"So what's up with you and you know who?" Olivia asked her friend, who was too busy eating to listen.

"Who?" Valentina asked as she took a bite of her chicken.

"Drewy boo." She said in a mocking voice, of course she has seen Diana's cringey comments.

"Asked." She laughed, "I'm sorry I had to."

"Haha, funny." Olivia forced a laugh, "No but seriously what's going on with you guys? Also that Rudy guy. I was rooting for you two but a certain hottie already has her eyes set on him."

"Oh you mean Lily? I ship them to be honest. She seems sweet, nothing like Diana by the way, and he deserves to be happy. And I'm kind of glad I didn't have to reject them, he's moving on already."

"I'm still conflicted. I don't know whether to root you and Rudy or you and Drew. Ugh." Olivia knew they were both good guys even though she had never met them before.

The girl chuckled, "Tell me about it."

"Wait so you and Rudy are cool now? No more awkwardness?" She asked, eyebrows furrowed.

"Yea he came to talk to me shortly after the party and apologized for the way that he acted with Diana. He said he did it to make me jealous but regretted it." The girl explained with a gloomy face.

"And did it actually make you jealous?" Her friend asked again, only this time she was serious.

"No. Yes? Girl I don't know. Maybe it did but not like that. I just want what's best for Rudy and I knew Diana wasn't it. He's a sweetheart and deserves someone better."

"Someone like... you?" She insisted with the questions, not giving up till she heard what she really wanted to hear.

"No! Someone like Lily. I'm glad she's in the picture now." Valentina told her hoping she would convince her.

"Are you?" She asked while giving her a I know you're lying look.

"Yes obviously!" She paused when she saw Olivia still looking at her with that weird look. "Stop looking at me like that."

"Okay moving on. Weren't you coming to Charleston today?" Valentina quickly changed the topic.

"Yup I'll be there by midnight. Are you sure it's cool I crash with you guys?"

"Am I sure? Duh! The guys are actually super excited to meet you. Ever since I told them you were coming over that's all they seem to talk about." She assured her.

"Oh my god stop boosting my ego!" Olivia laughed to hide her blushing.

"Hey can I talk to you real quick?" Drew asked as he entered the room Valentina was in.

"I don't really have a choice so." She said when she noticed Drew had already closed the door.

"I was wondering if we could just start over, now that Diana is gone from the picture. And-"

"Start over?" She interrupted, looking at Drew confused.

"Yea. I feel like after that kiss everything went downhill you know?" He explained, his eyes looking down the whole time he spoke. "And then there's the whole Rudy situation."

"Yea." She nodded with her lips in a line.

"So... I was thinking this time I can officially take you out on a date." He told her, this time looking directly at her, maintaining eye contact which caught her off guard.

"Oh, is that so pretty boy?" She joked, causing him to smile.

"Pretty boy." He repeated, " I'm never going to get tired of that nickname you know."

"Duh, that's why I picked it."

He laughed before asking her the more obvious question, "Would you do me the honor of going out with this poor fool?"

"Awe, well since you asked nicely, no." She teased him, but it was so obvious that she really wanted to go out with him, she had ever since they met.

"Oh."

"I'm kidding drewster lighten up! I'd love to go out with you." She gave him a soft smile.

He smiled back but asked her again just to make sure. "Are you 100 percent sure?"

"Yea why wouldn't I be?" She asked.

"I don't know. Rudy."

She Chuckled and shook her head, "Did you not see anything that happened at yesterday's party? I'm pretty sure Rudy has his eyes on Lily now and so does she. I'm happy for him though, totally rooting for them!"

"Well who wouldn't? She's hot." He laughed until he noticed the girl wasn't laughing. "I mean, she's not."

"You know on second thought, I think I have a date with Austin tonight." She told him jokingly.

"Yea right. See you later beautiful." He said, leaving and shutting the door behind him.
