《Lovely - Jeff the Killer x Reader》Hours

"Jeff..." I felt my heart beat faster.
"It's alright if you don't feel like that." He mumbled.
I got off of him and sat up, making eye contact with him.
I don't know how to respond to that!!
I obviously feel the same way but that doesn't mean it's the right thing to tell him.
If I admit I have feelings for him, what could happen?
Obviously my life is already drastically different from how it was before he was introduced, but how much more could he change?
There isn't really anyone in my life besides him.
I was kind of all alone before he decided to put a knife to my throat.
Should I just admit it?
I mean, just because I say I have feelings for him doesn't mean we'll get together or anything, right?
God dammit why is everything so complicated when it comes to him?
I guess I'll just go for it.
"I feel the same way." I said, looking away.
"You do?!" His eyes seemed to light up.
God damn that was so cute.
I nodded, still not looking at him.
He laughed a bit before engulfing me in a hug, pulling me to him.
I gasped from surprise before wrapping my arms around him.
"You don't know how happy that made me." He mumbled into my neck.
I smiled and stroked the back of his head.
"Jeff, you do realize this is crazy, right?" I chuckled.
"Yeah, but that's fine because we're both crazy too." He gave me a squeeze.
"That's all you. I'm not crazy." I insisted.
"Sure, babe." He buried his face further into the crook of my neck.
"Hey I'm kind of tired, do you think we could take a nap?" He asked, finally letting go of me.

I sighed and smiled at him.
"Sure." I said.
He grabbed my waist and laid down, taking me down with him.
I nuzzled my face into his chest, feeling the fabric of his hoodie against my cheek.
He wrapped one arm around my waist, while the other was under my neck.
I quickly found myself falling asleep, his warmth making me realize just how tired I really was.
We both fell asleep, just enjoying each others company.
———
When I woke up, it was the next morning.
Damn we slept for a long time.
I wonder how many missed calls I have from work.
Probably at least 5.
Yep, my money is on 5.
I noticed Jeff was still asleep, a light snore coming from him.
He's so cute.
Even if he's deformed.
The emo look really works for him.
I would hope it did, anyways, since he's kind of stuck with that look forever.
I tried to pry myself out of his arms, but he wasn't having it.
His grip only tightened, making me wheeze.
I'm gonna have to wake him up, aren't I?
Well, sorry Jeff.
I lightly smacked his arm, feeling him shift in his sleep.
He moved and rested his head on my shoulder, trapping me even more.
I smacked his arm harder, seeing a red mark beginning to form.
"Jeff, wake the fuck up." I said.
I heard him groan, letting me know he was awake, but didn't want to get up.
"I have to pee." I whined.
"Just pee here, then." He mumbled, his voice sounding sleepy.
"I'm not pissing in my pants. Let me go." I ordered.
"Fine. But will you come back when you're done?" He asked.
"Maybe." I said.
"Pleaaassseeee?" He begged.
"Fine. Just let me go." I rolled my eyes.

He finally released me, making me scurry to the bathroom.
Once I was done, I fulfilled my promise and went back to him, cuddling with him for a few more hours.
———
Jeff ended up falling asleep again, while I sat on my phone, watching YouTube.
After a bit, I got bored.
I had a much easier time getting Jeff off of me this time around.
I stood up and stretched, yawning as I did so.
Maybe I should call Julie?
I need to know if I still have a job or not.
It's noon, I should be at work.
I grabbed my phone and called the station, hearing Julies voice fill my ears.
"(Y/N)!! What the hell happened out there?!" She nearly yelled.
"Let's just say I'm considering another career option. Or at least a station transfer." I chuckled.
"What?! You can't do that to me!" She gasped.
"You know I can't stand the people there. And you could come with me!" I offered.
"Ugh, you're such a pain. I'm sure it'll be fine. And besides, some of the ladies that work here are totally my type." She giggled.
"Anyone that uses she/her pronouns is your type." I rolled my eyes.
"Shut up." She chuckled.
"Anyways, I just called to ask what happened when the captain got back. Did he say anything?" I asked.
"Nope. He seemed pretty normal to me. Michael on the other hand..." She trailed off.
"Oh god, what did he say." I sighed.
"He asked me what I knew about your case."

An Account of Humanity
It has been 50 years since humanity has made its mark on the galaxy. Before that, humans were a simple species, living in isolation in their own little part of the galaxy. But times have changed, and so have the views of the humans that have now spread across the stars. Some see them as challengers of their galactic dominion, others look at them with eyes of envy and reluctant gratitude, and others find them merely interesting. Regardless of their opinions, the one thing that they can all agree on is that they are here to stay. Perhaps, by chronicling the effect these humans have had upon the galaxy can they figure out the mysteries of humanity themselves. These are their accounts.

Queer Tales From A Street Nominally Associated With Your Reality
The street is not from your world, and yet it's attached, clinging like a shadowy limpet to the edge of your London, your city skyline stabbing into it from above. Or well that's what we tell ourselves, no one who lives here really knows. We are after all just regular folk displaced from our original realities. Just a bunch of folks with queer tales from a street nominally associated with your reality. What to expect: - A series of interlinked short stories gradually unpacking the lives, complications and mysteries associated with those who live in the street - A weird pseudo-British setting where physics works inconsistently, and houses move position regularly - Stories filled with LGBTQ+ characters, and in particular ones on the trans/nonbinary spectrum - Potentially iffy grammar, I'm new to publishing my work online, so whilst I am checking things before posting it’s a near certainty that some things will slip through - A schedule of one chapter every two weeks.
