"You're the one who cannot handle a few joke, Golden Boy!" Mika said as she stood up at Lee and glared at him. Lee Fletcher, he's the Head councillor of the Apollo cabin. And Mika is practically invading the blondie's space as she took a step forward. She was telling him a joke that Asclepius once told her a long time ago, but clearly, some half-sibling don't like it, regardless she readied to scratch Lee's eyes out.
But (un)fortunately, Luke went straight to Lee while Annabeth tried to stop Mika. Luke stepped in front of them and his nose accidentally brushed with Mika's. The said person immediately froze in place as his face turned into fifty shades of red. Even when Annabeth wrapped her hand around her torso and pulled her away from Lee. "Wha-?" Mika blinked and stared at Luke with horror clearly written in her eyes "W-what the fuck?!" She said out loud.
Chiron, who was near the four and Annabeth cringed when they heard her curse. Annabeth only wished she got a penny after each time she swore, since she does that at least three times a day at least when she's near the girl.
"Are you trying to steal my first kiss?!"
Annabeth almost knocked Mika over, 'There's no way Luke's going to kiss Mika.' she thought, but then her mind suddenly wondered into some forbidden stuff. She quickly shook her head and accidentally brushed her nose against Mika's soft Dark Auburn hair. Annabeth caught a whiff of cinnamon and...something like...coffee? Annabeth blushed madly at the fact, and she blushed even deeper when she could almost feel Mika's chest, which she felt embarrassed about since it was smaller than hers.
"Hey, Annabeth are you blushing?" Luke asked and smirked.
Mika stopped trashing around and just realized that Annabeth held her back, by wrapping her arm around her torso. Annabeth glared at Luke and quickly shook her head.
"N-No, why should I blush?!" Annabeth said back "Especially over her" and she shot a glare on Mika.
"Oi(Hey!)!" Mika protested but she was ignored.
"I didn't say anything about blushing over Mika." Luke smirked grew even wider.
Annabeth, who was now flustered, quickly pushed Mika away and smacked the back of her head, Mika whined and gave Annabeth dejected looks. But she quickly stepped away from the girl and glared daggers, Mika sighed and rubbed the back of her head. Luke only snickered at the sight and shook his head at them while Lee just sweat dropped.
"Mika you really need to stop cursing" Chiron said and massaged his forehead.
Mika quickly put her poker face on. "Are you sure? It's just a habit whenever I feel like it."
Chiron sighed and glared at her. "Or do you want me to charge you a dollar each time you curse?" That made Mika's eyes widen and quickly stood up straight, and saluted Chiron right away "Sir, no sir!" She said and Chiron almost face palmed at her attitude "Okay, then. You guys better be cleaning yourself up. Because after this, dinner will be start and I don't want all of you to be late"
After that Chiron trotted back to the big house, while Annabeth and Luke trailed behind him. Leaving Lee and Mika alone, they both look at each other. "Should we forget this ever happening?" Mika asked him. "Forget about what?" Lee asked her but she just shrugged with a grin plastered on her face and both left at an opposite direction of each other.

-Mika's pov.-
My last dinner at camp was fun at least.
I threw in a California Roll into the fire this time. Crystal threw in a large scrap of her sandwich, and a couple crackers. I saw other campers throw in things, some even peculiar, like the Stoll brothers throwing in a bag of M&Ms and Kyle(from Ch.10) threw a pack of Reese's after them. Their dad's lucky.
After that, I soon ate my meal. The food the nymphs made were delicious as always, I thought as I feasted on some steak and two kebabs.
But just at that moment, the fire jumped up, sending a messload of sparks in our direction, the Hermes table. They all came together over a Campers head, forming a glowing symbol of crossed swords which made Chiron smile.
"Ralph has been claimed by Ares!" he announced, and some demigods- who were kids of Ares, roared in approval. Me and most of the Hermes campers clapped and cheered for him. Then the sparks-which didn't fade, bursted outward and showered the rest of us in them. Well, everyone but Crystal which was odd. They just kinda hovered around her, until they died out and fell all at once. When all of the sparks hit the ground, a thick mist swirled around her making her nervous. I wanted to step in but Kyle gave me a look to stop which made me simply frown but stay put on my regular area near them.
Crystal then started swatting the mist away, but it didn't work as it turned purple and condensed, forming the picture of a torch over her head. I silently gasped like some others while Chiron smiled again. "Crystal has been claimed by Hecate!" he yelled, and a different, smaller group of kids roared.
Me and most of the Hermes kids congratulated her, she was slightly blushing from the table of kids who talked to her, some might have been her new friends she made for the past few days. Percy walked to us and also did the same thing. It was a very happy moment, and a rare one since Chiron told me that not every camper are claimed twice in a row in a day.

"Are you guys ready to start?" Mika asked some of the Apollo kids holding their instruments. We all were at the amphitheater, and the Apollo Cabin's sing-along was about to start. They asked at breakfast if I could sing with them tonight, so I agreed.
"Ready when your are." Michael Yew said. He held a Ukelele and lightly strummed it. Next to him were his half-siblings, two of them held a cup and sat down, both were twins and did a thumbs up while behind them is their other half-siblings who were holding some other music instruments.
I nodded at them to start and the twins, Gem and Gemma began to play with the cups and started a rhythm with Michael and his other half-siblings.
I sang while holding a mic, I changed a part of the lyrics surprising some.
Mika saw Crystal, Luke, Annabeth, Grover and Percy waving at her making her wave back at them.
Nodding at Lee, he just rolled his eyes making her furrow her eyebrows a bit before singing again.
Crystal then thought of her song, soon realizing why she sang this.
While Percy, Annabeth and Grover were think that she sang this for them since their leaving for a quest tomorrow morning.
She then glanced and saw a piece of cloth dissapearing in a bush at the corner of her eye but kept singing for the campers.

After the applause, Mika gave Michael the mic and told him that she'll be going to the comfort room and left to walk in the forest unnoticed.
-Mika's pov.-
(Again lol)
I silently walked by the trees and bushes, heading farther away from the Amphitheater.
Geez, where is she?
Then something dropped down in front of me, it was a girl wearing a black cloak and white designs. "There you are, ML." I said to her and smiled as she took off her hood revealing her face and long purple braided hair. She's the lily version of the Rider-class Medusa, I nicknamed her ML(Medusa-Lancer) for short.
"Surprise," She said and smiled back. "So how are you here? They only let gods and demigods in...unless...." I asked her and someone appeared behind her, "Ms. Artemis." I said in shock. "Surprise again, little one!" She said and hugged me, gah! I can feel her boobs! "Mph! Mmph!" I screamed but my face was on her chest for what felt like a minute.
"I think you should let her go." Orion, who was a small teddy bear on Artemis' shoulder said to her. "But darling!" She whined but let me go. "Are you okay?" ML asked while I gasped for breath. "I-I'm good, it's just like old times with Boudi-nee-san..." I said in a dizzy anime motion with one swaying index finger up.
"C'mon kid, you gotta stay strong if mother-like figures do that to ya evertime." Orion said and I had flashbacks of Artemis, Boudica, Raikou and a few others doting me from time to time when I was young and still lived at Chaldea. "...I-I'm alright for now, so why did you message me?" I asked and crossed my arms. "We found my monster version, she's somewhere at a garden shop in Leeds Point, New Jersey, off the main highway." ML said making my eyes widen but I was confused again, "So? Rider said that if she ever appeared you and her will go and kill her off." I asked her. "Because she's aware of us too much. When we went there she sensed us already." ML explained, "So congratulations! You're gonna be bate!" Artemis said to me, "You're not helping. You know that?" Orion said with a sweat drop.
I then sighed, catching their attention. "Well, I was planning to call that I wanted to go home tomorrow. So why not?" I said and Artemis cheered and hugged me again, "That's my little huntress!" She said and pushed my head to her chest- why does she always do that!? "Mmh mph!" I screamed help me.
This is gonna be a long night.
-Timeskip, brought you by the King of Heroes-
-Fuahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!-
After that fiasco(almost figuratively speaking) I slipped into the big house and packed my clothes that I wore at camp and somethings that I decided to keep from there. I placed the bag right outside my door and went to sleep with my window shining a moon beam on me as the lights turned off. I was the first to sleep early that night.

-Mika's pov.-
The next morning, I stood at the top of Half-Blood Hill with an almost sleepy expression. I was dressed in dark blue jeans with a red leather jacket over a black tank top. My hands was pressed to Thalia's tree as I waited for Chiron, Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and possibly Crystal to come. Ever since I heard what had happened to Thalia, it somehow made my blood boil even as my heart broke, is this want unrequited anger is? I never felt it that much. The girl had died defending her friends, just as my parents had died protecting me while Ritsuka's Mom had held to me tight, just to get away from those beasts.
I sighed and leaned my forehead against the cool bark of the tree. 'Don't worry,' I thought. 'I'm sure that your friends will be okay after this quest.' I then pulled back, praying that the fallen Hero had heard me. "Mika?" I hummed as I looked back to see Chiron who was back on his wheel chair for some reason.
Behind him stood a guy with many eyes. He was wear-ing a chauffeur's uniform, and I could see extra eyes on his hands, face and neck.
"This is Argus, the camp's head of security," Chiron told me. "He will drive you and the others into the city, and, er, well, keep an eye on things, your bag is already at the car, he'll drop you a few meters away from Percy, Annabeth and Grover." He said and I nodded at him and greeted the hundred eyed guy who just waved back.
"Mika?" My name was called again, looking behind Chiron and Argus.
It was Percy, Annabeth and Grover. "Hey you three! I decided to tag along with you guys for a while!" I said and I crossed my arms. "Any more reason that your coming with us?" Grover said while Percy just quirked an eyebrow and Annabeth had a look of confusion. "Fine! I wanted to buy candy and maybe some sushi after you guys leave since Percy will get offended if he knew that I like eating raw fish on rice." I falsely confessed almost sarcastically, which made some laugh. "Mika, just because Percy's father is Poseidon. It doesn't mean that you can't get Sushi anymore." Annabeth explained while Percy face palmed but still chuckled at the end making me roll my eyes at the two of them.
I then heard footsteps behind us.
Luke came running up the hill, he was dressed as he normally was, orange t-shirt and khaki pants over work boots. Oddly enough, he was carrying a pair of running shoes. He approached us and smiled in a friendly way and carried a pair of basketball shoes.
"Hey!" he panted. "Glad I caught up to you guys."
Annabeth blushed, the way she always did when Luke was around. Which made me almost tease the girl, so cute! "Just wanted to say good luck," Luke told me. "And I thought ... um, maybe you could use these."
He handed Percy the sneakers, which looked normal enough from my view.
Luke then commanded sharply,"Maia!"
My eyes widened in awe as tiny white bird wings sprouted out of the heels, fluttering slightly in the light breeze.
"No way!" I exclaimed, snatching the shoes from flying away. "These are the flying shoes created by Hermes himself! I've never even seen a set before, much less held them!" Though I felt a tinge of something mysterious coming from it...maybe its nothing.
I looked at Luke who rubbed his neck sheepishly at me as I turned the shoes from side to side and handed it back to Percy. "Those served me pretty well when I was on my quest. Y'know, before you stole our thunder, Percy. Gift from my Dad. Of course, I don't use them much these days..." his expression turned sad.
Luke barely knew Percy, yet here he was giving him a magic item after coming to wish good luck on the idiotic quest he, Grover and Annabeth had to go on.
If I had been anyone else, I would've blushed as hard as Annabeth who was doing right now. But I'd rather not.
"Hey, man," Percy said, nodding at him. "Thanks."
"Listen, Percy ..." Luke looked uncomfortable but it somehow seemed like he was just acting making me raise an eyebrow.
"A lot of hopes are riding on you. So just ... kill some monsters for me, okay?" Which sounded a bit drama tv dramatical...weird. After both males shook hands. Luke patted Grover's head between his horns, then gave a good-bye hug to Annabeth, who looked like she might pass out. Calm down girl. I looked at him and we both fist-bumped.
"Hope you won't miss us." I said to him and he rolled his eyes.
After Luke was gone, me and Percy turned to Annabeth with a smug grin on our faces. "You're hyperventilating~." I said in an almost sing-song voice.
"Am not." The grey eyed girl said.
"You let him capture the flag instead of you, didn't you?" Percy teased next, eyes twinkled with mirth.
But before Annabeth could snap at us, someone's familiar voice told us to stop, it was Crystal. "Guys! Wait up!" She yelled and stopped near us.
Crystal panted hard and put her hands on her knees, trying to catch a breath. She them took a deep breath and looked at Percy, she first smiled, and then hugged him.
"Come back alive okay" She said and pushed away "Don't do anything reckless and listen to what Annabeth has to say" Percy pouted at her "Shut up!" Crystal chuckled and ruffled his hair "Just be careful okay"
Then she moved to Grover, giving him a quick hug "Be careful okay Grover? Keep Percy and Annabeth safe." She grinned at him and patted him on the back. Grover nodded and smiled at her "Of course I'll do that, I'm his protector and his best friend."
Then she moved to Annabeth "Hey, uh, good luck out there" Crystal said, rubbed the back of her neck "Try to not fight too much okay? And keep Percy safe."
Annabeth nodded at her "I'll try my best." Crystal nodded and hugged the daughter of Athena "Come back alive and tell me all what happened, please?" Annabeth smiled at her, a small smile, but still a smile no less "Okay."
Then Crystal finally went to give me a hug and I instantly latched my arms on her. "Stay safe, I might miss you the most." She whispered making me smile, "You too, I hope you won't get into an evil side or anything." I said making her giggle. "Geez, just come back so we can think of teasing Percy when he returns!" She said and ran away while Percy yelled "Hey!" Making me laugh as I walked with Annabeth down to the other side of the hill, where a white SUV waited on the shoulder of the road. Argus also followed, jingling his car keys while Percy and Grover were with Chiron.
— ஓ ๑ * ๑ ஓ —
I sat next to Argus at the driver's seat as he drove us out of the countryside and into western Long Island. It felt a bit odd to be on the highway again, but I just waved it off and set the car's window down to feel the breeze while looking at passing cars and buildings.
"So far so good," Percy said and I turned back to look at him and the others. "Ten miles and not a monster in sight."
The blond gave him an irritated look. "It's bad luck to talk that way, seaweed brain."
I scoffed lightly at her and Percy spoke again.
"Remind me again—why do you hate me so much?"
"I don't hate you."
"Could've fooled me."
The blond folded up her cap in her lap. "Look...we're just not supposed to get along, okay? Our parents are rivals."
"Who cares?" I mumbled, causing Annabeth to look at me. "We are not our parents. If you want to be friends, then we'll be friends."
