I kind of understood Piper's choice. I mean, Leo was pretty annoying, and paired with the fact that we all believed he was dead for a while didn't exactly help his case. Also, Percy was known for being extremely loyal, so... anyway.

Piper smiled at me and I sighed. "Really?" I asked.

"Why yes, Praetor Zhang," Piper said, grinning. "Truth or dare?"

"Dare, I guess," I said. You've ripped an arrow out of your arm, a stupid dare won't do anything, I thought frantically.

Piper think for a minute. "Since you're nice, I'll give you a nice one. Stay as a pug for the rest of the game."

I sighed. "Fine."
