"Hey, Morgan!" I heard Drew as the hoedown came to a close. "Hey. How did I do?" I asked as he came up to me. "How did you do?! Morgan, babe, you killed it up there. There's no question on how you did." Drew said. "Well, I was just afraid..." I began. "Don't be afraid. Morgan, you are great. Amazing. You are a star." Drew encouraged me. "I just wish Kennedy could have been here." I said, sort of saddening the mood. "Well, I may or may not have recorded your performance and it may or may not be on its way to K's email right now." Drew said, his famous 'I'm awesome and I know it' smirk. "You did? Thank you Drew." I said. "No, thank you, Morgan. The Hoedown wouldn't have this great without you." Drew said, pulling me into a hug. As I hugged him, I saw Finn watching us, his smile no longer on his face. What was he sad about? Me hugging Drew? I then felt Drew's phone vibrate in his pocket. "Ooh, I wonder if it's him." He said, breaking the hug to grab his phone. As he opened the text on his phone, his face lit up. "Missing you babe. College stinks without a sexy beast like you cuddling with me." Drew read the text aloud. "Jordon?" I asked, as I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist. "Yeah, he's the best boyfriend ever. I miss him so much." Drew said, making the body behind me finch. "See you later M." Drew said, eyeing the boy behind me, winking at me then turning around to walk away.
"Boyfriend? I didn't see him as gay." I felt Finn whisper in my ear. "Well, Jordon is pretty hot. And seeing you staring at us hug makes me think you like that Drew is gay." I said, turning around in his grasp. "What?" Finn asked, a very light pink color coming to his cheeks. "Oh, don't think I didn't see you. You were hating his guts because he was hugging me." I said, pulling a smile to his face. "What can I say? I was just wishing I was in his place." He said, making a blush come to my face as well. "Before you go, a drink for both of you." Drew said, coming up with two drinks in hand. "A chocolate chip frappe for the rock star and a caramel macchiato for the British cutie." He said, handing me the drinks. "Thanks Drew." I said. Drew then softly elbowed Finn. "Do her good, ok?" he said, slowly walking away from us. "Well, are we ready to head out, Miss Rock Star?" Finn asked. "I'm ready." I heard Jack say from behind me. "Yeah. Let's go." I said as Finn's arms left my waist. We quickly left the café, running to the truck through the rain. We got into the truck laughing our head. We quickly drove home talking about our favorite moments of the night. As we pulled into the driveway, Dad appeared on the porch. "You've got 3 minutes to get into this house before Mom gets at you." He shouted over the loud rain. We raced out of the truck, laughing once again as we got inside. "Get ready for bed kids." I heard Mom say as we entered the house. All three of us climbed the stairs to our rooms, water dripping from our bodies.

Just as I grabbed my bedroom door handle, I heard a "Hey." from behind me. "Yeah?" I asked which ever twin it was. "Goodnight Morgan." Finn said, his perfect hair falling wet in his face. "Goodnight Finn." I said with a smile. "Sweet dreams!" I heard Jack shout from inside their room. "Goodnight to you too, Jack." I said to him. "You did great up there tonight." Finn said, walking closer to me. "Thanks." I replied. "And to think you weren't going to go." He said with a smile. Finn then reached out to tuck a piece of my wet behind my ear. "Thanks for tonight. I can now be certain that this summer will be my favorite." Finn said, making me blush. "No problem. Remember, you're not just here to work on my farm." I said, using his words once again. Finn chuckled and shoved him hands in his pockets. "Goodnight Morgan." He said again, walking backwards to his door. "Goodnight Finn." I said, before opening my door to go to bed.

The Chronicler
THE CHRONICLER is a brand new original Fantasy Webserial. This is the story of Tarrick, a Davrian, part of the species that dominates the world of Taerh-Kobern, a world cyclically ravaged by natural disasters. While Tarrick would prefer to stay home and read or sell his books in his bookshop-on-a-boat, the legacy of the Chroniclers, a long line of travellers who chronicle... everything... about this strange world, is thrust upon him. So Tarrick has to leave everything he's known behind to go farther than he could've ever imagined. Tarrick isn't alone, though! His feisty grandmother and his sarcasatic familiar (don't call her that!) Prothea tag along every step of the way.

A Requiem For The End
Yuga wakes up on a cold, frigid land entirely covered in snow. Where was he? Who was he? Neither of these could he remember but he didn't have time to think of it, he could tell danger wasn't far. A quick death if he failed to avoid it. It was fast approaching and much as he tried to escape, it quickly caught up with him. Luckily he had survived, but was he just lucky or was there something more to him.....? A Requiem For The End is a fantasy story set in a world.......well, quite different from most stories you might have seen (I honestly don't know how to better describe it). Early into the story (prologue) the world feels elusive because you slowly learn about it through the eyes of Yuga. As you read on questions may arise in your mind and mysteries will present themselves. The answers to them will come the further you read. I'd like to think the plot is a bit larger than the average and same goes for the world building. If you find this story intriguing then all I can say is - There's a lot for me to tell, hop on?
