'' I smiled and entered my home.
***
I went to the cinema, realizing that actually many people were here. Especially couples seem to like watching movies with their partner. It was quite comeprehensible indeed.
I looked around and all I saw were couples, couples
oh.. and guess what ...
couples.
I somewhat had an uneasy feeling and I felt like I was the only person who went to the cinema alone. But why did I even worry about it? Normal people like me can go to cinema too. I lined up to buy tickets. There were so many people and it took a quite long time until it was my turn. I stood in front of the ticket machine, not knowing what to watch. But I was in a mood of an action movie. My eyes turned to the ticket machine next to me. This person is choosing that movie as well. Seemed like we have the same taste. I lifted my head to see who it is.
What.
Why.
Why.
Why.
''No!'' I screamed around. He was the last one I wanted to see.
''What are you doing here?!'' I shot him a furious gaze.
''What do you think? It's a cinema. Of course I want to watch of movie.''
''Stop it! You know what I mean.''
''By the way, we're not in a rock concert or whatever. Your voice is so loud. It's noisy.''
''It's because of you.'' I turned around to leave the cinema. I bought this ticket for nothing. What a waste. He grabbed my wrist.
''Are you leaving just because of me?''
''Yes.'' I said and gave him my poker face.
''You are paying for nothing. Just watch the movie. Do you hate me that much?''

''Wow. You get 100 points!'' I replied.
After several times of arguing, I had no other choice but to stay here. I just couldn't endure that dude's voice anymore.
The movie was about to start and I've already regretted it. And he even sat next to me. Out of all these seats it had to be the one next to me. But why did it feel like a date? No it wasn't actually. I despised him too much however, it felt so wrong. Why. Just why. I tried to forget that Jungkook is here. At least I could enjoy the movie. Jungkook bought popcorn. I was really focused on the movie and moved my hand to grab the popcorn. I turned my head to Jungkook and saw him hugging that huge popcorn.
So greedy.
As the movie came to the end I quickly left the cinema. I sighed loudly.
This is not a date. Never, no-go.
Why did it happen in a cinema and not anywhere else? Ugh my life was such a mess.
''Boo!'' My heart skipped a beat.
''Stop it!'' I shouted furiously.
''Where are you going?'' He asked.
''Home.''
''Me too.''
We ended up going together to the bus station. I totally forgot that he takes the same bus. So sad.
We've been waiting for almost 30 minutes but the bus didn't come yet. It was freaking cold and I already trembled like crazy.
''Where the heck is the bus?'' I mumbled. Jungkook was still busy with his phone, playing car racing. Boys and their games. Another 10 minutes have passed and there wasn't any sign of a bus.
''Shit. Why is it so cold? I can't even play properly.'' He whined.
I didn't expect the day to be that terrible.

I couldn't even play like I always did because it was way too cold. This was one of many reasons why I hated winter so much. I slightly lifted my head and looked at the sky. It was already dark and all I could see was the moon. Seconds later I realized Yeon Seul trembling. It kind of hurt seeing her suffering so much.
Wait.
What was I thinking? I guess I didn't sleep that much these days. Yeah... and you said you like winter.
I stood up and left the bus station. I was searching for a store to buy something hot, like coffee or any warm liquid. She didn't even notice that I left. But I shouldn't care. I finally found a store and brought coffee.
''Should I buy her coffee too?'' I asked myself. It was her problem. She should by coffee by herself. But it was really cold outside.
After buying 2 cups of coffee I returned to the bus station. Yeon Seul looked at the ground. Wow she was actually really weak, I guess.
''Hey.'' I offered my coffee. She was so shocked and looked at me with her big eyes. Probably because she never thought I would do something like this for her.
''And take these gloves.'' I was about to give her my gloves that I found in my coat pocket.
''I d-don't need your help.''
Tsk. I just wanted to be nice for once.
''Fine. At least drink your coffee.'' I gave her the coffee.
''But stop being nice. It doesn't suit you.''
''I just don't want to be the witness of your death because it's too cold.''
''Haha. You're so funny.'' She said without emotions.

Apollyon's Curse
Within the pages of folklore and fantasy, tales of people who chase after the dream of eternity, of living forever, rarely find a happy ending. They are either struck by the grim truth of reality, give up, and return to mortality or face a ghastly realization of their wishes. The latter often the worse fate, as they come to realize, only far too late, that what they sacrificed was worth far more than the time they gained. Ultimately, the common thread in these stories is that “immortality is as much a curse as it is a blessing”. People either realize it early and give up or are doomed to inevitably face its consequences. In the world Enrich lives in, that saying does hold merit. Every pathway towards eternal life has shackles of its own. They bring those high above down to the ground, evening the playing field. It is thanks to these fundamental laws that ambitious mortals are able to defy the heavens and achieve immortality themselves. The variety of methods result in each of these bindings varying in intensity and degree of freedom. Enrich’s path doesn't break this trend. Though, after what he did to himself, most wouldn’t even consider him a living thing anymore. On the day of his ascension, a world’s worth of souls were melted and recast. On that day, the human’s path had reached its conclusion, recast into Apollyon. An artifact, a weapon, is eternal, after all. As for the curse? The payment will be made, as it must. So why not offload the curse to someone else? Mortals throw their lives away for all manner of petty reasons, noble or otherwise, especially in desperation. Eventually, someone will be willing to foot the bill. Most will if given the chance. The bait is far too tempting, after all. Power, status, knowledge. All at their fingertips. If only they say “yes”. And Apollyon is very willing to help any lost souls. If they give up everything in return, of course.

The Shadow Paradigm - Book 1: Project Orb Weaver
Gardening, cooking, innovation, preservation, charity events... Madzistrale, Tom and Gabzryel does it all. But when they encounter the mysterious Shiakar Paradigm Society, a clash of paradigms ensues. Although both groups are aiming to make humanity stand stronger, their ideals and methods could not be further apart. Between the trio's optimistic yet naive ideals, and the SPS's tried-and-true surgical methods, determining the answer which methods can better humanity is a struggle that both parties must resolve in their own ways... Welcome to the 7th revision of my 10+ years ongoing novel trilogy. This revision took out some flawed plot concepts to re-introduce a more down-to-earth, film noir-like ambience, where a battle of wits is what will determine the outcome. It also added instead more in-depth expansion into the lives and mindsets of the characters, especially the heroes (a missing factor in older versions). Third-view limited storytelling was also introduced more prominently over my favoured third-view omnipotent, with each chapters concentrating as much as possible on a single character's point of view instead of head-hopping. So I shall begin uploading the chapters as I finish them; they're edited as much as I can, but there'll most likely be some typos and mistakes. As always, I welcome your comments and critiques, and I hope you enjoy reading that story as much as I did creating it! A parting poem to introduce the story (translated from its original French version): Credit: Les Mots, Mylene Farmer & Seal Firmly, the sky writhes When a mouth begets a death There, I will give my life to hear you To tell you the most tender words When all becomes all alone I'll break my life for a song And to lives that stoop to notice mine I know I will say goodbye But a fraction of this life I would give anything, anytime The universe has its mysteries Words are our lives You could kill a life with words Soul, how would it feel? If our lives are so fragile Words are mysteries Words of feelings Words of love, a temple If one swept the world away One could touch the universe I will tell you how the sun rose high We could with a word become one And for all those words that hurts us There are those that touches us Which illuminates, touches the infinity Even if nothingness exists For a fraction on this life We will give anything, anytime The universe has its mysteries Words are our lives We could kill a life with words Soul, how would it feel? If our lives are so fragile Words are mysteries Words of feelings Words of love, a temple
