the thing is
you have to put your hand into the blackbox
to get a feel of what's in there.
what i mean by ouroboros is
i have my head up my own ass—
one more twist and i'll be a mobius strip.
a friend said one day you're gonna regret
not doing all these things now
i replied it's better to regret later
than to suffer now but i did not mean it.
the logic that dictates my life
must've been written by some orphan fate—
there is no room for me
in rooms of their own.
the thing is
afraid of what might be lurking
in the black box, you wear a glove
so thick that all you can feel
is a fuzzy blur of a shapeless mass
of an aborted foetus of a possible future.
